Marriott Cleveland Airport Review

Great experience I have been to many events here and it's always first class.

Marriott's rooms are big and BEAUTIFUL. they really show that they care with their service to your room. The outside as well has a beautiful nature attire

Hotel was nice, service was great, room was acceptable minus the door that i had to make sure shut otherwise i would come back to see the door didnt shut and someone could have went in my room, guess im part to blamw for not verifying.

My husband and I often stay here for busses trips. This hotel is amazing, the staffs are so helpful. Last trip we lost our car key at hotel and John was a great help, he found our key, He made our day! and I just wanted to say THANK YOU, you are AMAZING

Nice common areas; cool lounge; good food; nice staff

The only issue we had during our stay was that our room was not serviced two times. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the Restaurant had a nice Breakfast Buffet.

This hotel was very accommodating. Very clean hotel.

It was a great visit. We met with our wedding planner to review details, etc. of our upcoming wedding. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Regional meeting held here. The food was great this time.

Great marriott. We had a corporate dinner there. All was excellent.

Southwest entrance was a little crowded but it takes 20mins tops to get through security.

Very adequate. Rooms are quiet. Has a nice sized gym and pool. Restaurant on site though I did not try it out. Room service grilled cheese was good and arrived quickly. Would absolutely stay here on an overnight near CLE airport, especially if you are a Marriott fan, but don't go out of your way for it.

We stayed there because a hot tub helps with my arthritis. Everything was great. Nice room. Great restaurant. Food was excellent. The pool & hot tub is wonderful. Most places have eliminated their hot tubs. There was a locker room with a shower by the pool & gym. Gym had more than most. I will always stay there when I visit.

Was at the airport Marriott for an event and was very happy with the service. The wait staff was courteous and on point and the food was good. Overall was a good night

I like most hotels but this one is just not that great. Staff was friendly, the lobby spacious and decent looking. The bar seemed nice enough.
But the room heater was like an airplane engine, the water pipes made noise, and the bed did not feel comfortable to me. Glad that the airline was paying for my stay.

Good hotel overall. Clean rooms, friendly staff, punctual airport shuttle. There's even a free pool table in the lobby. They lose some points for lack of free WiFi, however. The restaurant is overpriced, but the food is tasty. Good beer selection. Overall not bad.

I really enjoy staying at this Marriott when I am on business in Cleveland. The hotel is always clean, bright and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the rooms very well maintained. Minus the breakfast staff, the dining room staff is excellent and the facility are simple but easy and accommodating. The bar is a great place to collect friends and fellow travelers. I will continue to stay here whenever I am traveling to Cleveland for business.

The desk staff was very courteous, considerate and helpful. I was attending an event with my wife and we had all of our young boys in-tow. The banquet halls were great and the rooms upstairs were terrific. I was a little disappointed to hear the unkind words the bar staff had for the members of our group who were looking for a place to eat the meals provided outside their establishment. Don't get me wrong, if you didn't buy it there, it course it shouldn't be eaten there. Still the kicking time and angry words could be held until we were out of sight or they were in a back room. With that one exception, the staff bent over backwards to meet the needs of our large, diverse and necessarily demanding group. I was glad to be there and hope that, with a few changes, we may use the venue again in the future.

Very conveniently located near the airport and I-71. Clean and modern shuttle to airport and to any local restaurant within a 10 radius. Rooms recently renovated, clean and spacious. Excellent restaurant for dinner.

Check in was very easy. The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean, cozy, comfortable.

Used this hotel three years now for park and ride to airport. We keep coming back because the lot is fenced. Staff helpful.

I did not stay at the hotel but used their parking and shuttle to fly out of Cleveland. Employees were polite and quick. Shuttle was prompt both to and from the airport. Shuttle driver was courteous and helpful loading and unloading bags. Even drops you off right at your car. Did stop inside to use the restroom and it was very clean and the hotel seemed very nice.

Went for a family employee brunch. Staff was nice and the food was good.

Good Hotel. Nice for the garden wedding I attending. Banquet food was o.k. the salmon was excellent but that banquet chicken was super dry

Always a great customer experience at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. Great club lounge with a superb team of young ladies fulfilling the needs. Rooms are modern, spacious, and well maintained. Hotel is clean and secure. Great elite status recognition.

This is a refurbished, older hotel it appears. The rooms were nice, and the beds comfortable. There is a nice bar/restaurant right off the lobby. The Fitness Center offers excellent LifeFitness aerobics equipment although it is light on strength training equipment. The gym has to free weight benches and a cable machine. Also, a nice indoor pool is available. The hotel is somewhat difficult to navigate from your room back to the front desk. Lastly, the elevators are kind of slow. Overall nice place, but not outstanding.

The staff were very kind and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire location.

Friendly staff with nice amenities overall. Cable was a bit spotty but didn't watch it much anyways. Will be a little more convenient when road construction is complete. Timely shuttles and convenient location.

Nice hotel. Very timely airport shuttle. Great place to leave your car for extended period of time if you need to. The staff is very attentive.

Nice room. Nice bar in lobby. Rooms Way too far from the lobby. Park in the front or there is. Parking fee. Pet friendly but $75 is non-refundable. Terrible! MOST places give the fee back or a portion based on cleanliness. the location is also not near much. This was a last resort option so not bad, would recommend the larger of the room options. #localguide #kingkritic

Above average hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Construction was going on during our stay so it was a bit noisy. Rooms are well appointed & of the quality one expects from Marriott. Only one restaurant was open during our stay & food was O.K. Disappointed hotel did not have a fine dining option but there are plenty of them within walking distance. TIP: Ask for a room on the opposite side of the Old Stone Church if the bells would bother you

Food was very good! It was loud because of a convention, but a great restaurant for a quiet evening.

The rooms were okay but there was a constant humming at night due to the account and the beds weren't that comfortable

This hotel is no longer the Marriot. It is now the Wyndham Cleveland airport. Please DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR AT THIS HOTEL. Do not use their off-site airport parking service. I came back to a vandalized vehicle. The hotel cared less about my $800 repair. At the end, I was told by the staff that they don't keep the parking gates locked. Park somewhere else where you actually get the only thing you paid for, the safety of your vehicle.

Staff is ableist, aside from lying about the spa being open which was the only reason why I booked this hotel in the first place... only to get here and find it closed. Save your $ and stay at a Sheraton

We went for a wedding reception. Also sat at the lobby bar. Bar service in the lobby and for the event was spectacular. Very friendly employees, quick and efficient service. Food at the event wasnt the best, but wasn't the worse. The facility was updated and clean.

The customer service at the front desk was horrible. They also; didn't screen a guy who asked for the wrong room which happened to be mine. It was the worst experience to have a random male knocking at your door at 2 am. I'll Not be staying at this hotel again! On a side note; the staff from the restaurant were so nice and helpful at all times. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

Enjoyed our stay. They have many great amenities... pool, hot tub, exercise room, business center, coffee shop, casual dining plus large dining hall with dance floor and catering for large groups.

Attended a work conference here. Conference room was comfortable and food provided by the hotel was very good.

My flight was cancelled so I stayed in this hotel until I could catch another flight out in the morning. When I arrived around 1 am, the place looked more like a dive bar than a hotel - people partying and drinking in the lobby and hallways. It was very loud all through the night.

To make matters worse, turns out my room had bedbugs and I brought them home with me. I've now spent over $2,000 trying to undo the damage. Marriott is of course denying it, but without posting too much detail, there is absolutely NO other place I could have picked up the bugs (I haven't stayed overnight any other place in over 2 years and I actually found bugs IN one of the interior zipped pockets of my suitcase...that was only opened at this hotel...)

My favorite Hotel near the airport in Cleve - the restaurant is great, the gym is complete, and the rooms are always clean and comfy! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cleveland -

Great overnight stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff that went above and beyond. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants with the mall right next door!

Parking was unexpectedly free for a seminar I attended. Food was excellent with a good variety.

Great fitness area with dumbbells up to 50lbs and a crossover cable machine w/ attachments.

I was here for a testing event for Ford motor. The lobby is very nice and the lounge is wonderful. I was not able to spend an evening but I would highly recommend this marriot

Decent rooms. Airport shuttle comes in handy. Room service food was good. Service staff was friendly.
