Very nice. Front desk could go better on service. Room supplies were not up to par and no resolution.. place is nice management lacking

So far very nice only have been here for a few day. Clean and very nice staff, very quiet place.

Of all my stays in the myrtle beach area this was the most comfortable experience I ve ever had. This is a classy hotel and will be among my top choices. It is located right across the street from pirates voyage where I had reservation also, how convenient. This hotel is clean and presentable, the staff is great and most importantly the room is very spacious and had a warm welcoming feel to it+++

I would give it a high rating, but I left my nice watch and earrings on the bedside table. I sometimes take them off in the night, which I did that night. They were never turned into the lost and found. I'm heart broken over losing the nicest watch I've ever owned. Not good for business, but it is, at the end of the day, my fault

Super comfortable room. All kinds of things to do onsite. Several restaurants, activities, 2 pools and a trolley to a private beach. Great place to go and get awa6for a little while.

The Inn was very nice. Very close to the Atlantic Ocean, with a beach view. Very serene, peaceful and breath taking. There is no doubt in my mind, that there is a God. Man can't do what God has done.

Shuttle to semi private beach runs all day 9-7 which is nice. Cabana at the beach offers food. But not much. 22% service fee on top of tax. Water is $3, beer is $4. Save yourself and pack your food and snacks, drinks

The room was great. Small shower though. The view was beautiful. The shuttle takes u back and forth from the serene, clean and well kept beach with chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to everything! Loved it. Would stay again

I would really like to give the Marina Inn 5 stars but I can't. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. There are some great parts to this hotel and some things that are really lacking. I'm confident the beds have bed bugs. I would take a shower in the evening and wake up with bites all over me. On the last day I was there, the back of my leg got chewed up bad. Very annoying. We also had around 8 spiders camped out above our front door that I had to call to get removed. So gross and no attention to detail for such an expensive resort style hotel. The website says check in is at 4pm. When we got there at 4:15pm we were told our room wouldn't be ready until after 5pm. That was unacceptable to me and after discussing it numerous times they switched my room. Why not do it in the 1st place? Or better yet, have the room ready when it's supposed to be ready. Our reservation was made over a month ago. The shuttle to the beach is kinda annoying but it is what it is. They don't have parking by the beach (unfortunately) so this is the only option to get there. Also, get to the beach early because they pull the resort beach chairs at 4pm. There is also no attention to trash laying around in various spots of the resort. Full trash cans lead to the dead bugs seen throughout the resort. If these things would get addressed properly by management and the resort went through an upgrade, this place would be 5 stars. All fixable but the work needs to be done. Great views, pretty location and nice pool. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, so is the livingroom and balcony area. Hopefully they listen to their customers and fix the known issues regarding bed bugs, cleanliness, checking in and being more detail oriented.

I had a great experience upgraded upon arrival very clean rooms and great service. bar,spa and restaurant 24/hr pool access and office. an on site shuttle bus to take you to there beach I Just wish it at the least had free breakfast and welcoming gifts but I will return

My husband and I came down this week for the food show and stayed at Marina Inn. Beautiful hotel. However, it was after 6:00pm before they would let us check in. We got there at 2:00 and they said the room was clean but not inspected. So we left and came back at about 4:45 and they said it STILL hadn't been inspected. So we waited AGAIN until almost 6:00 before we could get in the room. We were not happy, especially since we had to shower and change to be at the next venue by 7:00. Once we returned home, I realized I had left something in the room. I called back to get some help and they put me on hold FOREVER, then came back and asked for my phone number and they would locate my item and call me back. It is 3 days now and I still haven't heard back from them. Not happy! For the money and reputation, I really expect more.

Greeted by a very welcoming staff, was proposing to my GF and was given an amazing upgrade in our room. The property is well maintained and simply gorgeous and relaxing. A very romantic and laid back facility over looking the Intracoastal waterway and golf course. The yachts at the marina are beautiful and even in mid October you can still rent a wave runner and zip up and down the waterway. Room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. And just so you know,she said YES !! We will definitely be coming back here many more times.

The rooms were very clean and the Hotel was spotless. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place for a vacation or just a weekend getaway

The best place I ve stayed at in Myrtle Beach great service, interior design, and clean environment.

We loved our vacation there. Be aware, it's not right on the beach, but they do have a shuttle to a private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The were plenty of (free) umbrellas, and it was very peaceful. The grounds of the hotel are nice too. I enjoyed my morning walks by the lake.

Bathroom area was amazing. However, the room itself was outdated, with A LOT of antique furniture and the balcony is not private at all. Your neighbor can be a peeping Tom (that s how close they were). The hot tub was indescribable cold. The WiFi sucked! And, JOHN at the front desk is rude and tells half truths. Needless to say, We originally planned to stay 2 nights but because of the dissatisfaction of only being there 2 1/2 hours we rather had a refund for both nights. JOHN only refunded half of the money even after we decided to no longer stay on the premises. John basically cheated us out of $167.42 for not even staying there AT ALL! If I could give 0 STARS I would! The only genuine person there was Dick (the valet gentleman).

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! When we arrived room wasn t ready so we were upgraded to a fabulous suite that was such a unexpected delight. If we visit Myrtle Beach we will stay here again

A very nice hotel, probably nicest in Myrtle. easy to get to right off the hwy. great outdoor pool area. Rented a two bedroom suite which is extremely roomy with a full kitchen as well.

Furniture worn out, beds, common areas. Neighbors courtesy low and non respectful. Resturant understaffed.

We attended a wedding here. The Marina Hotel is a great stay, especially for the staff. The room was lovely, the bedding and pillows, amenities and good visibility were excellent. At the same time I would highly recommend the restaurant. This is a great place to visit, because it is very important to feel welcome and helpful. The staff did their best to help us. I dropped something in the room, and when I got home, I got a call from the Lost and Found office.

I won't stay anywhere else in the Myrtle Beach area. This place is truly 5-star, upscale resort complete with all the amenities. Off the strip, few kids, quiet and comfortable - definitely perfect if you're looking to stay away from the kids and families of the beachfront.

Rooms were spacious. Front desk is good old southern hospitality.

Just got here and was met by the rudest check in people. First lady played on her phone the entire time we stood there. She told us another person would help us. She came and promptly answer a phone call in our face. The other lady continued to play on her phone. The unprofessionalism was astounding. We later asked 1 basic question about their private beach. You would of thought we asked how to get to the moon.

Not as fancy as I wouldve expected. Very vacant on a Saturday night. Food was good

we love this place it was awesome the indoor pool could be warmer and the snacks need to be cheaper but we had a lot of fun there was one dude there who was very rude during breakfast but we did not mine him ( our tip ;) bu anyways we had fun and we will be back there for the summer

Very nice stay from arrival to departure. Spacious room with a king size bed that you won't want to get out of in the morning. Decor was elegant with floor to ceiling blackout curtains and sheers. Large balcony overlooking intracoastal waterway and golf course with a table and seating for two. A flat screen TV, mini fridge, and microwave. Make up/hair station along with Keureg, coffee, and two cups in foyer area. Ample desk/work station with a comfy chair, ice bucket, corkscrew, and two wine glasses. Also located here was stationary with resort info to include room service and pizza delivery info. Two more chairs --one with an ottoman. Large four piece bathroom with rainforest shower head. Bathroom and foyer with travertine large tile. Central heat/air. Large closet with auto on/off lighting, plentiful hangers, iron and ironing board. Valet parking included, gratuity at your discetion. Bar was cozy. Waterscapes restaurant was elegant and included another bar. Food portions were generous and delicious. Large heated indoor pool. Large six ft deep heated infinity pool overflowing into 3 ft deep kiddie pool. Hot tub. Seasonal pool bar.

I actually didn't go into the hotel, but I do have a friend that has a boat at the Marina Inns docks and it was a very nice dock. The scenery around the boat was beautiful. And the boat was magnificent!

We had such great service at all levels! Jennifer Bell at the service desk was so helpful with finding and booking our sunrise kayaking and gave us great suggestions where to eat.Loved the free shuttle service to the beach with the umbrellas and beach chairs all included. Second time here, hope to return!

Spacious rooms, nice view from the harbor view rooms. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better, but are very large.

I had some dislikes with the room i.e. the topper they had on the bed was extremely hard, somethings didn't work but the staff was helpful they sent people to fix what was broke I just had to deal with the bed but for the amount I paid it should've been better.

Excellent meeting facilities and dining. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. One of the best facilities in the region.

Love this place. The rooms are very nice. They have a bar area where you can socialize. They have an area where where you can relax, read, enjoy the fireplace, socialize, etc. The rooms are spacious. I had a Grand King this time and as always it was immaculate. Check out their website for the various room types.

Wow!! Magnificent! Party of 7 and each was extremely pleased! Preparation and presentation . Generous portions too! I would definitely return. Waitress, Stephanie, excellent!

We had dinner at the Waterscapes restaurant which was fantastic! Highly recommend the shrimp n grits, also the parmesan encrusted scallops!! Chris the server was outstanding and hand made chocolate mousse cake with raspberry sauce was superb!!! Staff was great and cannot wait to go back there!!
