Beautiful venue, convenient location right across the street from a mall & Decent dining options. Hotel has terrific restaurant and bar. Well-designed updated modern rooms. Hi and toiletries complementary. Booked the Sheraton .5 miles away the previous night which was very disappointing, booked the Marriott Hoping to transfertransfer to More comfortable, inviting Hotel. They offered to send a shuttle over to pick my wife and I up and brought us to the BART station two days later to Catch a returning flight at SFO. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and courteous. We stayed a night here for the Scottish games and it was a nice respite after a long day there. Staff was on task and made sure we we're well taken care of. Do wish there was.some.open area to let the kids run around in though.

The hotel is a bit dated, and I spotted some water damage on the ceiling of a 2nd floor hallway on my way to the room. The room was nice, but again a bit old.i just think that a 4-star hotel should keep their accommodations a bit more modern. The lobby/bar is a nice place to gather though.

The event we attended was a fundraiser. The food was OK, appetizers were cold. It was neat and attendants have decent service, but not excellent. Went to a previous event about a year ago and service was better then. Size of the facility is good and parking a sufficient amount. Restrooms were clean.

LOUD AS A FREEWAY which it is wedged right up against. Overpriced for what it is - banks on corporations overpaying for rooms for business travelers, which apparently they do. Charges daily for wifi and if you want the "fast" wifi charges $16 something a day (not including tax). Room should be about $100 - $150 less for what it is - it's just not that nice. Also, gave me a total hassle about my credit card when I checked in even though they had all the necessary info already on file and in their system from the reservation and could charge the card (and should have already charged the card) but because I didn't bring card and physically was not in my hands they wouldn't which is causing me to tie up other funds and I have to get someone to get the card and copy it an email it. UNREAL HASSLE. The front desk tried to pull some flim-flam (it's for your own protection) BS when no other hotel I have ever stayed at (and I travel constantly) has ever hassled me like this (hotels simply charge what they have on file for the reservation then ask for a credit card when you check in for any additional fees such as room service). Seriously. WTF. I will avoid avoid avoid this hotel and all Marriotts in the future. Horrible experience. Really awful.
