Marks Jewelers is truly a one of a kind jewelry store. I first entered this store very skeptical and with my guard up (they say you can never trust jewelers and car mechanics lol), but Cody has helped guide me in the process of choosing my engagement ring.
He was very thorough, transparent, honest and patient with me. He not only helped me choose a great ring, but also helped me save a lot of money. I felt extremely comfortable working with him and sensed his integrity and hard work ethic in our interactions.

I even went back to the store to buy a few pieces of jewelry as Christmas presents for my girlfriend and her sister. Similarly, David was very informative, honest, and super helpful in making sure I was satisfied.

The rest of the staff has been very warm and friendly as well, greeting you enthusiastically and offering you drinks. They do not pressure you to buy or try to upsell you like some major jewelry stores (i.e. Jared s in Willow Grove lol).

I will not only recommend friends to this store, but will most likely continue to buy any jewelry here, as they have earned my not-so-easily-given trust.
