Lobby was very clean, bartender took a long time to make simple drinks, but was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Excellent experience! Perfect customer service from every staff member. The Market Lounge full service Restaurant/ Bar (open 11 a.m.- 11 p.m.) has a lovely menu selection. The bar has a fine Bourbon list with 22 options to choose from. Chose from a great wine menu. The imported, craft, and domestic beer is a must try. The pool side fire pit offers a cozy evening. A 24 hour fitness center is perfect to keep in shape. Hotel shuttle service is available for free with in a 5 mile radius. The Mclub Lounge for Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members is open 24 hours for free grab and go snacks and beverages. As well as, appetizers served daily from 7:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m./ desserts from 7:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m./ breakfast M-F 6 a.m.- 10 a.m. & Sat.- Sun. 7 a.m.- 11 a.m. Thank you Karmela, Darrian, Gladys, and Kevin for making it a pleasure to Stay at Marriott.

Walls are made of paper. Hotel could do with a refresh.

Stayed at the marriot with my husband and 3 kids they were very accommodating to us. Very clean place and close to the mall which for me is a plus.

What a great hotel! The room was clean and updated and comfortable. The staff was responsive and respectful and the grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire pit by the pool.

An International brand (marriot hotels) that cannot and will not loan an international plug adaptor to a guest. Was forced to drive and buy a whole new charger ($102.00!!!)

Also breakfast menu has not changed in ten years.

Very poor experience

Poor customer service from the Girls working including the general manager! I was in mid conversation and was hung up on. Hopefully this doesnt happen in the near future. Ive always had good experiences at this hotel.

Very professional and helpful staff. Rooms have smart TVs which have built-in apps such as Netflix and YouTube. Pool and hot tub are outdoors.

Pros- comfortable bed ,nice room, pools open late. Cons- pay internet, dark parking lot.

Comfortable room. Great bed and pillows. Room service food awful. Starbucks in a paper cup and cold tasteless croissants. 3 little creamer packets for 2 coffees! Staff VERY FRIENDLY. Overall excellent except for that morning room service

Awesome hotel. Staff was super friendly at check in. She made us aware of all of our amenities prior to check in. Even went as far as telling us that there were teenagers that were being loud in the pool.(We wanted to use the hot tub) She let us know that her manager was out there looking into it and to wait about a half hour before we went down. Our room was very nice. It was clean bed was super comfy. We hit the hot tub about an hour after check put and had no issues. Everything was perfect!

Only wish was to have a refrigerator on my room, otherwise I'm extremely happy with my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and breakfast was really good. If I'm ever in the area and in need of a hotel I would definitely recommend and come again. Thanks marriot staff

The place was clean and nice looking. I appreciated that there was a bar and a pool.. That's about all I can say that's positive. The customer service was HORRENDOUS! I was there with a wedding party. I was one of the bridesmaids and we realized the morning of the wedding that half of the guests (we rented out 1/4 of the entire hotel) had not received their welcome bags as we had been assured they would. When we called the front desk to ask them to deliver them, the response we got was, "Ya, well, your guests were loud last night." When we asked if we could get a steamer for the bridesmaids dresses, they did not know what that was. They also did not seem to know what a corkscrew was. There wasn't anywhere high up enough in the "Bridal Suite" (NOT a bridal suite) to hang the bride's dress without it dragging on the floor. We were informed that a previous bridal party had noticed this same issue and hung the dress from the fire sprinklers--- I will admit- that wasn't too bright- but there truly isn't anywhere else to hang it-- well, now there are signs under the sprinklers that say "DO NOT HANG CLOTHING FROM HERE" because that bride's dress was ruined when they set off the sprinklers.... Did this make them put up a hook elsewhere high enough for a dress to hang and not drag? Of course not. There solution instead was to only post signs saying, "Don't do that." When I checked in I was told three different prices for my two night stay over the course of five minutes. By the end I was told it would be $100 more than expected but that I would be refunded that $100 upon check out if my room had no damages. I let them swipe one card for that price, as they told me upon check out, I could in fact pay on a different card. But when checking out, I asked if I could put it on the other card, only to be told, "No, we already ran it on the other card"... I am so looking forward to getting my credit card statement and seeing what the heck is in fact on there.
I am so very sad to know that this is pretty much the only hotel around there- because they seem to know they can get away with horrific customer service- as people simply do not have other options. Someone, please build another hotel near Livermore!

The location was convenient. The hotel was clean and their staffs were service oriented. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. Walking distance to a mall too which was good.

First class hotel deserves 5 stars. Annie deserves a promotion. Excellent service above expectation

Door wouldn't close behind me, bed was sinking in the middle, no bath robes, robotic check in desk (did not give a sorry to my concerns, so why bother "how was your stay" if your not ready to talk about negatives?) List goes on but at least rooms were clean.

The banquet hall was well cleaned and adequate for our meeting. In addition the food was good and the staff friendly.

Very comfortable beds for an awesome night sleep. Bathroom looks beautiful. Downstairs is very large for a Marriott. Breakfast was pricey at $20 but they did have a good selection and could accommodate for made to order omelettes. Would come back.

Great business hotel. With COVID no food being served and nothing right around there. Kind of inconvenient

Got an early checkin and i appreciated it.experience was overall good but wish I booked an embassy suites coz if free breakfast buffer for that price I paid. I totally forgot full service Marriott don't offer such. Too bad didn't have time to indulge in the indoor jacuzzi n swimming pool. Great location too.

Was given a room bugs were biting me, woke up 130 am, request another room. Had to pack and unpack again. Had to go to work the next day was exhausted. Day 2, maid service did not show up to clean the room and when returned to hotel, trash still in trash can, beds unmade no fresh towels and no paper. Will be the last time I stay at this hotel.

Great bed and great bar. Bartender was quite funny.

We were there for a soccer info night where I was a coach. It went fine. Enough chairs. Water was provided. Projector worked fine.

A very nice hotel with great accommodations. One thing to note is that they do not have rooms with two queen beds. If you request two beds, the only size is doubles. The rooms are modern and clean, but cramped.

The entire hotel was clean and beautiful. We could not have asked for a better location and stay.

Nice place. They always have a smiling face to get you when you arrive. I wish it had more entrances. It only has one entrance which means you will likely need to park away from the front door.

Beautiful room, quick service, but housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:14am. Not cool.

This hotel is a great one in Pleasanton. Walking distance from the mall with shuttle services if needed. The restaurant at the hotel is really good if you don t feel like going out.

Sorry guys, if you sell a room and want to change the price later, that's your problem not mine. Asking for more money or cancelling isn't how this works.

Nice and clean, close to mall and freeway. Staffs are friendly; warm greetings and smile.

Their place was fabulous! The dining area was spacious.

The rooms are well air conditioned. Pillows and beds are very comfortable. Pool is heated.

Its a great place to stay. My room had a bedroom that was septated from the rest of the room. There was a kitchen that came supplied with glasses dishes and silverware it had a full size fridge with a built in ice maker. The best part was the complimentary breakfast with sit down dining option and everything you can think of to eat. People were finally. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Attended a group dinner January 27th. Watched everybody else get served their dinner and then was told that they were out of food. The kitchen manager never even bothered to come out. He sent a waiter out to tell 3 of us that they were out of food. When we demanded our food or our money back they miraculously found 3 more plates of food. But not what I had ordered. Pretty pitiful. Last time I will visit your hotel.

Great place. Have stayed many times. Less expensive that many other, lower quality hotels in the vicinity.

We had an excellent night stay. Great hotel, plenty of parking. Spacious,clean room, great staff(front desk, bar, and housekeepers), plenty of space and seating throughout the hotel. Food and wine we perfect!

Hot tub was under construction

Overall pretty nice - pretty noisy, but it's sort of a white noise that you get used to eventually. Also, those flashing lights all night long from the fire alarm system were a little annoying. Staff was very friendly, and attentive. Room was nice and clean

Nice (if a bit old) hotel. Restaurant and service staff is very friendly and kind. Rooms look somewhat old and small, but serviceable.

This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean, smelled very fresh and had nice decorations. The lobby area was a great place to meet for drinks and socialize.

Nice hotel, clean room. Unique scent for soaps. Our air conditioning didn't work I'm our first room and they moved us when it couldn't be fixed and gave us breakfast vouchers. Nice 1 night stay

I got married at a the Shannon Community Center and this hotel was literally a 4 minute drive down the same road. Location was convenient for my guests and I, especially after hours of partying. The room was a good size; we had a King sized bed and there was still a nice little couch if someone needed a place to stay. Nice shower, though I never like the hotel soaps and shampoo provided and this was no exception. Overall, would stay again, especially for the fantastic price!
