Renovated rooms, nice amenities, but a hike from the airport. Good value hotel

Had a great weekend here staff was there at every opportunity to be of assistance

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for a bachelor party. The hotel looks newly renovated and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cool decor and nice comfy beds.

Not the best Marriot I have been at but not the worst either.

Really bad service I got charged and I don t even stay there, I got there I went to the front desk they told me the check in was till 4:00 I asked the girl in the front desk that if she could do the cancellation for me she said okay sorry about that so I left , they charged me so I called them they said we don t see the cancellation number excuse meeeee ??!! That s not my fault that s your employees fault, stupid people !!!

The room was very nice and the bathroom was the best. The lobby was very nicely organized with TV lounge and a pub/bar. All the workers were nice.

Rented a car at Sixt. Went very smoothly and was happy with the service.

Easy to get in and out. Parking is easy. Place is very clean and secure.

Standard Marriott hotel in the US, room interior seems a little old. Refurbishment will certainly give the room a better outlook.

The bed is too soft I'm my opinion but everything else was great

We were there for a conference but it was oh so much more! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! And there was an assortment of beautiful flight attendants from all over the world including my favorite flavor asian of the Chinese persuasion and I mean that as a compliment!

Went there for a wedding ceremony and it was beautifully decorated and the service was great. Would definitely enjoy going there again.

The room was clean and comfy, the hotel well run, the staff friendly and helpful, and the area pretty convenient. I suggest hitting the Starbucks in the hotel and getting the omelet. I would also suggest staying here if you need to be anywhere in the area. Super easy to get in the freeway and plenty of access to main surface streets. Only about 30 min from DFW and about 15 from Love.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The front desk girl was super rude and threw our key cards at us and didnt even tell us we were finished or directions to our room. She was so incredibly rude that if we werent here for a work conference then we would leave and stay somewhere else. Will 100% never be back nor will e recommend this hotel to any one. This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Older facility. Parking lot lights were not on when I arrived but I managed. Restaurant staff was awesome. Room was blissful. Conference facilities were great too.

The room never got cold. The towels were dingy. I stayed on the 8th FL next to a service room so it was loud most of the time

This is the location that the Air Force uses for their new recruits going into boot camp. Had to drop my son off at this location that's the only reason that I had to be there. The facility is very nice well maintained and cleaned. if I needed to stay in this area I would choose this hotel.

hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. however, they don't seem able to distinguish between foam and down pillows.

Kind of your average Marriott. I don't really like the parking situation, especially since there is a parking lot across from the entrance that they dedicate to valet parking, even when it's empty.

Beautiful hotel and decor inspire a reaction deserving of AWWWWWEEEEEE! Only downsides are confusing parking and location. Both could be fixed to prevent possible collisions in the future.

Conference was nicely set up. The temperature was pleasant in contrast too many hotels that are like freezers. The conference went well.

Wonderful hotel, food was plated akwardly. But overall nice.

This was the best Marriott property at which I've stayed in Dallas. I haven't been able to stay at the Ritz Carlton or the Renaissance, so my comparison is not complete yet. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful, the concierge lounge was nice, the Internet was fast, and it was conveniently close to some great food.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dallas/ Addison Marriott.

Nice full service hotel. I recommend stopping by the restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Omelette station is SO good! Spacious meeting rooms and a relaxing outside area

Well laid out and maintained grounds. Interior is spacious and the staff very accommodating.
My work place threw a party in one of the ball rooms, catering was delightful

The location was fantastic. Just minutes away from the galleria and almost anything you could ever want to eat. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing upgrade to fabulous suite! I was the Guest of the Day so staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a exquisite visit!

Nice but really close to highway which is a bit disturbing if your room faces that direction.

Nice venue. Dinner at The Addison Grill was okay. Service was slow, especially for an otherwise empty restaurant. But we had a nice time nonetheless.

This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. The Addison area offers you good restaurants, good shops and even the Gallery Mall is quite nearby.
The Staff is just marvelous! Talkative, emphathyc and really amazing.
If I can mention names, I would say Tori, Angel and Jessica.

Room was so dirty and old. The bathroom was disgusting. I found hairs all over the ceiling, paint was chipping, the ceiling vents where dirty. The nightstands looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. When I called down to ask to switch rooms the front desk 'guessed' what room I was in (he named two others), as if he already knew that room was dirty and put us in it anyway. I expected a 5 star experience based on the reviews online but was severely disappointed. If you value cleanliness go elsewhere.

Stayed unexpectedly due to airline delays but thought it was a very nice. A simple room layout with a modern style with very comfy beds.

I thought the valet was great. The hand salts In the restroom was great as well.

Overall my stay was ok, the parking was easy in and out, the room was ok with the exception of a ripped shower liner. My main problem was the elevators, the shook really bad when in motion and the floor numbers didn t work inside the elevator. You would have to peek your head out when it stopped to check the floor number.

We enjoyed our stay here, The personnel was very kind, proffesional and attentive.

Awesome hotel. Kim the bartender was awesome! Also my 1848 Cobb salad was excellent!
