I've had 3 pieces custom made by Marks. The first was my wedding band. The process was easy - we showed them what we were thinking, they made a wax mock up which we approved, and it was ready a few weeks later.

My husband then surprised me with a second, matching band for our 5 year anniversary. They were able to use the information from the first band so it was a complete surprise!

When we had our daughter earlier this year, I knew I wanted a custom birthstone piece to commemorate the occasion. I was able to design a beautiful ruby and diamond ring that I hope to one day pass down to her. The process was easy and the price was very reasonable for a custom ring.

I am and will be a lifelong Marks customer.

We chose this store because it had a convenient location as well as a very large variety. We found our wedding bands quickly, in a low pressure but informative environment. The price was reasonable and service was great.

Hillary provided excellent suggestions for updating my original wedding band that could no longer be enlarged. She was able to retain the original design and add diamonds to create a ring that will adorn my finger once again. She also assisted me in redesigning another ring I stopped wearing because the diamonds kept falling out. The new design will incorporate the original diamonds to create a vintage styled ring I will love wearing. Thank you Hillary!

All I can say is that Marks is incredible. They have a large assortment of jewelery and watches.

Where I really think they stand out is customer service and care. I walked in an was immediately greeted and brought to an associate to assist me.

I came in with an odd ball watch and large wrist size and they were diligent in finding a solution that worked. The patience and kindness they showed is exemplary of what assistance should be.

Everyone is treated with dignity and respect, I (buying a $30 watch band received the same level of service as someone buying $1000+ jewelry) which made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

This will be my go to place and recommendation to others for jewelry.

This is an absolutely beautiful store with amazing amenities. The industrial lighting and open store feel is very comforting and beautiful. They have a full bar and lounge area for people who want to take a break while their significant other shops. They also do everything in store from setting diamonds and repairs to the appraisal of your purchase.



After purchasing the setting and diamond they shipped the info on the setting to get made. I wasn t originally going to propose until the spring but a surprise birthday trip to NYC was the perfect opportunity to pop the question. I called to ask if my ring was close to being done a week before when Mark (the owner) told me it was delayed but shipping within a few days. He made sure the ring was overnighted to assure I would have the ring for my trip. The customer service was outstanding on all ends of the process.

I ve been dealing with Marks Jewelers for a couple of years now and they are the best! I ve built great relationships with almost the entire staff, but one in particular who I can call a friend now which is David Mazer. From the moment we spoke he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He also took time to sit with me and explain what everything meant. I almost felt like I could be a gemologist leaving there. Mark s Jewelers was the perfect experience. My husband and I were looking for a pair of earrings for our daughters 18th birthday. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Our temperatures were checked upon entering the showroom and we were given hand sanitizing gel. Dareen helped us and was wonderful! She pointed out all of the new trends and then some classic looks. She took her time with us and was so professional. We never felt pressured at all. It was a very easy going and fun experience. And the earrings Dareen helped us pick out are perfect! I would absolutely be shopping at Marks Jewelers again for sure!!!!

Purchased a Past/Present/Future diamond ring for my wife. Liz Conarroe was the designer at Marks that worked with me. She took me through the whole process of stone quality and all the facets of a diamond. She worked with me on the size of stone and the design of the setting. I bought a gold thumb ring for my wife from Kay s in the Montgomery Mall. We wanted it engraved on the outside with my son s name and needless to say it was a complete disaster. We had walked through Mark s when it was first built because it supposedly super nice, sure enough it was and so was the staff. Once we felt defeated with Kay s we called Mark s and they were a breath of fresh air. We went right over dropped off the ring with Susan who was great. It took longer than expected to get the ring back but at this point we did not want to rush it. We got a text to say it was done. We went over that evening. Marks jewelers is absolutely beautiful. Everytime you walk In the door they great you with a smile. I had to get my engagement ring sized and Mark the general manager has been nothing but amazing. He makes me feel like I am his only customer. Yesterday I went in to the store for the sole purpose of purchasing a watch. I knew what I wanted and I knew they had it. Unfortunately, after standing around gazing through the glass at the watches for about 15 minutes, nobody offered to assist me, so I left without the watch.
