I came to Mark Miller earlier this year due to a check engine light. Brandon was very diligent as they had a hard time getting the problem fixed a few things they tried were not clearing the light. They had my fuel injectors cleaned and the light cleared, only to turn on again a few days later. Brandon had me come back to look at it again. They put a bunch of man hours in to finally clear the problem at no charge to me. That's how you earn customer loyalty. The hours for the second visit weren't a complete loss for Mark Miller Toyota. I've since used your express maintenance on 2 occasions, and I'm very satisfied. I will use Mark Miller for the life of this car if you'll answer one question. Your website has a page showing the 42 point inspection included with every service. One of those points is tire rotation. Why does it cost me an extra $22.95 to rotate the tires when I'm having my car serviced?
