Great service, good parking situation. Convenient location

Hannah at the front desk was rude and gave us the worst room it smelled like smoke ,wet dog and moled carpet .I do not recommend going there.

Very poor Hotel. VERY OLD Building, small rooms, no hot water in the tower side, building is cold, elevators broken, Front desk staff rude and un-kempt!!! You don't greet guest while looking at your cell phones and using PROFANITY with your friends at work and on the phone. Room was nasty and smelled, sheets were dirty with hair on them. Bathroom missing essentials like toilet paper and towels. Why did i have to call front desk for these items? And the noise at night through paper thin walls with children running up and down the hall all hours of the night!! Then there are the drunks!! Not worth $299 per night, stayed at motels much better then this and with larger rooms!! Not worth the money or headache and possibly catching a disease from dirty linen!! What a disgusting dump!!! Hotel seems to cater to GANG BANGER criminal elements as well!!!

Nice hotel with restaurant, room service and concierge. Bathroom is small. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient!

Room shoddily cleaned...found a used toothpick and an empty cat litter container as I checked in. Restaurant's food is bland with small portions

This location is easy to reach from the highway, and there is plenty of parking.. It works well for our conference as it has 1 large room for sessions with the whole group of attendees, and 7 smaller rooms for breakout sessions. The food for conferences is always good and plentiful, and the staff are attentive. There are alsosufficient restrooms in convenient locations. I recommend it.

The room and hallway doors slammed, no hydraulics to keep them from doing so. The refrigerator in the room was also particularly loud. Hotel bar experience was good though.

Always a clean room and helpful folks at the front desk. Hotel bar is great as well! Not far from the airport and conveniently located near the highway.

I spent a couple nights here while in town for work. it was perfect for my needs no complaints. Nice gym facility, decent lobby restaurant, concierge room on the ninth floor. I had a quiet room on a high floor. I'd stay there again.

Had a great stay. Clean room nice staff. Thought it was weird that you just drove up to the gate to get into the gated parking lot and the gate would open but in order to get out of the parking lot you needed to use your room key to open the gate. seems backwards to me.

Have used this space a few times for business meetings and they have always been accommodating and helpful. You need a garbage can...they got it. Need another table...just press the red button on the phone and they come. Don helped us alot.

The location, I would imagine, is convenient for someone who is flying in/out. I drove. To see an awesome band at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! This was the hotel a buddy had used rewards points to get and it was decent. It had beds and doors and windows and typical rental room things.

Very clean with super staff. Hotel bar and restaurant are very good with high quality food and extensive craft beer selection.

Staff was friendly. Event room was private but small. Room temperature was comfortable.

Very nice accommodation and updated room. My overnight stay at the Marriott included a room updrade to a junior suite. The room had two bathrooms and an extra area for spreading out. The room was updated with new flat-screen television sets and somewhat updated for my power needs. Overall great experience! Pool and hottub are very nice.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities I needed. Beautiful spaces in the hotel. The fitness center was clean and had a variety of work out tools.

The room appointments have been updated fairly recently which is always a sign of a good hotel. Bathroom was a little small but efficient. It could have used an exhuast fan. Pocket door to bathroom was hard to move until we reported it to the front desk. In fact, everything we asked them to take care of: noisy bed frame, pocket door & extra towels. There were several outdoor fire pits for guests to enjoy. The indoor swimming pool was huge! If you're not a Marriott Rewards member, they will charge you for Wi-Fi.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean, the parking lot was secured with a key card access.

It's a good hotel, not great but good. The hotel is older and rooms are older. The restaurant is awesome and they have a great gym. Also it's super close to the airport.

The hotel is your average airport Marriott but the restaurant in the lobby, AMP 150 is awesome! Great classic rock play list and the best mussels I've ever had. Amazingly good for for a hotel restaurant makes this a good place to stay before a departure out of CLE.

Was only there for 8 hours, but the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. It was hard to get out of them in the morning! The shuttle drivers were very informative.

Good location and easy to get to. Went for a conference so I can't really say anything about the rooms.

The hotel was great but they packed us so tightly into the room for our company event that it was uncomfortable. I sat at the edge of a table and my knees were hitting the table legs the whole time. But it was clean, you could hear and see everything, and well organized. Our company has used their facilities the past few years.

As a business traveler and Marriott Gold Elite member I have stayed over 20 nights this year, this is the first time I have been disappointed in a Marriott property.

I booked a high floor King sized concierge room. When I arrived after a long day of traveling I was informed they did not have any concierge rooms available. They offered me a king room in a different building or low floor double bed in the tower concierge bldg. The girl at the front desk was sweet and I'm sure it wasn't her fault, she did discount my rate from $219 to $199, however these double beds are not as comfy as the king sized beds, my lamp is broken and my shower doesn't drain. I feel like I couldn't be further from what I booked. At least I am close to the airport, I will not be back to this property!

We just stayed here as part of the All Things Kabuki conference. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help the Kabuki families and was met with kindness. The catered food was delicious and a great variety for lunch. Great pool area and outside courtyard to mingle. The bar drinks are deliscous and a pretty good variety. Really a great stay and experience, Thank for everything you Marriott.

Great property. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, there is a great restaurant there called AMP that boasts delicious foods at reasonable prices.

Super nice place I've stayed here several times, they could be a little more up front about the damage deposit they make you leave.... Even though you've never damaged anything in their establishment.

Clean and very friendly staff. Restaurant on site was good but overpriced I thought. No free Wi-Fi in room, but available for $18 a day.... Ouch! Most hotels I have stayed at, it's free or included, so beware of a good deal, and internet access is important to you. Also, not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but Ubers are readily available.
