This is my third time bringing my vehicle in. I have a Tacoma and love taking care of it, so taking it to a Toyota dealership to getting fixed I knew they will do a good job! The reason why I give it 3 out of 5 is because I paid $850 to get my truck fixed, they called me and said that I would be able to pick it up around 12, I came in around 4, paid my dues and I m writing this review in the Toyota waiting room TWO hours later with my truck in the wash. I asked multiple people that I just wanted my keys and I needed to leave and multiple times I got the it ll be out any minute. Usually they re good about getting me in and out but this is ridiculous! I ve been waiting the longest time! Customers came in and left while I was here. They do a good job working on vehicles BUT need to work on their customer service skills because apparently they don t have any.

I was very upset with the way they handled the situation at hand, but yesterday afternoon I got a call from Mark Miller's Customer Relations Manager asking me what happened. She was very nice and let me vent and rant about my situation and how unhappy I was about it. She let me know that she will be talking with her team to improve the situation so that it doesn't happen again. She was about to help me out with an in-store credit for my next visit, which was nice of her to do. I really appreciate that she took the time to talk to me and have me express myself. Not a lot of companies do that. I will say, that I will be taking my truck back to Mark Miller Toyota to get it serviced because of the way she handled this situation. Thank you Mark Miller Toyota for caring about your customers and letting me vent!
