Lovely property in the middle of it all...but you can't tell! Its quiet and upscale. Cruise ships often dock here so that's annoying but hey, it's key west.

Room was beautiful and clean. Location and views were perfect. The restaurant is very good. The pool area could be larger, and some music would have been nice.

This place is great! Coconut water awaits you to refresh, upon checkin. Beautiful ocean views and just a short walk downtown.

Gorgeous place! Was passing through so didn't really have any experience elsewhere.

We had a room with a great view and enjoyed our time here. Right in the action at Mallory Square which we enjoyed. Love watching the cruise ships come in and out. Not an overly kid friendly resort. Pool is small and there s only one so not a lot to do for kids.

Nice and quirky place. Remit old old American wooden houses.

It starts with being in "Old Town". If you have any sort of affinity for seafaring historical things, you'll love this area of Key West. Located right next to Mallory Sqaure and near the one end of Duval St, this is a fantastic location. Our Oceanfront room had a great view of Sunset Key and Wisteria Key as well as your incoming massive cruise ships. Service at the Westin is prompt and very good. Accommodating and pleasant! BTW, an Ingress agent would love this resort.

Moved from The Pier House Resort room overlooking a parking lot to a water front view at Margaritaville and WOW..! So nice, clean newly remodeled rooms & about $600 cheaper..!! Highly recommended so far

Was just on the marina because of a cruise. Marina was clean and easy to navigate

Our cruise docked right out margaritaville & we checked it out.

Bloody Mary was delicious, server was a little rude, roaming chickens were entertaining.

That was the text I got the day before we travel to key west.... they went above and beyond to accommodate anything we ask for!!

I remember when I book this I wanted waterfront and waterfront was a little out of my price range, but I told him I wanted to see the water. he said well you could see the marina and the boats. I thought, ... OK ! it was gorgeous you are right off of Mallory Square the location could not be any better if you ever gone to Key West you know parking is an issue

I attended a medical conference at the Westin and boy was I disappointed. Since I am from West Virginia and had never been to Key West I thought by their website that this would be a great place to attend a meeting. The room rate at a "discounted" rate was over $300 per night. I was flabbergasted when I signed in at the front desk. I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton In Miami in the past at a lower rate and this "resort" is nowhere in the same league as the Ritz. As soon as I walked in to sign in and saw a very small room I know immediately I was going to be disappointed. The hallways were in need of painting and carpet looked as if it was at least 20 years old and needed replacing. My room was on the par of Motel 8. I had a "balcony" room which actually was so small and my view was a "bush" almost entirely hiding any landscape. I cant believe anyone could give this "resort" anything above a 3 star rating. The only positive thing I could say about this hotel is its location. Was very conveniently located but again was nowhere near as luxurious as advertised. I would never recommend the Westin for anyone.

Fun atmosphere and good food. Bit pricey but to be expected in Key West

The Latitude's restaurant was amazing. Great food with a great atmosphere.

This was our second time staying in less than a year, location is very desirable and convenient however housekeeping was not the best this go around.

Unfortunately our room smelled musty. The decor is already a bit old. Take warm clothes with you. It is very windy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room had a spectacular view as well as a few perks we didnt expect.

Location, location, location! All we had were drinks and a few apps which were all good. I had a few virgin mojitos, great tasting, very refreshing on a super hot day. There were 19 of us and our server was very good with remembering and keeping up! Best place to watch the sunset!

Just stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We originally had a room outside of their HVAC unit for the hotel. So loud we couldn't event open up our patio door. We asked to be moved to another room and it was lovely. That's when the issues started. Our rooms were supposedly cleaned but only the garbage was never emptied and the sheets weren't changed. I had to write a note asking them to change the sheets and give us fresh towels. The bathroom was not cleaned and when we called this am for fresh towels all of the lines were busy. Finally I received a text message telling me check out was at 11am I responded back that I wanted fresh towels. Housekeeping did come up when we were walking out of our hotel room. The front desk called back when we were walking out to check out and said "they have been busy this am and couldn't answer the phone." Maybe hire someone to answer the phones while the front desk is checking out guests.

When we arrived very disorganized. They set the pace for how u feel and we felt discounted. In other cities u get room when ready, u get it here not...Not a good spot as far as i could see. Parking 25.00 a day on top of high room cost. Took free coffee away at 10:45 when offered until 11:00. How cheap can u be?

A wonderful resort with fantastic staff. If you're thinking Key West, nothing else comes close!

We had a most excellent experience at the resort. The pool experience was particularly enjoyable. Samantha & Lynette, at poolside bar, should both be recognized for going above and beyond! Room service and food in general was amazing. We will definitely recommend and hope to visit again. A++

Room was wonderful. Full water view! Air conditioner was a little loud. Location perfect for Key West goings on! Service was superb

Nice basic rooms, no microwave or kitchen but nice views from the rooms. Needs to dust more. Lots of dust behind headboards we wound up dusting ourselves. Definitely not a Hilton resort but nice nevertheless.

We had an excellent vacation. The customer services Manager Jaeger was awesome!! We were waited on pool side and pampered by all of the staff. Best place to stay on Key West!

Slow service. Softdrinks served in cheap plastic cups at 3$ a piece. 28$ for penne pasta, 42$ for a steak. Nice views and nice people.

I had such a good time here, my servers were so nice and the food was good at a reasonable price

Excellent location, conveniently located to Duval Street. The rooftop bar is the best spot to watch the sunset while the Bistro serves excellent seafood. Staff is great, the pool is secluded, and there's free bottled water.

Didn't stay there, only parked in the parking garage and walked around. It's a nice area.

It was easy to get off and on the ship. Very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants.

The resort is beautiful. The location is fantastic! The service was great. I didn t hear one jimmy buffett song the whole time though. It would ve been great to have it by the front door and by the pool areas. The brunch was the best I ever ate! Our server Borsh (sp?) was fun and energetic! All the mess from bistro were great. In room dining was accommodating. Valet Attendants and bell service were quick and efficient. One day though our rented electric car must ve been given to someone else because we got it the next day half charged and full of beer cans which I m still laughing about. Lynette at the pool was nice and kept the area clean. The step from the balcony into the room needs a sign to watch your step. Holy cow it s steeper than you d expect. We used concierge to book to trips and she was awesome and so knowledgeable. All in all we had a great time. We will definitely be back. We ve stayed at other places but for that location the price is fair and accommodations were stunning. Thumper is one cool dog! Thank you for a great vacation.
