My family and I have been going there every year for the past 5 years for Thanksgiving. We love it. Already booked for next year.

The inn is beautiful and very clean with a great welcoming staff.

Good hotel plenty of things to do, the shower leaked sometimes and usually left the entire bathroom floor wwet.

I had a conference here for work booked room stayed the week very friendly staff great views good food

Went for 2020s NYE celebration.

We were complimentary upgraded to a 2 bedroom king suite with a waterway view. The food was delicious. Definitely an event for an older crowd.

The room was nice and it was a fun experience but I do wish they had a better bathtub in the room. It was a standard (very small) tub. A jacuzzi one would be a major plus!

Memorial Weekend During COVID -The Hotel and property is beautiful, very clean. I was disappointed in the customer service. I dont think the hotel was prepared for the amount of people during the memorial weekend.Check In was not until 4pm which we knew. We drove from out of town and had 2 children. We were told to come back and our room would be ready well the line to checkin was CRAZY. It took over 1 hr. We didn't get into our room till 730ish. Then we had no face or hand towels and guess what I had to stand in line to request it. I was told it would be a few minutes for someone to bring it. Welp 930 I had to go down and request it again, the security guy was at the desk and he said he would do it-THANK GOD FOR HIM!! I think the hotel is working with a skeleton crew so it was hard to ensure 100 percent quality customer service. Overall the hotel,the room,and location was great.But i think the checkin time 4pm should be meet. Very poor in that area.

My husband and I usually stay at a cheaper than this hotel but he had a meeting and we wanted his brother to be able to stay with us so we got a suite. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The suite was beautifully laid out and we had everything we needed in the suite. There was a kitchen, fireplace, two bedrooms with two full baths and a washer and dryer. Our balconies faced the Inland Waterway which was next to the hotel. We sat yesterday afternoon and watched a wedding in the hotel courtyard. The staff were all helpful and room service accommodated our inability to get out of the room until 11 each day. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach with will stay at the Marina Inn for sure.

Lovely family get away. very spacious. kitchen was very well design with all the appropriate kitchen equipment. staff here are very friendly and eager to help. Landscape was gorgeous.

Beautiful place located on the north end of Myrtle beach. Conveniently located near restaraunts and entertainment. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Stayed here for 1 night with my family check is a disaster check in is 4pm luckily my wife got in line early my daughter and I walked down in the lobby at 530 and some of t he same people were still in line. The staff is constantly saying sorry for the something if they say it that much they should fix the problems I would not stay here again

Nice accomodations. Pleasant staff. Little far out but, not a bad location if you have a car.

We love the Marina Inn, we celebrated our Honeymoon here in 2010. The room service is suberb and great food with reasonable prices. The location is spot on.

Loved the hotel!! My family and I stayed first time Easter weekend. Friendly staff, nice activities for the children.. just all around great hotel!! We would def stay again next time were in town :)

Booking again for the best service, location, and great time! Loved all of the amenities included in the stay. Great staff, especially Susan at Starbucks! Highly recommended for couples, family or even solo folks. Already thinking of going again this year. Hehe!

Great location. Nice amenities. Only issue was state of beach access. It was unkempt- trash was scattered about and there were no clean towels.

Came in and our room wasnt ready yet so they told us to wait 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned and we ended up waiting 5 whole hours. Not okay.

I have no clear area to start out talking about 1st. I knew I liked this place as soon as I pulled up. The guys that park the cars, the ladies and the front desk all the way up to the staff that maintained the rest of the facility were GREAT!!!! The place was great. Everything was close by and they help you unload and then park your car for you. The pool area is a oasis, great feel to the whole place...I will be telling my employees all about this place..I left a couple pictures there by accident, one of the ladies called my, then said she would be mailing them to me soon as the Hurricane gets out of the way...lol....most places would have thrown them out and not thought about it. You guys are great...I will definitely be back again...hope you all make it through the hurricane safe and I get to see you all next vacation. Thank you all for making my birthday weekend so memorable....

Great place to stay with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Definitely worth it and we'll be back.

Nice place but bring your own pillows. The ONLY big issue my husband and I had was the bedding! The pillows at first seem to be nice but then as you laid your head on them they flattened out to nothing. We got a room with two queen beds which each had four pillows on them. Needless to say even with the four pillows we tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable! If you need to get a good night sleep then I suggest bringing your own pillow or ask for replacements.. Other than our awful night it was a great place.

I went to the Pride festival it was very entertaining and welcoming. I loved the venue. As you pulled up you were just surrounded by rainbow flags. I can't wait to get tickets to the Gala next year.

Great Hotel!
Just got back from the hotel. We have been to Myrtle Beach 10+ times and stayed from homes to condos and hotel rooms. My husband raves accolades at them all but said this is the best he has ever been to. My 1 son likes to golf and the other son loves to Jet Ski which were all on site. Of all the 40+ hotel pools I have seen, their outside pool was the 1st 2 tier one I have ever seen. It let the toddler enjoy the water with the bottom tier having shallow water, while the top tier had deeper water for those who wanted. The Reflections bar inside accommodated guests till they were ready to leave. Even though the sign said 10 pm close, it stayed open until the last guest left. The rooms were luxurious and ultra clean. My family said the place felt like home which made me feel good. Happy wife-happy life. Will definitely go back in few weeks for 1 son s college family weekend. Myrtle Beach is small enough that everything you want to do is close, so why not stay someplace tranquil and then go to the more touristy attractions from there. This is our new go-to hotel.

Had an amazing time. Staff was excellent. The room was quite nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Perfect getaway. Not to mention, right on the marina overlooking the infinity pool, and beautiful boats!

The rooms were nice but you don't get free coffee in the mornings, you have to pay for it and not even a continental breakfast. And the little coffee maker they put in the room wouldn't work and didn't look sanitized.

Bugs were in bed , had to move to another room just to find another bug

5 restaurants,all closed diring the week except Starbucks for limited morning hours

Restaurant open times aren't accurate on the maps. We drove all the way there only to be told that that restaurant was closed.

My favorite Myrtle Beach Hotel. Great staff, suites are large, great view, clean, comfy, Beautiful, everyone should experience this bit of heaven, you won't be disappointed.

I was disappointed with this stay. We have stayed here previously though it was a number of years ago. Back then it was definitely a five-star place with great attention to detail and they truly made one of our anniversaries a number of years ago truly special by going the extra mile in several ways. That was back in I think either 2014 or 15 I can't remember, either way a few years ago. However the room this time was definitely subpar. I would expect more of even low end hotel chains much less a diamond resort. The standards have clearly dropped as maintenance is patching things together, the cleaning teams are obviously not cleaning, and then obviously whoever is supposed to supervise them is not doing their job either. As a business owner I understand systems and responsibilities and clearly this is a multi-system breakdown. All in all it's better than a motel 8 or something don't get me wrong, but clearly their standards don't even meet that of a standard run of the mill hotel chain; even for super obvious things like me having to use the chair to keep the curtains closed for privacy, a broken and filthy ceiling fan, dead bugs in the light fixtures, and so on. Very disappointed for a place we have previously given nothing but five stars plus ratings!

This place is the perfect getaway. The staff is amazing, the accommodations were beautiful, and there's so many things to do in the area. My only regret was not staying longer...

The customer service here was sub-par. They were rude and did not give us the shower room codes. The bathrooms were dirty and not maintained. The slip they gave us was too small and there were hundreds of staples sticking out of the rubber that could have seriously damaged our boat. DO NOT STOP HERE

This has been my go to hotel for the past few years. I earned during a recent booking that they are under new management therefore so many things have changed. The amenities are not worth the money spent. There are so many other resorts that can provide more at the same price. I have no intentions on returning.

Great comfortable hotel! Location is 5 min drive for all the action, super quit and the view over the water and the golf course are unreal! The rooms are just massive with full kitchens two bathroom laundry etc. Amazing value for the price point. The best part, PRIVATE BEACH all setup with umbrellas, chair and towels and a timely shuttle to get you there in couple of minutes. We just loved this place!

I liked that this hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, and there were a lot of amenities. However, I felt really uncomfortable during my stay due to staff members, front desk personnel and managers too be specific, being very prejudice. I noticed that in several encounters with these staff members that they did not treat me nor my family with the same respect and professional attitudes as they did some of the other (non-African American) guests. Upon arrival, my reservation was scheduled for a room with pool/marina view. Instead, I was given a room overlooking the grass courtyard. Most, if not all, of the guest on this side of the hotel were African American. Furthermore, the front desk person reluctantly changed the room after stating that they usually go by a first come first served basis so availability for a pool/marina view was limited. In addition to the staff members being a pain to communicate with, there were several non-African American guests that made my family and I feel uncomfortable by starring and clutching their bags. I spent my hard earned money to enjoy a vacation and did not expect nor deserved to be treated as such. I do not have a scary appearance nor did I mistreat/disrespect the property or the employees. I am very disappointed. If this isn t enough of a problem for you, my car was also hit while parked in the parking lot on the grounds sitting directly in front of the hotel. I have a large dent on the front end of my car, and the person who hit it fled the scene prior to alerting anyone about the incident. There were no cameras on the grounds, according to the manager and front desk personnel. There was no investigation and the police gave me the run around when trying to file a report. Horrible way to spend a relaxing vacation!

Our favorite place to stay when we come to MB. John Kinman, at the front desk, and Jane at the upstairs bar, always give us 5 star service. The entire staff is outstanding, the food excellent and the atmosphere is perfectly relaxed. Great place to get away and be stress-free.

My wife and I enjoy vacation at the marina in. We plan to stay again in the near future.

I stayed here for valentine's day as well as when I was running away from hurricane Matthew they staff here is always so nice the rooms are perfect and they are close to everything like food and shopping! I will be back.

Great facility, close to everything. Fairly clean grounds, I am going to chalk up the things I did see, to lack of help due to covid.

This was a great vacation hotel. Had a balcony overlooking the intercostal water way, fireplace in the room, and very clean. Staff was out of this world polite and took great care of my wife and I.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean. My daughter and I visit Myrtle Beach a few times a year and this hotel has had the worst customer service. From the front desk to the bartenders at the pool cabana bar. I was suppose to check in at 4. What a waste of my money. I basically paid almost 3 hundred dollars just to sleep in the bed. We spent most of the day waiting for a phone call from the front desk while we waited at the pool for hrs and grabbed a bite to eat. I forgot to mention we changed in the bathrooms. No-one ever called. I had to walk back up to the front desk and ask what's was going on. It was almost 5:45. I purchased tickets to a dinner show for my family and we almost lost them because we were late. The bartenders at the cabana bar greeted 3 customers with smiles and introduced themselves while I waited sitting right in their faces. I even asked if I could see a menu. I was ignored for several mins. Finally, it took a gentleman that was asked before me to say, "see what the lady is having." I was embarrassed. I called for a late check in and the clerk lied and said that the owner is coming in at 11, but they don't do check ins until 4 and she confirmed that I was in the wrong room. Smh So, after being kept outside all day, lied to, and embarrassed, we couldn't even stay in the room for an additional thirty mins! The hotel is lovely, but not worth the headache. The choice of food at the cabana on their "private" beach is overpriced and hardly anything to choose from. Also, be prepared to wait on the shuttle for a while to get back to the hotel. They only have one.
