Just walked into Marks Jewelers today for the first time. My wife bent her wedding ring this morning, so we decided to bring it to Marks for repairs. Within 5 minutes a team member of Marks named Gerry had it perfectly straight, and cleaner than when we brought it in. I asked him what the damage was, and he kindly said " A thank you" with a smile. They have protocols in place where they use an instant read thermometer to check temperatures and they offer hand sanitizer as well. I was so pleased to see a business care about the safety of everyone on the premises. When we are next in the market for jewelry or perhaps a watch, or just looking to clean or repair the stuff we already own we will go to Marks. Thank you Gerry! We will be back!
