Sooo fun. Every bit of our trip was a treat. Sunsets are ridiculously beautiful

Everything exceeded my expectations. Nice and clean. Plenty of towels, had a robe and slippers available. Also an excellent restaurant downstairs the bistro 245

The resort is very beautiful, clean and friendly staffing!

All around the hotel was great. Location, room, bed, pool, ect... the only thing that I found a little odd was that the bar was closed when I came down stairs at 9 o'clock.

Very clean rooms, helpful staff. The location is great to catch sunset.

The service is reponsive, staff is friendly, and there is so many great things to do

Love this restaurant! It's great to sit outside with a great view of the water! Love Eggs Idaho for breakfast. We have been coming here for over 20 years.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the water. We were there in December. There was beautiful lighting on the palm trees and on the grounds. So peaceful in the evening!

Considering Dorahs visit the port was in relative good shape.

Only issue was that they guaranteed the room to be ready by 4:00. It wasn't ready until 5:00

Best place for drinks and sunset. Shannon is the BEST server ever

Double balconies, heated pool, very nice room, bar fridge and safe in room.

All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Resort was well maintained.

I am currently writing this review in the lobby waiting to check into the margaritaville hotel.. It's currently 4:45, and rooms are supposed to be guaranteed for 4pm. We've been here since 3. We called a week ago and requested a room by the elevator. They said they don't have any rooms by the elevator ready. They offered us a room on the first floor which has a "patio," as she put it. However the "patio" is literally the hallway people walk down to get to the room, no chairs. Plus the room was old and the bottom of door was rusted. Basically the worst room they have. Thanks, but no thanks at over $300 a night. All the front desk check in people are caddy and uninviting. And the manager, or the one dressed in more business casual clothing and not a uniform, sees people complaining and doesn't even address the situation. Honestly, I'm you're guest. Please don't treat me like "I'm lucky to have a room here." I'm beyond livid with the way this hotel is managed. They really should have some type respect for their guests. Honestly the only reason they're busy is because the location. Other than that it's not worth it. It's over priced and it's not like they even treat you well. I've worked in hospitality and whoever is the management PLEASE FIX YOUR STAFF'S ATTITUDE! I can't stress this enough. And Please offer something to rectify this situation.

Had a nice walk around while waiting for a sunset sail. The property seemed well kept and would warrant a look the next time I stay in Key West.

The rooms aren't the fanciest but you can't beat the location!!! Beautiful.

Don't be fooled it is not a margaritaville resort. Very sad resort.

Excellent attention. The service is excellent, very good treatment, everything clean. The very cozy outdoor areas, I recommend it.

Bar only- nice establishment, friendly and quick service. If you want a great quick drink go here. Prices as what you would expect. Would certainly go back again.

Air conditioners are way too loud in the rooms... need updated bad!

Great location, but the rooms are about worn down. Nice pool area with a bar, but chairs in the shade are often taken.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location location location. We were very disappointed in the service, overall cleanliness, and value for the high price tag. We smelled and spotted tons of mold in the hallways and reported it to a few staff members but nothing was done about it. The pool was blah and the bartender was very rude. Not worth half of what we paid.

I found the staff was very good from valet parking, check in and house keeping, everyone was great.
The pool was a little warm and not refreshing but clean with plenty of towels.
I was very happy with this resort.
It has a great location to everything.
My only problem was the restaurant, not a very good menu, plus it was expensive. The pool bar was very convenient and the staff was good, hard working. A little costly.
I would recommend this resot and I will return.

Great, modern hotel. Rooms with fantastic views. Great location on shore in old town. Most of Old Key West within walking distance.

Can't beat the location, and the daily parking fee for guests is reasonable. Comfortable room close to Captain Tony's for that last mango.

Room was just OK for the price - expect more to be included at least breakfast and turndown service. Restaurant was great. Bring water shoes and $20 for the rocky beach.

Corner room balcony. LOVE. Ocean view, beautiful sunsets, awesome pool, large room, hardworking staff. Only thing I could possibly critique is that the lobby is underwhelming and the hallway carpets could stand a thorough cleaning. Had a great time.

Great stay nice staff clean rooms only thing I would say is management needs to hire more bar personnel as they shouldnt be out serving food

One of our party stayed here instead of LA Conxha and was very pleased. We visited and ate at their great restaurant on their boardwalk. Lovely setting. This is where we hope to go on our next visit to Key West.

Celebrity Equinox ported here in Key West,I walked through but looked like a timeshare with overpriced "tourist souvenirs" with a restaurant to me. And there many of these Margaritavilles whenever people vacation for me to spend much of my limited time here.
There are too many nice places to visit and local restaurants with great food to stop here. You can rent a bicycle or scooter, take an Uber if you are not able to walk around this fantastic island.

I recommend Margraritaville to all my family and friends to visit while on vacation.

Our entire stay at Margaritaville was wonderful! Our room was ocean front and the view from our balcony was just amazing! Everyone at the hotel couldn t have been more accommodating! It was just a great time!
We would definitely return!

Very friendly and close to all amenities. Kermits key lime pie is a must.
