Hotel and concierge was wonderful, but parking should have been included, did have to pay for parking, which is 15.00 extra per day.

The rooms were nice. r room price came with complimentary breakfast however there was a conference that day there for the wait time was a very long but the management did give us some Starbucks for free since you since it was taking too long first to get a table. Overall the location is good and I would come back again.

The best hotel staff I've ever encountered. Valet is on point all the time and they offer a great shuttle service. Only downside is rooms really need to be updated.

The staff are top notch. Very kind and accommodating.

We had a convention here and it was spectacular. The staff is so friendly, they went out of their way to help me. Place was extemwly cleane, bathrroms were always clean and they have some kind of salt to wash your hands... ( things you remember ah?)
In overall, great place to have a convention. Highly recommended!

Room was beautiful...but No microwave, pay to park, and to have Internet and it still didn't work. Think they could have thrown a few of those things in for the price.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. The shower heads in the tubs are awesome! Only hiccup was the mini fridge in the room wasn't working well, not very cold.

The Dallas/Addison Marriot Quorom by the Galleria boasts a number of extravagant conference rooms great for meetings, parties, etc.

Nice hotel, in a busy business area. Parking can be a hassle in a larger vehicle.

My meeting was held in the lobby area. It was well laid out and had plenty of space for personal meetings and larger social gatherings. The parking garage was easily accessible.

The Dallas Tech Summit was held at the hotel, but I was not happy about having to pay for parking.

It's a standard Marriott in the US. Same decor as any other Marriott in the US. Clean beds and toilets is the positive for this hotel. Oh yes it is also close to Galleria mall and Walmart and best buy etc. There is also a free shuttle that runs to these places but every 2 hours only which I consider very lame especially that all these places are max 5 mins drive from the hotel. In my opinion it should run at least every hour. Breakfast should be open at 0630 but the curtains are always closed till about 5 to 10 mins after. Even the shuttle runs about 5 to 10 mins late. We checked in a large group on 18. And my company holds a booking for 36 rooms every day for a year on contract. But still every time the group arrives and we always arrive at the same time every day but there is always a 20 mins or more waiting for the rooms. And not to mention arrogance to top up the delay. "So what if you waited big deal" is the attitude thrown back at you when you Express unhappiness. If this hotel floats your boat then go for it.

Upgraded to a suite. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Modern appointments and very coxy. View of Dallas was amazing!

Staff was very friendly. My only complant is there weren't too many restrooms. We had 250 people at the event, it made restroom breaks take longer than expected. Otherwise it was a great visit.

I am here for my boyfriends birthday as some get away time from the kids. Its been 11 months since we have had alone time. Im so disappointed in this place. The service is poor. I called the kitchen to order food and the woman on the other end sounded like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. She rushed me off the phone. I asked for the amount of wings and she goes "12 or 13 depending on the cook." So I asked for 3 orders she said "ma'am I said you cant choose how many it comes with 12-13". So I told her I want "3 orders". She gets irritated and says ok what else so I say nothing. She says it will be up in 30 minutes then hangs up. No thank you, no i apologize for the confusion. Just rude af! I should've turned away when I was greeted at the first desk with "next do you have a reservation" with no smile on the host face. I won't be back and if your young I wouldn't come here. Unless your over 40 and white they are rude and ignorant. They will NEVER get my dollar again.

The hotel was clean and looked extremely nice. Service was good, and had no issues at all.

I do not understand why they give good reviews to this hotel, it is horrible, dirty, full of dust, too much noise I cannot hold even one night and I had to ask for my money back and look for another hotel, I do not recommend it very poor everything!

Very clean rooms , I got the corner room which was awesome for me , specious, I had DND sign outside my room so the house keeper didn't make any noise when cleaning nearby rooms ( which some other hotels do ) , convenient shuttle service and timing for shopping areas , the shuttle driver mr.Rico was very attentive and careful driver , I liked the 24 hrs business center which I used , the lobby complimentary refreshing infused water and mix nuts are a nice touch from the hotel , thank u and keep up the good work :)

Hotel was fine. Decent dining options. Nice lobby. A relatively basic Marriott but perfectly fine.

Beautiful hotel, the grand ballroom where our homecoming was held was beautiful, even though our school was a bit too big for the dance floor. My one issue is that a server literally took my drink from my hand and threw it away..

Comfortable updated rooms, clean, helpful staff, hosted an excellent conference.

Sometimes you just want to get away and relax... well it s a risky gamble when it comes to hotels because you never know what groups or events that are happening in the hotel. I guess there s a teen hockey team here and the Lobby has been very live and busy !
I wasn t a fan of housekeeping knocking at my door not once but TWICE before check out time. This is what ruined my stay. I can t even mediate in peace because housekeeping keeps knocking so I decided to call front desk to let them know and hopefully fingers crossed I ll be in peace before departing
Oh and there s no DO NOT DISTURB signs located in the room for me to communicate to housekeeping. Please make sure house keeping are aware of all departure check out times of guests.

I was at the hotel for a conference and it seemed very nice. I didn't stay overnight.

Friendly staff very clean and well-kept. Love the breakfast very good food. I would definitely recommend it.

It's such an amazing place to stay ! We actually went there for one day , we canceled our trip to SC, requested them for 6days more days - they happily received us :) love the staff (friendly&loving ) , easy access to car , restaurants all around the area and even in the hotel ! Loved the rooms , really comfortable. Staff are amazing , ambience 10/10:) loved the stay :) Internet connection, computer room , gym , pool :) really enjoyed it :)

Is totally a place so good for many occasion from parties meanings business planning weddings it has so much to offer the pool area resort-style so accommodated from their rooms to the dining restaurant and especially for the buffet breakfast awesome the GM mr. Chris Brown how is he make sure everything is a hundred percent and Beyond the bar offer excellent drinks so if it is room to stay pool to swim gym to work or breakfast or launch, dinner here is the place
