Place was top notch and beautiful, will definitely be back!

Did not feel like I was treated with respect and ended up making a reservation at another hotel for the remainder of my stay. Will not be staying there again!

I usually go there to meet my sister in law who is air hostess and they stay there when ever she comes to Dallas. Ambience, room, cleanliness bar and Starbucks all looks good. I feel rooms are smaller for a high budgeted rooms. And bar is bit open facing to customer service which I feel bit less privacy. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

Staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Great to feel welcomed and being attended to. They showed so much flexibility with the hotel shuttle service, it was amazing. Good stuff guys. You have a good thing going.

A very large Marriott property that is in the Dallas Galleria area. Rooms have an older layout but the fixtures and furnishings are updated. WiFi at the hotel was very good - I ran a few benchmarks and the download rate was over 60 Mbps. For Elite members, the concierge lounge is on the 11th floor. It offers the same amenities as most other Marriott lounges, but as a working space I found it lacked accessible outlets when you are not sitting along a wall. Garage parking is available for a daily rate, cheaper than the valet option. The only issue with the hotel is that there appears to be only one elevator bank in the middle of the floors - if your room is at one of the ends, you will be walking quite a while to get to the elevators. We ended up taking the stairs a lot more often than usual, which may not be an option if you are not able bodied.

A very busy Marriott, but quite nice. I stay there every time I am in Dallas. It is within walking distance of lots of different restaurants but also has a shuttle in case you need it.

Booking was a nightmare, after having to switch rooms b/c of their error we then find ourselves in a down graded room. The staff was nice but that doesn't make up for the rooms torn down comforters, dirty tub and unclean floors.

The beds are the best, the food they served was delicious, and the staff were very polite and professional.

They charged me $10 for a package that arrived and it took me only 5 minutes to come down and collect it. The reason they give is that they charge for storing a parcel. But in this case it wasn't even stored. It was right there on the top of the front desk. Ridiculous. Also have to wait a long time to get you checked in have the rooms ready.

Stayed for a quick overnight, didn't see much of the hotel

I love the room especially the newly renovated room. The bed is a dream.

I will not stay here again. No hot water, ice machine on 11th Floor Concierge Level not working, Front Desk personnel rude when called to inform about issues. Mgr was responsive however. Apologized.
Unfortunately I have had numerous issues with various Marriott properties around the State and southwest and that's why I usually choose a different brand.

I would think this would be a n amazing place to stay since Marriott is in the name... But I was disappointed in a few things that should have been taken care of.. like; we could here the elevators go up and down all day and all night. We were given 4 free breakfast vouchers but only on one piece of paper, so after the first breakfast for two people the wait staff took our paper and service would not allow us to have the next mornings breakfast we were given when we purchased the room. If we paid for breakfast it would have been 20 dollars each and I've seen better free continental breakfasts .Our bathroom door was glass and large gaps ,which isn't the smartest when traveling with any one else. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice and Clean. Only there to drop someone off but the lobby was very nice.

The staff is unbelievably attentive. Very kind they gave me extra time to check out M are very compassionate with the crisis we were going through. However do not expect a pot then all for on the go breakfast consistently they often do not have that as well as the bar is not open either due to understaffing at times. But the foot hotel and the experience was fabulous over all they go above and beyond. The front desk stacks are very kind very personable.

Hospitality is good. Fitness room is good. Bed is very comfortable

Went to the Sixt Car Rental Service. Process was seamless.

It was a nice hotel but they had construction right above our room. I have a child with a disability and he gets anxious with this type of noise so it was very difficult

Very friendly overall.
Shuttle service every hour to the nearby shops and restaurants.
I was given a special room, spacious and user friendly for the elderly.
Starbucks available from 6am to 9pm. The hotel has a small gift shop and has a bar too.
Neat hotel. Location is very convenient.

Terrible guest service!!! Absolutely would not recommend this Marriott!! We stay at Marriott's often, this one we will never be back too!!!!

I only had breakfast here, which was a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and orange juice. The staff was friendly and the food was average. It was very over priced, so keep that in mind. The hotel was pretty abd there is plenty of parking.

For a hotel in its market, it could use an update. Like much of Dallas, it doesn't seem to have had a major overall since the seventies and eighties, but the staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful.

One good thing I noticed was that they have begin offering standard, content on demand options in the room such as Hulu and Netflix. That's a good trend.

One not-so-good thing was they're presuming to charge outrageous fees for decent internet access. That ship has sailed. All they can do with that tact is to really annoy people now. Free, ubiquitous high bandwidth is the minimum expectation now.

Can hear the tollway all night long. They obviously spent a good deal of money on access controlled entrances and exits to their parking garages, but anyone, with or without a key fob, can simply pull up to the entrance or exit and the gates will open. Great bed, shower, etc.

The staff here was amazing! There is a very sweet lady who cleans the lobby and she is so happy to see you all the time! The pool was great and relaxing. I liked the loungers in the shallow water.

Tired property and Mariott service had declined. It's not terrible, but you can do better for the price

Great hotel for business and weekend stay, close to many things.

This hotel is elegant and live up to it's name. Very friendly and professional front desk. The bed feels awesome. Housekeeping does a great job on your room as well so let them know you appreciate it.

Attended an event at the Marriott and the staff and venue were both very nice.

The stay was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and the television had access to different streaming programs: such as, YouTube and Netflix. There was a children's pageant going on during our stay, so hundreds of people were coming in and out of the lobby. Nevertheless, the staff remained very friendly and helpful. Having staff that can crack jokes very late at night is admirable!

They have very good food and I really liked the rooms.

I have been here for a special event. The hotel location is closed to many good restaurants. Hotel is clean.

Very nice hotel with mainly business travelers but has nice pool and jumping bar at night. Rooms are small but updated with walk in showers. Staff is super friendly.

My daughter stayed there for the Gloria Shields Workshop. She had a great time. The hotel was very clean. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. She enjoyed the pool and location to great dinning and other attractions. Would highly recommend.

Bit old, but very conveniently located near Dallas galleria.; All the suites on 12th floor are huge and nice; Definitely ask rooms away from the highway; on-site Starbucks and bar at lobby are great.

This hotel was wonderful!!! The front desk check in crew were absolutely the kindest, warmest and welcoming group! Special shout out to Michael Kelly and Kendall at Check-in. They couldn't have been more helpful!!! Not only did we get a very nice room,

I arrived at the hotel at 2:30p.m. to check in my room wasn't ready they told me they where sending someone to clean it I didn't get a room till 6:00p.m I after I returned the third time asking about my room and charged me full price. Room rates are from 3p.m.to 12p.m. the next day. Three hours i was charged for a room that was not occupied by me

The Marriott hotel is located in a good place that is close to several places. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The employees are very accommodating and are available to help

No real efforts made to accommodate those in wheelchairs.
