Good hotel that's conveniently located near Workday

Actually went there by mistake. But the staff was extremely helpful. The lady that greeted us went above and beyond to help us get to the correct hotel for our meeting.

Excellent service! I really like the convenience of the shuttle service.

Warm friendly staff. Food at the bar is outstanding. Ask for Marcos at the bar. Great bartender. Some remodeling is going on right now which will only help make the place even better. Easy access to the mall across the street with good dining selection. Also easy access to the freeways. Always a great place to stay!

Best place in town for a perfect night with a dream girl.

Decent hotel. Not my favorite. Don't answer phones. Get confused and take their time answering requests.

Good customer service and I would give it a 5 star but there was only one problem, NO MICROWAVE.... we bought snacks like hot pockets that you need a microwave for but it is what it is .... the nicest lady at the front desk here is jade I give all the credit to her she was very nice and helpful .. thank you

Location is decent and across the street from a mall. Their M-lounge was nice and necessary to round out the experience of staying. Had inconsiderate neighbors which sullied the late nights and early mornings. So did the AC which was in full working order, but still failed to do its job.

This place caters more to the business crowd and a little stuffy for families but very clean and well run. Definitely better than the run down, horrific smelling Marriott next door.

Good high pressure shower in my room. Great breakfast in the executive lounge. Clean comphy bed, and a busy bar downstairs. Perfect for a quick business trip.

They were very helpful, accommodating and polite at the hotel.

Excellent location and very quiet. Odd uneven floors that are somewhat sloped giving me the sensation of movement on the 6th floor where I was... maybe it was a series of tremors since its NoCal or maybe a vortex from the hillside since the water table is back and high!!!

Check-in bounced us between this and the next door Marriott, and our neighbors were arguing till 130am. But other than that, this has been a solid place to stay. Clean facilities, and good value overall.

Elevators felt/sounded like a death trap...doors opened/shut before elevator was done moving. Found it interesting there was also someone sleeping in the lounge with a pillow and blanket. Assuming they got kicked out of their room or something. Otherwise, I liked the choices of snacks available in the lounge. Rooms were neat and clean and service was friendly.

I like that parking is free compared to other marriotts

Beware breakfast is not free with some room offers and is actually quite expensive - was not told there is a charge until AFTER I got my food. Ultimately they made it right though I was upset and didn't finish my breakfast. Would like to see a sign with breakfast price posted or at least somebody inform you before you get food at the buffet. Everything else about the hotel is nice though.

The beds were so comfortable, but the breakfast is subpar.

I only visited to drop off and pick up company that was staying there and visiting us. But so far our company has been pleased with their stay. And I would recommend the hotel to our other guests.

Very nice rooms and staff room service was perfect five star

Our stay for one night was great! We were checked in quickly by Abraham. He allowed us to change our room size to a double bed that was located on the third floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One down side to our stay was the noise level that could easily be heard from hallway to the room. Our room included breakfast (or additional $20 per person). The servers and kitchen staff were very friendly and prompt. The breakfast buffet located behind the bar of the main level included baked crossiants with muffins, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, fresh fruit, etc. We had a great breakfast experience before we checked out. Parking was easy and free (they advised to park in front because there was only one enrty). I would stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The hotel was very accessible and easy to find. When first entering the hotel it's very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My room is decently sized and I got a double bed like I wanted.

Rooms were clean and service was excellent as usual.

Very well maintained. I enjoyed my stay. Room was nice. Front desk very friendly. Accommodated my very early check in. The food was very good. It seemed Maria was always cleaning something inside or out in the parking lot.

Fantastic hotel with great beds. Bathrooms had full amenities. No complimentary breakfast, but the food was decently priced for the quality.

Great location near shopping and freeways, not far from downtown Dublin and Pleasanton, good ambience, quiet rooms, really nice lounge, friendly staff.

Like the upgrades in the lounge are and the dinning/bar options. I also like pool area and the Smart TV's where i can watch my Netflix. Love that its near shopping and entertainment. If they keep on top if maintenance this would be a 5 star

Banquet hall was nice, food was very good, service was excellent. With all the people we had at our event plus all their other guests we were limited to only ONE!! slow moving elevator. Took FOREVER to get up and down to our rooms. I expected much better from the Marriott.

I stayed at Pleasanton Marriott on a Friday night after an event. I got the room through an Express deal on Priceline. We booked one room for two guests, they gave us two full size beds as opposed to two queen-size beds. Since it wasn't a big deal to us, we didn't decide to ask for a change, but we felt like it should have been specified to us what bed size are we going to get if not the standard 2 Queen. The rest of the facilities were beautiful and well kept. The gym was fairly big, with about 5 or so cardio machines and a good range of dumbbells. There were no other machines though. The beds themselves were a little bit worn down, and I could see some people's backs being a bit achy, but aside from that the room was great and nice to be in. the high rating definitely comes from the fact that it is a value deal when I got it, and would not consider paying more than $100 a night for it.

Friendly staff, nice rooms good price for the room, everything when you get there is costly, 13.00 for a carafe of coffee??

It's ok. Lots of noisy kids early on Sunday morning. Clean, nice rooms. Reasonable pricing for the facilities.

Bed was quite comfortable but the TV seems quite small compared to the room. The pool and hot tub looked nice from afar, but when we got closer to the hot tub it had a lot of debris and a very large dead wasp inside.

Everything was amazing and even a free bottle of wine and free breakfast!

A long, deafiningly loud walk through lobby to elevators. Rooms were surface clean, dusty otherwise. No microwave, even cheapest places have them. Room was not right one twice, 3rd was not a charm

Started with a handicap room= no closet space, bathroom takes up literally half the room. Moved to normal room= no water pressure in shower, walls are paper thin and can literally hear every word the 1am party next door is having. NO LAUNDRY ROOM and still stuck here another week. Even the elevators are loud and have very noticeable service issues that look very unsafe. I would suggest not staying here. Unfortunately this is what my company paid for so I m stuck here. Please look elsewhere. The only silver lining in this place is the amazing staff.

The lady who checked me in did not set up my card right so I was having trouble getting into the lounge. The hotel itself is fine and the breakfast is good.

Clean and comfortable, with really good buffet for a fair price. I really liked the flow of the room. Pocket bathroom doors, and quality bedding.

Welcoming atmosphere. Customer service impeccable! Meals are satisfying. Rooms are very clean. LOVE it there

Nice hotel inside and out, nice rooms that are very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Good location with all kinds of shopping entertainment and dining. I do recommend this hotel for future stays or first timers.

Easy access to the mall. Room was cozy. Loved the pillows...slept like a log! Can't wait to visit them again!

Swing shift staff, especially Gladys; are great!! Morning shift staff don't seem to care. I've stayed in many Marriott's and other than Las Vegas, Pleasanton is tops!

This hotel has amazing staff! My daughter left our Bose over the ear headphones in one of the drawers in our room which we didnt realize until about 2 hours after we checked out. Needless to say, I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up to the room to look for the headphones and found them! I picked them up later that day and they had placed them in a nice bag with my name on it and even checked my ID. I cant say enough about their level of customer service.

The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Location is fantastic.

I e stayed at this property a couple of times and I've been pleased each time. The staff is courteous and the accommodations are comfortable. I recommend it for those traveling to this area.

By far the best hotel i ever came across omg it was so beautiful, so clean, smelt so good, had the best staff, the pool was amazing, my bed was so soft soon as i layed down in it 5mins later i was sleep no lie there beds are made from heaven if i can give this place a million stars i would.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean and we'll maintained. The M lounge is a nice feature and the pool looked inviting even though I didn't get time to use it. The bar had a great whiskey selection of you are so inclined. The breakfast buffet was good. Not a huge selection, but good quality. Definitely worth the stay if you are in the area or traveling on a business trip.

Great experience at the Marriott. Our AC wasn't working and the staff swiftly found us another room and a accommodated our needs.

The parking area has easy parking. They're clearly marked and conveniently located near the entrance.

I had bugs in the room. I advised the manager who came up and offered no compensation for my inconvenience. She argues with me that its " not a roach" and frankly, I don't care what it is, it looks like a roach, and there were a few in my room!!! As I came down to use the computer, there was a guy sleeping on the couch by the computers with his pants halfway down. ( drunk?). Hes been here a good 20 plus minutes. Management is not on top of this hotel at all. I am a Marriott rewards member for two decades , have had events in the Marriott, and have stayed in Marriotts all over the world. I would not recommend this property. It may be time for Marriott to take the name off the building. Or they need to get new management and get it together. The check in staff was nice and she was efficient last night. Otherwise, I do not recommend this property at all. It has a bug problem as I experienced in my room. I left my room hours earlier than I planned as a result of the bugs. Disgusting. This is the same hotel I stayed out about 2 years ago and saw an active bed bug on the pillow. I was hopeful it had improved. no such luck.
