My fiance and I were shopping for an engagement ring with a very specific idea in mind of what we wanted. After being disappointed elsewhere, a friend recommended Mark's. Jim, the owner, spent a lot of time with us making sure he understood what we were looking for and was confident he could deliver. He went back and forth with his gem dealer getting us the perfect stone and kept in contact and up to date with our options throughout the process.
