Ridiculous prices!! I got the same vehicle on Easter weekend for less than half the price!

Got held over froma flight we missed from our cruise. The airport gave us vouchers to stay here. Surprisingly they still have rooms available. I'm glad there was because the shower and design of the room was great. Made me want to visit Dallas more often just for the rooms design and decor. Keep Texas great.

Hotel is nice and people are friendly, but my room was a little small for 2 adults, an infant with a crib and a dog. The I've machine nearby did not work and my first breakfast order was prepared incorrectly.

Groovy rooms; buffet in a.m. needs help; plates were not washed properly.

Stayed by the elevator room 444. Super noisy couldn't sleep.Beware of that room. The hotel is a little dated. For as good as the reviews were I expected better. Told the receptionist about the elevator keeping us up and sounding like a little train. she said ohhhh. Nothing else. No wifi unless you pay for it. Restroom was needing a make over. Great beds though. If you can find something better go elsewhere. She might be ugly but she was somebody's baby.

The rooms are small, but the bed is super comfortable. Great sheets, plenty of towels, and they even supply the restroom with a makeup remover wipe which I haven't seen at any other hotel I've been. That was a nice touch.

Good hotel, but visitors will always pay for parking. There was a few parking spots in the front, but you'll always not make it to park there.

Found a bed bug in my bed, it was really disgusting, I saved the bug in a cup so the manager can see it because they didn t seem to believe me!

There wifi wasnt complimentary. If I were there for a longer stay that would have been needed. Another issue encountered was the hot water. When trying to shower this morning the water did not get hot. I let it run for a few minutes thinking it would warm up but it didnt. Other than that the room was fine.

Beds are not comfortable, one bed the sheet cover was put on half way and inside out. They wouldn't bring extra towels. A/c didn't work right all night long. Definitely will not be coming back especially $300 for one night, I'd rather stay at a motel 6 ! The bathroom door has absolutely no privacy!

Comfy bed, vallet, but do not order the ice cream. It tasted like frozen butter.

The entire hotel is beautiful. The bar and restaurant is elegant; slightly pricey but the quality of the food is impeccable. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff is very well mannered and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel; I can't imagine someone having a bad experience here.

Been there to attend a business meeting. Although not actually lodged in this hotel, personnel was very helpful and friendly

I really thought the Marriott was a very nice hotel.

The staff here was excellent. Everyone from the front desk, to the bartender, concierge room staff and lobby ambassador were fantastic. This is a sign of great leadership, to have everyone on board with and understanding what great service is. I stay 90+ nights a year at a hotel, this place was great. On this trip I travelled with my wife and son, they recognized my family , welcomed them, gave them a bottle of water and then upgraded us to a suite. Could not have been better.

Miss the courts. Love the lobby and concierge. Gym is adequate and the pool is nice and clean. Rooms are large. Very hip vibe.

Accommodations are great, here for a work event and they are making sure everyone is very comfortable. Really pleased with things here.

I was only at the hotel for a training class that took place in one of the conference rooms. However, the premises was very well kept and the staff that I interacted with were very professional. I am sure that type of service would translate to high customer satisfaction among hotel guests.

What's a very nice Motel the plumbing was not too good but the bed slept very well I enjoyed sleeping in that king size bed I would stay again

We enjoyed our stay every time we have been here. The rooms are up to date and the beds are comfortable. The amenities are well-maintained and the food is good. We have hosted 2 events here and plan to continue.

Decent hotel. Bathroom in my guest room could use updating. Conference rooms showing age. But a decent hotel nonetheless

Nice property. The reason for solid two star is because nothing special about this hotel was exceptional and I felt like it had all the potential for me to enjoy the stay as other reviews says but unfortunately I did not get them.

-Quiet in the night for good sleep
-Pool was fun
-24/7 fitness center available
-Garage parking ($15 daily for guest self parking)
-Easy to book though Marriot Bonvoy app
-Breakfast was very pleasant thanks to attendant and the chef at the omelet bar.

Last minute booking resulted in missing a lot of package deal I paid for. You ll eventually get them after asking for them one by one. Front desk was very friendly and nice at the check in. Welcoming but lacking in professionalism of hospitality. Potential of memorable experience at this property made me disappointed a little. If this was our regular travel visit, I probably didn t feel this way about the stay. However we chose this place because of romance package for our anniversary night to rest and we had to make effort to get them. For the size of the hotel, service was very slow. Slow night for staff meant prompt service for the guest was what I hoped for. The room was very tight and no bath tub.

Despite all of what I ve mentioned above, this property would really have great potential to make others stay memorable. If you book early enough, it could give hotel enough time to prepare everything you wish for with great value.

The breakfast buffet was superb! Everything tasted fresh, the omlette they made me fantastic and melted in my mouth. The breakfast buffet is wonderful! All the food was fresh, and the egg omlette was so soft it melted in your mouth.

It was ok. The floor had a bad smell and the room was no where compared to the other marriotts over been to. I wont come back to this location

Comfortable room, with comfee bed, great tv selection, netflix, etc. Great selection at breakfast and dinner menu

Service by the staff was excellent. The parking situation was horrible. I was there to have lunch with one of their guests and I had a baby with me. I didn't want to pay $8+ to park for 2 hours so I parked in a lot down the street and had to haul the baby (plus supplies) a long way. Just didn't seem right to be charged that much.

Visited for a conference. Parking available for half price (usual charge is $16/day). Ask the front desk.

Professional / business crowd, and professional hospitality. Have been here a few times, and it's consistent. I especially love the infused water keeping me hydrated on the way out the door.

we had a awesome time and the hotel was fabulous, everyone we had contact with was fantastic, from front desk to housekeeping to valet,to all the restaurant servers. We were at the pool everyday, the pool was kept very clean they kept the chairs with clean towels all the time. We went to the buffet on Sat and Sun, food was excellant and hot !!!! luv this place

Great hotel, great location but Parking is confusing for visitors. No free parking,$8 to park in there garage or pay the valet. Inside... Starbucks is great! The barista Roshanda treats you like a king & queen and knows her stuff. Get your coffee and snacks here!

I did not stay there overnight and completely experience their service, food, etc. However, I did attend an event there for a few hours and the decor and environment was almost perfect.

Attended a class held there. The catering was reasonable. The restaurant staff were fantastic when my business credit card was not working properly. The parking was too expensive at $15 per day, but that may be normal for the area. Overall the experience was good.

Only reason I didn t give the fifth is because the size room I ordered wasn t available upon arrival and the phone/access feature was down. Other than that the experience was great!

Really friendly staff. Property appearance was very neat and clean. They have a nice fitness center with a pretty cool pool as well. The room came with small fridge and coffee pot but no microwave. The ice machine was broken on our floor so we had to go up or down a floor to get ice. But over all I enjoyed my stay and I will visit again!

My company Christmas party is here every year and it's great. The staff is fabulous, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and the bar is breathtaking

I attended a three day seminar at the hotel. Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great experience even though it felt a bit short staffed at times. Everyone was very attentive and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

- It's just usual like other 5star properties...basic requirements are fulfilled, cleanliness, hygiene, etc.

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. I brought a LARGE student group from four colleges to the TJCSGA State Convention last week. Somewhere in translation, five rooms weren't booked, and amid a very hectic check in with schools from across the state, Alex and the front dest was very calm and friendly in getting those rooms lined up for us. We never had a problem in our 4-day stay.

I had my wedding ceremony here, and they were very nice and accommodating! I'd recommend this place to other people. They also provided us cookies and chocolate covered strawberries with a note from the venue manager, which I thought were very sweet gestures. Really happy we choose this place for my wedding ceremony!
