If you are looking for a jeweler, stop looking! I can highly recommend Mark's Jewelers. Several years ago the staff at Mark's Jewelers helped me brighten the holidays for 3 young girls who went through a tragedy. They were able to make necklaces for me at the last minute when I was scammed by another so called jeweler. Since then I have been to Mark's several times and each time I walk away happy and satisfied in knowing the quality that went into it. I now know the definition of a jeweler.
Their new location is right out of a magazine. It's beautiful and bright and everyone is so helpful. It's so nice having a high quality jeweler so close to home.

I brought in my Seiko watch for repair, which had to be mailed in to Seiko. The same day they comped battery change on another watch I had. When there were unexpected delays on the repair of my watch they decided to comp that as well. That is the true sign of a store that puts their reputation above short term profits.
They carry a wide assortment of excellent watches and jewelry and are competitively priced, backing up what they say and extending manufacturers warranties with their own extended plans.
As this chain is here to stay I plan to buy here again. I had bought my Seiko watch at a store in KOP and the store is gone. I highly recommend them.
