This company is neither more nor less than SCAMMERS, to FIRE.

During an insured move home the movers broke something, (it happens ...) I provided photos dated at the time of the move by registered mail with AR and the file was refused for "lack of proof ", after 1 month of unanswered weekly recovery. I am just informed that no time-stamped photos are not enough, what more was needed?
It is clear that this insurance just NEVER wants to reimburse anything (even for a small amount!).
LEAVE urgently.

Ps: they reply to send an email via the contact page on their sites or generic address ... no reaction.
