Service was good and the staff was very attentive....
Service was good and the staff was very attentive. Food was well made.
Service was good and the staff was very attentive. Food was well made.
The stay is always a pleasant experience. The staff is very welcoming. The restaurant has good food options.
It was nice to go for Eid clothes. Jewelry was good price.
Very nice staff and clean rooms. The food was great at the bar. Nice variety in the menu. Really quick check in and out. I would stay again on my next business trip.
Everything was of the quality you'd expect from a Marriott hotel. Very close to the freeway but there was no freeway noise.
A must check out Marriott property in the Pleasanton area. Great location and great looking property. Reminds me a lot of the property in San Jose downtown
Stopped by to meet with colleagues, nicely sized bar and lounge area.
Place was great. I only attended there for a workshop. Bit the place is away from heavy traffic and noise traffic. Spacious and modern. Alot of parking too.
Rooms are great for the price. Expected a little better customer service but overall was a good experience
The room I reserved and payed for was not what I was placed in. Had a difficult time getting towels out to the pool area. Could've been worse though.
I think I found my new favorite Marriott in the East bay.
My grour had lunch at the hotel. The restaurant is only open for breakfast, so we had to eat at the bar. The service was great, but the food was only ok.
Rooms are nice but nothing special. Breakfast was decent. Omelets were great though. Service was friendly. Wish they had better hand soap.
Room service available, did not order. Breakfast buffet included. Quiet.
Excellent accommodations, clean rooms, friendly service
stayed the night at the Pleasanton Marriott rooms are clean and quiet.
They were a nice property, good location. Very clean and inviting which is very important to me. Will stay here again for sure
FOOD WAS GREAT SERVICE WAS BETTER. I DIDNT HAVE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE THE SERVERS WERE THERE TAKING PLATES AND REFILLING DRINKS.
Everything you can expect from Marriott, soft beds, feather pillows and clean rooms.
Right off the freeway. Very convenient location. We came here for a company meeting. The meeting room was a good size and the food was delicious. The service was great.
Customer service was good. Could have been better, was a busy weekend.
Great service, M lounge is an added bonus if you're platnium. Hotel restaurant and bar are good - just don't except speedy service.
The customer service at this hotel is terrible. My co workers and I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up and each time we called we got a different time and bs explanation. Food is less than desirable...takes a long time to receive and then each time it has been cold and wrong. My pillow cases had stains on them, the room was classified as non smoking but someone in the room around me has been smoking both legal and illegal substances and when I complained I was told they would look into it...three days later I am still smelling cigarette smoke. TV doesn't work, and the Internet is temperamental. Long story short, I will never stay here again and I definitely do not recommend this hotel. There are several others around here that are less expensive and have better service.
Off-The-Throughway, But Very Nice, Clean, Professional
The rooms are very clean. I am a Marriott Rewards member and found myself never getting what I requested which ranged from towels, an extra pillow, and more wash cloths. I did my requests through the mobile app and then calling. With each request I had to go to the front desk personally to get everything. I called from the pool to request more towels. After nearly an hour, they never came. We also hosted a large martial arts event here, the event went well and the facility was able to accommodate our event (roughly 100+ people) .
Went to friend's room to help her get ready for wedding. Staff polite, including front desk (provided info) and maid service (kindly stepped to the side when she saw us coming through with a big cart). Room looked nice and was well stocked, effective A/C, big/sunny/warm window :)
I love everything about this place. But most of all the staff are super nice and helpful....
Nice and quiet considering it is right near a freeway
Meh.. nothing to write home about. Arrive..quick bite..sleep..cup of coffee. Good bye
I have stayed at this pleasanton location this weekend and my experience turned out to be hell. The first night was fine until morning I see a housekeep creeping around in the room and I asked her to please leave as I did not need service. This is followed by 4 different times she came asking me if I need service and again and so on I say No! Well, I get ready and head out for the day and well lets just say my jewelery I just purchased for my wife cost me $3,700 was missing and my room was half ass cleaned. The housekeeping that was soo anxious to clean my room STOLE IT and its only obvious she found it and got scared and didnt even finish putting away the new towels she brought in and leaving the dirty old ones.
I really like this Marriott. It is in a great location, course to my work headquarters. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
We ate at the Market Lounge in the Pleasanton Marriott. The service was great. The atmosphere was casual. The was maybe a quarter full. The meal was expensive considering what we ordered.
Very convenient to Workday campus, great staff and venue offers all the amenities you need.
Good hotel and respectful chain. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
Great staff and service. Nice little bar to unwind at. Room smelt like an ash tray from neighbors smoking and I couldn't move.
Great location, facility is well kept and although is currently being remodeled there was actually zero disturbance.
The room was very clean. Service people where great
Easy location. And their service was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staffs were service professional.
Very clean and well kept. Preferred hotel when I stay in the area.
Loud people in room next door screaming at 3am. Took several times to get security officer to get them to stop. Rooms are so so.
Very nice hotel. AC works great. Friendly staff. I was here because of a surgery my son had. We got back to the room at 2 AM. We were able to get a layer checkout since his post op was so late in the day. Only downfall is the cost of everything else. No free breakfast. No free water. Members only area.
Best staff of any hotel I've ever been to. After a 13 hour day at the office, I was walking to the elevators, and a janitor walked briskly ahead of me to get the elevator for me. I was constantly amazed and impressed by the attitudes and work ethic of the staff. I asked for running trails in the area, and a reception individual gave me a brochure with maps and directed me to trails close to the hotel which weren't on the map. I couldn't be more impressed!
A good hotel to stay in if you're in town for work. Some of the rooms' heating can be hard to control or are broken tho and the lounge was too cold.
After a long drive and being lost, stuck in San Francisco traffic we couldn't find a place where we felt safe to stay. Our first stop was right off the freeway in Emeryville (Gross) big mistake. I heard Pleasanton was a very nice town so I Google it found good reviews at Marriott with a reasonable price and even though it was 56 miles from where I was I took the chance and drove there and the very kind ladies at the reception area made it very easy and we're able to accommodate us even without having a reservation. Needless to say after all the frustration and driving it definitely paid off to stay here. Nice rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Overall was excellent.
I stayed at the Marriot thinking it was one of the better hotels but not the case. Bad parking, vehicle was broken into and property manager didn't want to do anything about it or help cover deductible. Security was no where to be found and what was done to my car, whoever did what they did have more than enough time. Bad area, do not advise to stay here.
Nice location, room was pleasant, happy with being able to watch Netflix on the tv
Clean amd tidy. Breakfast is good. Disappointing that in-room Wi-Fi isn't standard, and even if included in price, paywall makes it difficult to connect.
I choose to give Pleasanton Marriot 4 stars because it is nice and nothing has been wrong but it's just average. they charge for breakfast and even to borrow a power strip to get ready for a wedding. But like I said, they def deserve the 4 stars. They have been kind and helpful and the rooms were clean.
The Pleasanton Marriott is really a spectacular place. It's relatively easy to find and is located in a lovely area. I attended a meeting there and everything there was splendid.
The hotel was very clean and nice, but since the hotel is close to other marriott own hotels which made it a little difficult looking for on my gps. Also the elevator takes a long time to arrive.
Pleasant atmosphere, amazing price and relatively clean rooms.
This hotel is fantastic, no issues whatsoever. I wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Great location great price nice rooms. I wish the air conditioning in the rooms was a little better.
I love this hotel. pool area is beautiful. beds are very comfortable. rooms are spacious as well as the restrooms. I had no problem with noise, housekeeping and room service was prompt. as I always request extra blankets, coffee and creamer and what not. I highly recommend this hotel. plus the mall is directly across the street!
Nice accommodations, staff is responsive and attentive.
Beautiful property Wayne was extremely professional and pleasant. Will certainly come back again.
Great bar service, very attentive staff. Ample parking. Older rooms, popcorn ceiling. Bathroom needs updated.
Hotel is a bit dated. Extremely disappointed with the gym. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
This is a small hotel but I think it suits the atmosphere of the city of Pleasanton. The room is large and the room is clean and comfortable. You can feel safer than a friendly, high-class hotel in Stapp. I think that there are simple and sloppy people at bars, convenience stores, and breakfast venues, but I like it because it is not weird. I think it is a nice hotel, with free lemon water in the lobby.
The place looks clean. Nice lobby and restaurant/cafe area. The conference room wasn't so hard to find. Parking was ample and the location of the hotel is just off the freeway making it convenient to get to.
We were working nearby and only went in to buy a couple drinks but the atmosphere was nice only problem was the service and the price Jack up on normally 250$ soda costing us 550$. I mean, get over yourselves Marriott
The Marriott partners with the Sandra Wing Foundation and offered a wonderful seminar. The room was beautiful, the facility has been updated and it was easy to park.
The hotel was a good size and the rooms were nice. The TV is awkwardly close and bolted down so you can't move it back, but an overall enjoyable experience
The rooms are luxurious, the staff is wonderful. Had more that a few issues connecting to the internet, but that was resolved with IT. The fitness center has loads of cardio, and a dysfunctional/inadequate A/C, so if your into "hot cardio" (which I'm not), you will love it. Resistance training equipment was limited to one set of nice hand weights (no machines), but all the dumbbells under 25pounds had been stolen, so bummer for most women. Check in was a breeze, but check out a problem since there were no luggage carts available between 1130 and 1230. I ended up making 6 trips to the 5th floor solo! Got my workout in!
Great service. Friendly staff. Can't complain even if I tried
Went for a taste testing for an upcoming work event to held here. Food was delicious, contact was friendly and very helpful.
Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Fitness center is adequate but gets quite busy in the morning.
Nice location, rooms kind of small normal type of hotel better then the holiday inn
Great place to stay BUT the breakfast format is a bit awkward. The dining section is closed off from the lobby and you need your room key to enter, but the awkward part is finding the food. The actual buffet is not in the room, you have to exit the back of the room, go across the back of the lobby into a partitioned area, get your food, then use your room key to get back in the dining section, and then find the silverware on one end of the dining room and beverages on the other. It's more effort than I'm used to for a hotel breakfast, just saying.
Had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely nice. Room was perfect.
Good location, very close to a lot of restaurants. Very clean room. Very friendly employees.
Only stayed for a single night, but everything was very nice in the room and staff was helpful
