Pleasanton Marriott very lovely Place always look for the Bible awesome

Attended a wedding there. All the employees made it very welcoming. The servers kept tables clean. Beginning to end was a great experience. I would recommend this place for special occasions.

It was terrible. The walls were leaking and the terrible smell in the room. Housekeeping bothered all the time. And in the morning the was no water. So Terrible

We were there for a wedding this weekend and the staff was absolutely amazing. Especially Trina, Abraham, Ivan and just everyone else we came in contact with. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds the buffet breakfast was very good. We've always stayed at Marriott but this on exceeded our expectations .

Hotel has a lot of mechanical issues like 1 elevator broken. The other one on its last legs. Good luck finding and ice machine that works. Marriott this hotel is long overdue for a upgrade.

The infrastructure is just old. The windows in my room were leaking so much cold dry air that the heater would turn on dry the air even more. I was then moved to another room and that room had a terrible clunky bed where I could feel the springs and the whole room just smelled funny. I left at 4 AM to go sit at the airport instead. I will not coming back.

Rooms were clean, service was prompt, and coffee was great! Would stay again!

Great stay. Pool/fire pit was a fun place to relax. Wish the bar had stayed open a little later on the weekend (closed @ 11)

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They value me as a repeat customer and have met my every need.

The staff were nice and very accommodating. The overall experience was up to par.

Pool closed, a gatoraid in the lobby was $4 for a small one, down the street at shell u can get 2 big ones for 3.33. There was no food served. Took 15 min for the room to get hot water. The room wasn't anything special. The best feature was the bed. Would not spend more than 80 to stay there again, not worth it.

Felt a bit pricey, but on par for the area. Rooms are clean, air conditioning works, pool is refreshing. It is the accommodating staff who make the place shine.

Customer service and housekeeping are great. Shuttle to locations near by was a pleasant surprise.

Room is clean and well appointed with mini refrigerator and coffee maker. No microwave and they charge for Wi-Fi unless you are a rewards member

Front desk is great, Marriott rewards members get a coupon for a free glass if wine, dessert or app. The smoke detector light in my room drove me nuts. Service in restaurant took wad way slow.

Comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to Stoneridge Mall shopping and restaurants. Room was functional but unremarkable, and my room had nothing but a view of the air conditioner on the adjoining roof. Fire alarm system has three bright green lights that flash incessantly, which may keep you awake at night. Typically friendly Marriott staff, but a bit pricey for the room and amenities.

Hotel was clean and staff were extremely courteous. Food tasted good and seemed fresh. Didn't stay overnight but would in the future.

The room was in good condition and the beds were basic.

Dedicated to the gentlemen determined to clean up the fall leaves by the front lobby door and driveway awing at 6AM using a broom and dustbin... Thanks for not waking everyone up by using a leaf blower that early in the morning on a Sunday! Thank you!

I'm told this was an older hotel that was recently remodeled. Looks nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. And unlike some places, there are drawers to put your things in. Bar and restaurant are decent. Missed out on breakfast so I can t rate that but they did have coffee in the bar lounge for the morning hours.

Positives:
Floor to Ceiling windows for lots of natural light during the daytime.

Multiple HBO Channels.

Hot tub that works. (Pool area open from 7AM to 10PM)
24-hour Fitness center.

In-room safe, wide enough for my 15.6 laptop with room to spare.

Small refrigerator and coffee maker. The coffee maker is not a Keurig but similar, easy process. There was only one regular and one decaf coffee and, one regular tea and one herbal tea in the coffee box with plastic wrapped cups.

Near the desk itself, there is a media center that (I suppose) connects to the decent sized TV. Didn't use it so I'm not sure it works. Electrical outlets (4x) do work though.

2x USB Charging ports on the alarm clock next to the bed.

If you are a member of their rewards program, you can get their free wi-fi. Honestly, it was fast enough for me and I was video chatting at night and in the morning. Might be different for you during normal business hours though

Negatives:
NO BBC! How can you have HBO but not BBC America?

Quarks:
1) Those Elevators are planning to kill you! I heard Another guest coming up to the elevators so I stuck my arm in between the doors to stop them from closing... Don't do that. It almost closed on my arm! Noticed something similar when another guest with a baggage cart was trying to enter and it closed on her foot before opening again...

Speaking of baggage carts, they are pretty much your standard hotel baggage cart, but you can only fit them in sideways inside the elevator and then you are going to get cramped for space.

2) Looks like they are using low level LED lights in the parking lot. Great for not flooding the night sky with light. Except there ARE dark areas at night.

3) Decent sized Samsung TV. Minor annoyance is that you can only adjust the volume in groups of 4. So while 8 might be too loud for background sound, a 4 might be too low. But that's just me.

Conclusion:
I left on a Sunday Morning so I had easy access to the 580 Freeway but I have NO idea how bad it would be during normal M-F commute hours. I d stay here again.

Best friend had a nightmare travel and on her way to this hotel was running into traffic delays. I called ahead to this hotel and explained that she hadn't eaten and was about 10 mins away but the room service was about to close in 15 mins and she was using her phone to navigate to the hotel. They graciously checked her in over the phone and I ordered her a meal. They delivered it to her room and when she arrived, she arrived to her room with her meal already in the room! Now that's hospitality! Great job whoever trained their front desk staff! That's the way to take care of your guests. BRAVO!

Didn't stay in hotel but went to restaurant. Was very nice.

Plain but clean room. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great service in the concierge lounge. Acceptable service at the front desk.

The heater didn't work inside the room. In fact the whole place was like a icebox . It took the maintenance person three times calling himself fixing it. I had to asked to be moved to another room.

I frequent Marriott hotels on business. I have always found this property to be what I need after a long day or night of work; comfortable, decently sized rooms that are clean. The staff has always been communicative and attentive the very few times I have required help. I recommend this hotel, stay here. Ohh, and I recommend the chefs chicken sandwich and grilled ham and cheese sandwich that's currently on the menu. Delicious!

We had a great stay at the Pleasanton Marriott. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and they had a tasty beaskfast buffet as well.

The location is nice since it's across from the mall. The rooms are pretty standard Marriott fare. It is very nice that there is no parking fee. Food is pretty standard as well.

Location was nice, right off the freeway easily accessible.

Too expensive for what you get, you're paying for their location.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rates feel a little high based on the other local hotels which is the only reason I haven't chosen 5 stars.

Ok, but descripsion says free WiFi and indoor pool. The WiFi is paid and the pool is outdoor

The heat in the room kept going up and down, making it uncomfortable. Food was average.

Comfortable room, very enjoyable breakfast, nice shuttle service on request. Overall, a solid choice if you have business in the area.

The rooms are clean and they have decent smelling shampoo n conditioner. The staff was professional n they even let me have a late check in till 1pm.

Service was great. The front desk was friendly and got us into our room quickly. Our room was what we expected. The restaurant downstairs was nice as well. The waiters were prompt and friendly.

Great menu selection. The prices were reasonable with large portions. The staff was friendly and inviting. Full bar with top selections.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in warmer weather to enjoy the pool area. M lounge was a cool feature and breakfast was a delicious buffet style. Hours for breakfast were lovely. Beds are super comfy! TV channels small but good variety

Friendly staff, stayed here twice and will again next week. Only complaint is I requested a microwave. The microwave was delivered promptly, however the microwave can only be used at 15 seconds at a time because it blows the fuse.

I went to a social event. Everything was very nice.

Staff personnel are very friendly. There were two holes in the wall that were covered by the wallpaper and one lamp was shorting when it was turned on, it made sparking sounds when you moved the bulb.

Comfortable and quiet. They prepared my food with olive oil and had quite a good selection for the breakfast buffet. No bell man here.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Booking a room from those reserved for the wedding was quick and easy. They provided a shuttle service to and from the venue that was 15 minutes away. Good experience staying here.

I had lunch in the lounge, which was great - grilled cheese, tomato soup and fries. I didn't stay there, so I never saw the rooms.

Usually a good experience... This time a lot gross. 2 decent sized blood stains on shower curtain... Greasy kid finger/full hand prints all over Bay windows... Kids had written on mirror maid must not have touched it... Upon steam "hi Katie from jess" appears with not a streak through it. Middle bedside lamps spider webs resplendent with dust so you know it has been there a hot hot minute. Needless to say.. I did sleep fully clothed and was glad I brought my own pillow. Fn nasty

I stay here quite a bit, whenever my Company requires me to come into the Office. The staff is always smiling and helpful, and the rooms are perfect. The facilities are clean and neat as well.

I have a problem if I need to stay anywhere else, while in Pleasanton.

It was pretty average. Average shower, bed, scene out the wimdow. Price was not average, too expensive
