Hotel urgently needs modernization please
Otherwise very nice location
Staff present and very pleasant

Beautiful, Key West outpost of the Jimmy Buffet chain offers lush surroundings and all the amenities one could hope for. Although situated right on a corner in the busy downtown area and near Mallory Square (don't miss the nightly sunset party!), It's a quiet oasis.

I didn't stay at the hotel this visit. I will on my next trip. We had drinks and appetizers at the outside bar before the sunset celebration. A manager, John Lucus(who is from Milwaukee like us) was fun, friendly, accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. A truly fun experience. We will be back

We have enjoyed outdoor hot tub every night. The airconditioner was very loud though.

A gateway to all cruise lines , and infrastructure will just attract you from far away ,and the sunset key is also so good

Great experience here! My boyfriend and I, both 30 years old, stayed here for a 3 night 4 day trip. Great location!!! Brunch at the bistro on Sunday was amazing - highly recommend. Room was great, AC worked amazing.

Ypu can't beat the drinks or the food ar Marguritviille. The atmosphere in there is so unique.

It is a beautiful hotel which we chose because of the nice pool that it has. The location is fantastic and the place super comfortable and well attended.

Excellent hotel, Excellent location. Our room balcony over looked the water. We had a perfect view of the sunset. We will stay here again.

Parking was far more expensive than advertised. Online it said $20 per day, but we were charged $28 for 5.5 hours

Lots of hidden charges, over priced, teensy piss ants on the sink. You wake up to fabulous cruise ships blocking your "ocean view" each morning. Pool overcrowded, waitress there begs you to give a great review on Trip Advisor so they get an Amazon 10.00 card. Very nice guests, except for extremely rich, drunken, college students on spring break.

Beautiful hotel, the dock side view is spectacular. Extremely courteous and friendly staff cater to your needs. The All You can Eat buffet is awesome.

The Upper Deck is one of the best places in Key West to watch the sunset.

You really feel like you're hanging out with Jimmy while you're there. Very friendly staff and even friendlier drinks.

Nice marina with access to resort pool. Pool is shaded mostly (good thing) and blocked from the wind.

Had dinner here for my girlfriend's birthday. Bad service that day but the food was good.

Very bad. They opened the bars and I went in to get a drink relax. After getting my drink I was told I couldn't sit at the bar unless I ordered food. Kiss it

Yes, we just visited the restaurant and had dinner there. Food very good. Expensive.
Sitting can be right by the ocean, also right outside the restaurant or inside. Overall, a nice place. We did seat by the ocean so cannot say anything about what kind of experience would be sitting inside. Elegant and clean inside. Rich menu, enough variety to choose from. Again, expensive. If you have the money to spend, you might enjoy it.
I do not know how often, but there are big cruises boats decked there. We've seen one taking off. Many people were there to see it leave.

I wouldn t stay here again. I have stayed at best westerns off the interstate that are nicer than this $400 a night so-called resort. Place is run down and the staff is indifferent. Only positive is the location.

View from the pool at sunset. The sunset balcony was closed. Overall things were decent .. ordered a great blackened grouper sandwich ( poolside).

Food and service was excellent! Stayed in an ocean front room on the first floor that is blocked everytime a cruise ship comes in. Thankfully they are gone before sunset! Our room did have a heavy musty smell to it. Everyone that works here is quite friendly!

We love going to the sunset celebration to watch the sunset and to watch the Catman perform. Our first stop is always the mojito truck. He makes the best mojitos!

Frequently go, my family loves it. It is right in Mallory square. Perfect location for shopping and hitting up Duval street.

I went down for the boat races. This is the must stay hotel for that! It's right on the water and friendly staff!

Went to check in and didn't have a booking because they decided to run our card the day before we arrived (because we lost our card had to get a new one) it the old card was declined and decided they would cancel our room for the week how do you run a card before people check in is beyond me but it happened won't book another room drove all the way from Ohio to find out nope.. never bothered to notify us or anything..0 stars from me and my husband Troy

Resort is very well maintained and smooth experience with check in and everything. But the room price paid for ocean view room is not worth single penny since most of the time all I see a big cruise in between. So I suggest everyone out there not worth paying such high price for ocean view rooms here. That is such a bad experience for the guests who had paid for the ocean view.

The stay was not at all what I thought it would have been. For the price the hotel charges the rooms are a bit dated. During our stay it started to rain in the room and was told we would get credit on the account. We stayed Wed thru Sunday and the roof started leaking Sat evening. Now I'm not going to take away from them trying to accommodate. They offord to switch rooms but with it being Sat evening and we were leaving that Sun morning it would have been more trouble than it was worth packing unpacking and packing again but just decide to take the credit. My card got charged $224.72 the day we checked in and the credit was suppose to be for $224.72 so why was i being chrged this same amount twice. When called to inquire about it I was told I was charged resort fee but was given the same exact amount back in credit off the billed but was still charged the $224.72 still trying to figure it out. Anywho for 300 dollar a night room that put you in the mind of a motel 8 and being told when it rain some rooms will leak and the lights going out and staying out for 30 mins or so just put a bad taste in my mouth for a 4 star resort. I was hoping for alittle more for the price and was not impressed by the customer service department nor resort as a whole.

We had a great time! Best location in Key West! We had a spacious room with a kitchen. Friendly employees, great restaurant with delicious food and drinks. The pool is very nice as well. I go to Key West many times throughout the year and will definitely be back!
