The workers could be alittle friendlier and the rooms need to be clean.

Perfect location for visiting Key West as a tourist who wants to visit all the attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating!
Cool place to visit even with temps in the upper 40's and 35 mph gusts!
Great location good service a little out dated in rooms. Expected better for rate.
The resort is amazing, very beautiful and the pool has a perfect temperature.
Beautiful overall experience. Highly recommended!!!
The room was comfortable and had a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved sitting comfortably on the balcony during sunset while we watched everyone else down below looking for a spot on the fence. The service was also spot on and the front desk was accommodating.
It's a pretty good hotel in a good location.
Make sure you get lunch reservations for their restaurant "Latitudes" on sunset key.
It was a nice place for drinks a little pricey but great atmosphere!
Best Sunday Brunch in town! Make sure you make a reservation! You will not regret it!!
Wonderful location and great staff - I live kinda close (yay me) and will be back
Nice beach front property. We used this locations dock to sail out for snorkeling
Absolutely loved our time at the resort, best location in town - the rooms, amenities, and staff were top notch, can t wait to return!
Amazing place peaceful I will be there repeatly more times..
Great location, comfortable rooms.. can't get much better in Key West
The location is amazing! The rooms are quite. Great place to stay.
Nice bar n restaurant to be at while watching the sunset.
Went snorkeling with Fury tours behind the hotel. Great staff, great fun, would highly recommend.
We were seated almost immediately, however it took 15 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order. And another 15 minutes after that to get our food order. As someone who has served tables for 8 years of my life, and a keys resident for 7 years, I find this unacceptable. I would completely understand if this had happened" in season" however we were in the" off season" . To add to it, our waitress insisted on complaining to us about how she was in pain due to a skateboard accident. And her words, and I quote " I live in paradise so what can I really complain about", seem to me nothing more than a way to drum up sympathy and higher tips. I have spent many years defending Margaritaville to many tourist who believe, that it's nothing more than a scam, however after my recent visit I have some serious doubts myself. And my issues do not stem purely from the service that we received. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, and it was completely burnt. And the N.Y. strip that I ordered was so tough that the steak knife could hardly cut through it. And I ordered it medium well and it came out full of blood, it came with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli as I side, and honestly the broccoli was the best part of the meal.... I don't make it a habit to give crappy reviews of places in the keys, on the contrary I give credit in some places that could probably do a little better, however this experience with Margaritaville was not my best.... Hopefully they will get Jimmy in soon and he can whip them back into shape
Great location. Good spot to watch sunsets, and right by the cruise pier. There are plenty of restaurants around, and a market nearby on weekends. Check out the Cat trick show which happens in the evening!
Wifi is terrible but amenities are good. Room was not ready at check in time and had to wait an extra 2 hours.
It is a very good hotel especially if you coke it with a view of the sea, it is very close to the center and there are many things to do in that area
Nice relaxing place. Staff is helpful. Conventant to many restaurants and shops.
Nice hotel in a great location. 3 stars because they failed to mention you have to pay $20 a day to park.
great location the best. our room was a bit dirty & we were unable to communicate to the chamber maid.
dog in room across hall barking and clearly left alone. ask to see the disability papers on the human not the dog. they were able to leave the dog thus it was not being used for the disability. pool waitress service could be upgraded a bit. again perfect location
SURPRISE.... this is NO longer a Westin property...to our dismay it has become a Margaritaville Hotel ..
No joke... Fully furnished with Jimmy Buffett music playing in the lobby.. and the strong smell of pot in the hallways...
I'm not " dissing" JB but..... not what we expected from our reservation.. we made only a few days ago with Starwood properties... with no mention of new ownership.
We had a great experience here. The staff was outstanding, we got to check in a bit early. The location is second to none, it's right where you want to be. The hotel vibe was cool. The stay was really relaxing. The pool area was well tended to, and stocked with the essentials. The hot tub was the best at night. I see some of these bad reviews and I didn't experience any of what's in those reviews.
Nice updated rooms. Efficient and courteous staff. Great upper level lounge to watch the sunset from! Very close to many of the attractions and the Uptown action.
Margaritaville in Key West is very tourist driven. The decor is colorful Key West. The food is a little pricey but it is plentiful and good for a chain. Pay a little more and get your drinks made by the bartender rather than from the machine. It can get very busy. It is designed next to the Margaritaville store! The staff is usually friendly and attentive. The bands are good or there is usually a video of a Jimmy Buffet concert playing.
Lots to do. Walk to most places. Will be back again. 5 stars all the way.
Everyone was super friendly. But I thought the hotel wasn t as wow as I thought it would be for the price we paid.
Had a great time . The staff and service were great! Rooms were terrific. Our trip couldn't have been better..
Room service was great the grounds are awesome right on the water love this place.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms have beautiful views and well worth it. There is plenty to do around the area, and everyone is friendly.
Very nice hotel. Were disappointed they have no breakfast in lobby but what we ordered was good.
Thought this was the restaurant. Come to find out it wasnt but was still cool to look at the cruise ship and get chocolate cover key lime pie on a stick!
The air conditioner in our room was noisy. The pool bar was only open from 6 to sunset. The music in the pool area was not good as far as speaker system. Everytime a Jimmy Buffet song came on, it was scratchy. Go figure. Music system was terrible. Pool temp was too warm when you want to refresh from the heat. Paying a resort fee for what???? None of the items were necessary for the $29 fee per day. Not happy about that. Nothing felt like Margaritaville. No live entertainment as far as I could see and I stayed for 2 days.
Nice hotel. Local to most attractions and great coffee.
Had a great time here. The room was just beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. They brought in a lovely fruit tray for my moms 83rd birthday. I will return.
SundayBuffet is off the charts at Bistro 245 ...great views
Was a great experience Fast and good service would recommend to others
Vegas still has the best Bloody Mary ! And what's up with no pickle.
U will like ..location and comfort w abundance of scenery
Somewhat disappointed! Overall the room was fine although the thermostats weren't working and had to call for maintenance. We stayed in room 282 and paid for an ocean front room. By the time we checked in, 3:00 pm, the only view was of a cruise ship. We had the same view on Thursday! No one mentioned anything about the obstructed view!! We paid for ocean front thinking we would have an ocean view...we only had that part of the time! That boarders on false advertising! you should at least make us aware that we would experience the cruise ship view for part of our stay!
My first choice for lodging in Key West! Quick access and retreat from most of the activity in town. Get the corner room overlooking the marina.
The hotel and Marina are beautiful, also private island with cottages and Latitude restaurant were excellent!
This place was fine. Seemed a little run down, but so did the town. I would stay again, but it wasn't memorable.
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is extremely convenient, and the staff is great.
In a word, "fabulous". Great location. Awesome resort. Amazing staff, courteous, knew the area and the best restaurants.
Well, I didn't get wasted, but it was a nice place to visit!
Had food on the dock. Was bland and not even fit for a nursing home. Way over priced. We won't be back.
Very clean, fun, friendly staff. Best place. Location is right at the best spot
