Really comfortable hotel, having Netflix on the TV was a convenient touch. The one flaw was a tree that kept scraping on the window through the night. Other than that it was a great experience.

Just checked into my hotel. First thing they have me in 2 double beds, I choose online a king. This was fixed ASAP, which was great. Less then 10 minutes in my room and the fire alarm goes off. I was notified by employees on my floor that it was only a test and I did not have to leave my room. I confirmed this info with the front desk on the phone. There were 2 employees at the front desk, 2 employees that passed me while I waited for the elevator and 2 more employees once I got off at my floor, none of them mentioned a fire alarm test being done. Me being disabled this was a bit frightening. Will think twice about staying at a Marriott in the future.

Love staying here. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are impeccably clean.

Favorite hotel with an M lounge. Great stuff. Liked the complimentary breakfast. Easy access to San Francisco, the Livermore outlet and the Bay area.

Relatively clean, nice staff, air conditioning does NOT work in the rooms

Good location and has a welcoming lobby. Front desk attendance were accommodating. The room was clean and it seems to be well maintained.

Nice place to stay I have always found the Marriott hotels to be well-maintained clean and have a friendly staffed rooms are nice size and comfortable I only stay at Marriott hotels if I am not using my timeshare I travel a lot because of work and I always choose a Marriott hotel I love the mini suites because they have a full kitchen and I can actually prepare and cook a healthy meal if I do not want to do take out

Lovely Marriott with a decent lounge. Rooms are relatively updates and staff is nice.

Fantastic management. Very cautious. Top notch professional. Excellent well kept rooms.

Room was clean. Bed was nice. Had an issue with the bath that was quickly resolved.

Wonderful hotel and charming staff. Extraordinary clean rooms and the place smells very nice. Not sure if they put something in the air or what - but it really smells great.

Omelet bar is awesome. The rest is the breakfast is nothing special. The rooms are pretty standard, nothing special. The complimentary toiletries were pretty weak, though. The soap really dried us out.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to accommodate my room request.

Friendly staff, great location across from the Stoneridge Mall, good size rooms, nice outdoor pool area and free parking.

This place smells great. Good people service. Good free parking. Very very very close to the highway. Malls are also close. With no traffic you could be in SF or San Jose within 30 min. Also, its a nice looking hotel inside

On a side note, there was another guest on my floor who partied way too hard. The manager went out of his way to make sure the person was ok and safely in their room.

As usual the service is very good and polite. Food is also fine although I really do not fancy the Buffalo Wings here. For me that is the only negative point, they are way too greasy and not well done. I am an incredible lover of the wings but I've had better BCW's at other Marriott's, for example the Marriott Marina in Berkeley.)

Staff is super friendly, go out of their way to help out and make the start more pleasant.

The Staff & Customer Service is exceptional. You're treated professionally & courteously. The rooms are nicely appointed & they're currently remodeling the Restaurant & Concierge Level. The location is also ideal as there are plenty of businesses, shops & dining nearby. I highly recommend staying here if visiting for business or pleasure.

This place is on Top of my List of places to stay!! Very clean very nice very close to the Mall and fairgrounds and the best part. You don't have to drive, the will SHUTTLE YOU!!

Great Choice in Tri Valley, peaceful and quite. Clean and comfortable beds. Smiling staff. Excellent location with bunch of gppd restaurants and of course the mall, the BART train is down the street...

The bar was great, I got a few drinks and they were well made. I love a good sazerac.

the worst Marriot hotel I stayed. 1) hotel housekeeper tryig to kick me out of my room even though i confirmed with the front desk that I can have a late check out as a gold memember. 2) hotel double charged my credit card and didn't send the receipts to my email address as I requested upon checking out. 3) when I found that my credit card was charged twice and called the hotel, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and routed to 3 different people including the font office manager - Ciara who was not interested in helping but trying to cover all the issues.

Nice clean hotel close to Kaiser IT campus. Parking can get a bit competitive, but it's a little easier if you park to the left of the lobby.

Excellent accommodations and services. Bell service provided upon arrival. Concierge lounge was great. Wonderful variety and service attendant was always helpful. Shuttle service for travel in the immediate area. Toiletry line was also impressive. Highly recommend this location for business or pleasure stays. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, close to Dublin, San Ramon, and Livermore. Easy on and off freeway, close to freeway but no traffic noise in room. Room was very clean, set up well for business travelers, with decent Wi-Fi, safe, mini fridge, and easy to access outlets next to desk. Friendly staff and above average accommodations. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and clean, but felt a little out of date in terms of the decor and architecture. The carpet was ripped creating a tripping hazard.

My daughter's love this place, swimming , hot tub and relaxing.

Unfortunately, my stay was rather disappointing. It is a lovely property however and I don't discourage anyone else from visiting. Communication needs to be improved between departments and a review of how the elite guest experience is managed.

Great comfy beds. Located close by Stonebridge Mall. Convenient access to restaurants. Large parking lot.

Concierge lounge floor level with no view room. Loud and noisy rooms. Concierge lounge was nothing special. Food not good and staff was in attentive.

Our overnight at the Pleasanton Marriott was very enjoyable. The hotel was right off the highway and very easy to get into and back onto the road quickly. Our room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was very nice, with plenty of tables and comfortable seating. The pool was open late and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Only drawback was that we ordered in pizza and they wouldn't allow us to sit outside at the tables and eat. There were six of us and we ended up standing in our room in wet swimsuits to enjoy our late dinner. Most of the hotel staff was wonderful. We'll stay here again if in the area.

Noisy! Also, the maids don't seem to care about cleaning up on a daily basis. Rooms do NOT fit in with the Marriott image.

Great staff at front desk and restaurants. I line the new M Club with CheezeIts, pretzels, gummy bears and MMs. Nightly choice of 2 hot dishes and cheese plates. And Chobani yogurt!!

Overall a very good experience. Would have loved a better enforcement of the quiet hours. Breakfast buffet was incredible.

We had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Pleasanton Family reunion

Staying on the first floor, it is incredibly loud because there's a gap between the door and jamb of about an inch. The toilet is also very loud and is not functioning properly. Everything echoes down the hallway to our room.

It was located close to a freeway and Stoneridge Mall. The parking lot was a little weird and there is only one way to get into the hotel. Handicapped parking is hidden to the left of the enterence behind some bushes. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby that's open until 11pm. The room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. Only downside is the the room nor the hotel in general have a mircowave.

My experience was generally consistent with other Marriotts -- the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was conveniently right off the highway and next to two large shopping centers. The only things that weren't great about this Marriott were that the gym was more sparse than typical, and the bar/restaurant area was loud and echoed to the business center which made it difficult to concentrate on finishing some work from the lobby .

Nice hotel. Great staff. My experience was skewed a bit because I went to another Marriott by accident. That one was a bit fancier and had some pretty cool amenities. Or am I thinking of the Pleasanton one? I'm so confused. Worst review ever?

Great room and front staff. The maid was banging on our door at 830am when checkout is noon. They need better communication.

The hotel has a great breakfast, very friendly staff and the rooms are great.

Good hotel, big rooms. Free Parking. Good location. Not so far from the outlets.
