Scott Saunders sold me my new (to me) car. I was very pleased with the ease of purchase, the guidance received, and the overall experience.

They have no problem lieing to you. I was pre-approved through my bank, with cash for ttl, and I ask them not to run my credit, as I will not be financing with them. They looked me in my face, promising me the wouldn't, just before they ran it anyways.

Great dealership. Excellent customer service from both their service department and parts department.

Wow!!! Drive in and got oil change, tire rotation a d full inspection in 35 minutes. Friendly people and great service. Well done.

Went to buy a used car, ended up buying new because they gave us such a good deal.

The salesmen weren't slimy at all. We had Jimmy, who was honest and gave us such a great deal up front on a new Toyota Rav4 that we didn't even have to negotiate.

The place was brand new and beautiful. Everyone we saw was well-dressed, friendly, and no one gave us a bad vibe. Service was fast and excellent in every area.

Because Lost Pines was the first visit on our list, we made the mistake of leaving to check out AutoNation Toyota South Austin and a Subaru dealership in Austin, and both were like jumping into a pool of sharks. We should have just stayed at Lost Pines because they were BY FAR the best, and we ended up coming back to purchase from them.

These guys were amazing all the way through. My brother recently just bought a Camry and informed me about the customer service at this dealership. I was looking to purchase a prius and I spoke with a gentleman named Jesse! Jesse was AWESOME he gave me the keys to the car and we test drove it and talked about all my options. Jesse was able to get me the best deal possible! These guys were very professional and very welcoming. They heard me out and tried there best to accommodate my needs. They did there job very well and I was happy to leave with a prius C!

Charlie Akin and the whole staff at Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop made the process of buying my Rav 4 very easy and stress free. They were able to work with my budget and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

Efficient. This was my 5th new car purchase and I have so say so far the best. When I asked my sales man to work on one thing or another to help me get a good deal it was done without the extra smoke and mirrors. Finance was honest and helpful! Car was delivered quickly. Staff was polite and helpful even with a breast cancer even going on we still felt like we mattered in the crowd. I purchased my last 3 vehicles from a family of dealerships in Austin. I wouldn t refer any one to Lost Pines Toyota..I call about a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe..I was in the process of buying the Tahoe when my salesman Brady sold the Tahoe from under me.. I guess my bank wasn t moving fast enough for them.. It first come first serve with this company.. it s not about the customer I see.. if I could give it zero stars I would.. In we started the process at 9:00 am this morning of 11/22/2017 he call me around 12 saying they sold the truck.. They didn t give my bank a full day to get everything going..

Megan Faris is the best person you can get when it comes to service. She is fast efficient and a super sweet person. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease no matter the severity of the service being done. Def recommend!!

Ever been to an Apple store or contacted Apple support? They are trained in some fashion to help the customer feel heard, appreciated and a sense of the "customer is right" tradition.

This place by far exceeds every other car dealership. They were super friendly and were NOT pushy or overbearing, nor did they pressure me at all to buy a vehicle. If you need a sales representative that will go straight to work for you and do everything he can possibly do to get you what you want speak with Henry Halamicek. He was very eager to help me get the best possible price and features I wanted. The whole process from walk in to walk out was maybe 2 hours. I've never had a car buying experience go so well. There were only a few minor detail on the vehicle that needed attention but Henry saw to it that they were fixed. He then introduced me to Gary Faust, a finance manager who worked an awesome deal with the bank and kept my payments super low while getting me an added warranty without jacking up the price of the vehicle. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with all of the members I came in contact with at Lost Lines Toyota of Bastrop and I will be back for another vehicle in the future and I will also recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle.

Great service! My vehicle has 330k miles and Lost Pines Toyota keeps us running! They go the extra mile, too. I had a blowout recently while I was bringing my daughter with me to work and they were making arrangements to loan me a car, but had the tire changed so fast I did not need it!

I had been searching for a month for a used 2014 RAV4 XLE, certain color and low mileage. After looking at several websites and visiting some dealers in San Antonio, I decided to try Lost Pines Toyota. After looking at their website, I called and spoke with Dustin Cavazos. He answered all my questions about the RAV4 that I was interested in we communicated both verbally and by text. I needed to know that this model was what I wanted before travelling 130 miles to the dealership the next day. I could not have been more pleased when meeting Dustin. He was very courteous, patient and respectful of what I needed. He helped teach me about all the new features that I would be using on this RAV4. This was about two weeks ago, and I am still a very happy customer. Thank you Dustin for your excellent customer service and Lost Pines for a great Certified Used RAV4!

Great staff, fast and easy place for all Toyota repairs and servicing.

They have the friendliest staff and are very helpful in the purchase of our new car.

They are always very quick and honest. Every time I go in to get my oil changed they are quick. When I have a mechanical issue or question they are honest and don't try to sell me something I don't need. It's worth the extra drive to Bastrop.

This place has gone down. Nothing like it was a few years ago.

We needed a car so the nanny could pick up the kids. We wanted to make sure everything was solid in the car. Lost Pines Toyota made sure we had all the service history on the vehicle. Transparency is very important to me because I needed to make sure the car wasnt going to leave her (the nanny) and my children stranded somewhere. Salespeople here are really helpful and not pushy at all. Bought a used car from here: I noticed that brakes were wearing unevenly, so the dealer bought new OEM brakes and installed them free of charge before i bought the car. Prices were very reasonable and car was in pristine condition when I picked it up, and has been running great ever since. Definitely consider coming here if you're in Austin and are looking for a reputable and fair dealer.

Lost Pines Toyota is a great dealership. Drove out from Houston to see Clay Wilson, Sales Manager, who put me on a great used Camry. This is the second car purchased through him. His attention to detail and seeing the process through (and quickly) made this a smooth buying experience. I highly recommend him.

My son took his truck in to have work done . It had died on the highway but still turned over. They call back telling him the motor was locked up and he needed a whole new engine. Went back they hadn't even put it in the shop to check it. Told them no to actually pull it in the shop and check it. Motor wasn't locked like they claimed. Instead timing chain , water pump, and idler pulley it's back on the road.

Big thank you to Jim and Syndi! The staff here is truly amazing. I was recently in a wreck (not my fault) that totaled my car, forcing me to get a new one under a crunched time-frame. In less than 24 hours I had quotes, seen pictures of all the cars we were discussing and was in the process of getting a car. The staff here is truly amazing from whoever answers your call to sales, finance and more. The experience here is how all car dealers should handle a customer. Syndi and Jim are unique and took so much extra time to make sure I was making a good decision. They truly care about you and it shows in all the ways they go above and beyond to help. From start to finish not a great experience. They didn t seen real interested in selling a vehicle. I won t be back, my husband won t be in and my parents who are in the market for a new vehicle won t be in either.

As usual John Cardone treated me like a queen..... I had been wanting a black Avalon for over 10 months and yesterday I finally got my early Christmas gift.... Went in for a first time oil change on my old Honda Accord and Damien Winston greeted me and started making me feel welcome from the get go. He took care of my car and took care of everything I wanted and let me know about some issues I need to get looked at in the future. He got me in and out of there fast and it was all very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

This past cold and rainy Saturday we drove from Georgetown to Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop to find a Toyota Camry. We could not have been more pleased with our salesman Chris Blankenship. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient as we looked over the 10-12 cars on the lot. He didn't hesitate to let us test drive 2 cars and sit inside a few others. When we ultimately decided on a car Chris stayed extra late to ensure we understood the financing process and then to sit and explain the features of the car we bought. We would highly recommend Lost Pines Toyota and don't forget to ask for Chris B. You won't be disappointed!!

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received at Lost Pines Toyota---Rental. The car was brand new, nice and clean and ran great! And last but absolutely not the least is how much less expensive they were from the other services in town for comparable cars. Not just a $5. or $10. Difference either! First off let me start off by saying Scott is who you need to see. Scott Saunders help me get an exceptional deal on my car. He was friendly, helpful and honest, a characteristic seldom seen in the car salesmen today. He help me get the car I wanted how I wanted it for an incredible price all while being completely transparent during the transaction.

If everyone at Lost Pines Toyota is as amazing as Scott then this really is the only dealership you need to go to, to buy cars. He help me get an Audi A5 for 0 down and an incredible interest rate for someone who's only 18 he made buy my first fully independent car a smooth and easy process.

Their financial department really does work with you and try to help you out, which is another amazing thing about this dealer.

Nice place, friendly folks. It's got a pretty country vibe; I have always wondered why my folks bought a car out here instead of in Austin where they live and now I know. They're from small towns and this place just feels like a small town dealership. It even has a knick-knack shop in the lobby!

I will not waste my time searching for a car if this dealership will not be transparent about pricing. Give me a break. Why should I have to give a sales lead to you just to get a online price?

I bought a used car supposedly certified from the dealership it was purchased from and in the first 2 weeks I had to do brake repairs also alignment and Balancing I also had no antenna. I do not recommend Dealership they do not service and check there vehicles and sales tactics I did not agree with.

Purchased a lemon from this company. Do not trust them! Just got off the phone with Chad and he wouldn't even transfer me over to a manager. He said there was nothing they could have done about the issues I've experienced with my car and they're not covered under the warrant so we're basically SOL. The salesman told me to come in and they would help me "no problem" we drove all the way from Buda to Bastrop for nothing. We get there and they tell me I have to pay $150 just to get the car diagnosed. Just got the car in August and already had to replace 3 parts. Terrible service, BAD used cars!

I took my husband's car to get serviced today while he worked out at the sherrifs office. He left his gun in his glove box due to him being in a rush for an appt we had at 11am. After the car was serviced i went to pick my husband up and realized his gun went missing. We called back & went back to Toyota to report a missing firearm, where the stories do not match up. We were told by one gentleman the cabin air filter (which is in the glove box) was checked, to then be told later that the workers stated they were told not to check the cabin air filter by management. And its sad one cannot leave our belongings in our car because they will go missing. It is even more sad that that employee had the option to do his job WITHOUT STEALING HIS FIREARM but instead decided to take it. I & My husband are regretting doing business with Lost Pine Toyota.

Awesome individuals! Best car purchase experience I've ever had. You won't regret it. If it can be done, Reed will get it done for you. I'm from San Antonio and have a Toyota dealership less than 3 miles from my home. So what am I doing driving 80 miles to buy a car in Bastrop, you say. I go where I get the best deal and more importantly the BEST customer service. Most of the work was done prior to visiting the dealership through emails. I put in a bid proposal request, Reed responded promptly and I accepted his bid. We arrived at the dealership where we were greeted promptly. Reed was busy with other clientele so Henry Halamicek assisted us. He showed us the car and explained all the features to us. We took about 15 minutes in the finance office and we could have been on our way but I was enjoying this dealership so much we stayed a bit longer. This dealership is a small town dealership. No tall standing tower where the sales manager looks down on everybody as if he were a prison guard on watch. On the contrary, the owner, Carlos Liriano, was there and came over and introduced himself to us and asked us if everything was satisfactory. You definitely don't get that treatment in the "city". I've been to several dealerships and not once has Red Mccombs or Tom Benson ever come out to greet me.
So in closing, if you enjoy a small town atmosphere, being treated like a friend or neighbor and "no pressure" salesmanship, then this is the place for you. Hope you enjoy your car purchase as a much as I did. Tell'em Merv sent you.

After 7 visits and over $2000 in repair fees, the original issue I had with the A/C in my Corolla was never fixed. The service department will not return calls, and the service manager will not answer your calls.
If you are looking for someone to accurately diagnose and repair your vehicle, I would definitely go anywhere else except there.

We went in with a pretty good idea of the vehicle that we wanted and had some definite must-haves. Jesse Torres greeted us, asked a few questions and took us out to see a Highlander that was almost perfect. When we shared the features that we wanted that weren't on that particular car, he didn't try to talk us into settling but promised to find what we wanted, and he did! We left with a Highlander that was EXACTLY what I wanted. From start to finish Jesse was professional and helpful, even staying late to demonstrate all the features. Syndi in the financing department was great. I don't think I've ever laughed like that while signing loan papers! The entire process was hands down the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. If you're in the market for a Toyota, go to Lost Pines. We will certainly be back!

There for a maintenance on my tundra. Damien in the service department was a very respectable and nice man. They performed the routine maintenance quickly and satisfactorily.

The WORST customer service I have ever received! General Manager is extremely unprofessional and was asking inappropriate questions and was arguing with me and my husband. I have gotten 3 cars there and this last time was the WORST! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

i had my tacoma towed there and not only did damian not tell chad i was there when i got it back they had replaced the battery which cost me $156 and its not the problem it is the radio which is pulling the battery down i told them it was not they battery because i charged it yes they are going to replace the radio but i'm still out $ SO I CALLED CARLOS DO YOU THINK HE OR ANYONE ELSE CALLED ME BACK NO AND LAST VISIT THEY ROTATED THE TIRES AND SAID I REQUESTED IT I DID NOT YES THIS WAS ONLY $ 10 but it is adding up

I have never seen a dealership try harder not to sell you a vehicle. This is one local business who would rather ignore the customer than make a sale.

I worked with Thynthia getting my 2007 Toyota 4Runner serviced on. I had an issue with my AC unit but still had some extended warranty left. Explained to her my situation and she said they d see what they could do with the tech. After looking at my car they said a few pieces to the AC unit were rusting out (i lived in Utah for many year so salt damage) and she told me to get a new part it would cost around $600. Kept my car overnight to wait for the part. The next day i show up depleted because I m unemployed due to covid and that was a chunk of my money. She said that her and the tech worked something out and figured out through a different means they could fix the issue and have it all covered under warranty. All i had to do was pay for the oil change! Done and done!! Thank you for working with me and helping me fix the problem under the circumstances!

Great non-buying experience. We bought our last car from LPT and wanted to drive the Rav 4 and the Honda CRV. We ended up purchasing the CRV but had the pleasure of dealing with a true professional.

We told Caitlan we were going to buy a car in the next week and she took the time to show us the Rav 4 from head to toe, top to bottom. She's a knowledgeable professional. I don't trust them. They tried to sell us a car they claimed to be certified. The inside was dirty, never been touched for a detailing. Car battery was old and leads rusty with build up, yet they claimed it was a new battery. Those are just a few of the indescrepancies we encountered. Shop at your own risk and take someone who can inspect the car for you to make sure you're getting what you are told.

Jesse and Joe did EVERYTHING they could just to get me into a newer vehicle. It took a bit of time but I drove off in my new car the same day. And a big hand to Shawn in the financial department for helping make it as quick as possible!!!

John Cardone took note to everything that I said that was important (must have) and the extra features that accommodated my lifestyle. Didn't think I would have such an easy time getting my first car. Very helpful and friendly staff. Drove off the lot with a new Corolla and coming back for service is always a pleasant experience. I also can't argue with the price they gave me without having to negotiate much at all.
