Touristy. Margarita was just slush in a cup. Had better margaritas at Texas Roadhouse.
Touristy. Margarita was just slush in a cup. Had better margaritas at Texas Roadhouse.
Valet service was a joke. Was just stopping by to go to restaurant on the island
Awesome atmosphere. Great bar and grill. Food was wonderful!
The ocean suite view is really awesome but the room gets really bright whenever the sun is up, there is no really a real blackout. The hotel overall is nice but there is no beach entrance, so do not expect to enter in the water. The clean was ok, nothing exceptional but following most of all Covid-19 rules. The staff is really nice.
The pool is small for the size of the hotel, hard to get a chair in the sun in peak hours.
Beautiful resort!!! Would definitely stay here again
We went for sunset it a must see and food and drinks it even better !
On the water, nice room, with 2 beds, clean, with enough towels, and other things we needed, brought to the room with a smile on their face.everyone was very nice.
Amazing Resort our suite was beautiful !! Wonderful Staff @ the valet..at the Resort restaurant, the food was fantastic !!! Definitely would go again !!
This review is from our stay in the marina with our boat. Very nice place. A little over priced in my opinion, but it is a very beautiful resort. The people at the marina are very friendly. The showers could use some work. The pool is gorgeous but it was 21.50 for two cocktails poolside. They were, however, generous with the liquor so that helped. The fitness center was a definite bonus. It is open 24/7. The laundry is free if you ate staying at the Marina and they have WiFi but I haven't used it yet so I'm not sure how fast it is. They offer free coffee, Starbucks, and orange juice in the mornings. 4 out of 5 :)
Did not stay there but the location and outward appearance is wonderful.
Nice place but paid a lot of money for ocean front to state at cruise ships. Seriously Margaritavill
Good beers, great views, live music. Best place to watch the sunset. Highly recommended.
The sweet guy at the desk gave us a corner room over looking the small boats and it was wonderful. It is the perfect location to walk around. Free bottles of water in the heart were great. The restaurant is nice and the bar for sunsets. Cruise ships are not a problem for me.
one of the most exceptional resorts on Key West would recommend to anyone with a water park view the shopping close proximity to Key West and it's downtown activities bring a bike and you can explore the whole key. Take time time to go to the museum an old warforged that was held Believe It or Not by the North through most of the Civil War.
Clean, comfortable, beyond friendly and "central" to everything
My three star is because we reserve the hotel for outside wedding, since we waiting the ceremony to start we decide get some drinks at the bar and the bartender was so rude, she not even say good afternoon, we try to make a conversation with her and she not even awnser like we not talking to her. or awnser when we say goodbye and thanks and even she not deserve we give her a tip. I think she have some personal problem if that is the case I'm really sorry BUT it's not the customers faults.
The rest of the staff really nice and attentive. Beautiful place
Too bad we got a non-renovated room, room 113 stained carpet old door exetera that we paid the same price as people who had a room to renovate. The pool is a little small for the resort. As for the staff they are very very nice I advise despite the 3 stars that I give a go and make sure you will not have an old room. parking is $ 20 per day or with service $ 25 per day
We launched from this location multiple times and it was great
Clean, well maintained, great atmosphere! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
Great service and beautiful views! Restaurant had great food. Definitely recommend!
Just a simple down home vibe, locals shine with their warm hospitality, never a cold shoulder, kind and caring team, comfortable venues.
A VERY expensive town with lots of unfriendly people. I purchased some Pineapple salsa from a shop and I thought the guy was being courteous until I heard him tell his co-worker "see how good I am, I can tell anyone anything and they'll believe me." I told him that I heard him and he said "oh you did did you?" One driver almost hit us as we crossed the street and glared at us despite us having the right of way.
We had a good experience at Margaritaville Resort in Key West. While the room was wonderful and the view amazing, the very best aspect of our time there was an outstanding employee of yours, Stalin-front desk employee! He was very professional while being kind, and at times, going out of his way to help us senior citizens. From offering us a real nice room that was ready (because ours was not ready at promised 4pm), to getting us a taxi that was low enough for my spouse to step into, to opening the door for us and simply chatting with us. He should be highly valued!
We do have one very serious recommendation: You really need to have vending machines or a 24/7 store for us to pick up snacks at-I was so disappointed that when I asked about vending machines/store at late evening, I was told I could walk to the CVS...well, this front desk person was not my favorite!!!! Many of us simply can not just walk anywhere at anytime, and we really desired a bite to eat (ahh-after 10pm, no room service, either...). Other than this situation - though it is very real on our list as to whether we would consider returning - we had a real nice time.
Wonderful place to be in Key West. Expensive but worth it.
Key West is beautiful. It is still recovering from Hurricane Irma, but the main historical sites appear to be preserved and intact. Clean and well maintained.
Beautiful setting, best place to be for Sunset Celebration! Rooms are pretty and very comfortable. Hotel and restaurant staff are amazing!
Great location. Amazing customer service. Yara and Laura at the pool bar were excellent. They both were prompt, professional and friendly. We also brought our own catch to the pool bar and the chef made us a delicious platter of mahi fingers. Thank you all for the great experience.
The views from our room were great. Careful with the sunset view rooms...cruise ships are parked there all the time and block all the views. Although they leave before sunset, they block your view all day. A little disappointed the pool wasn't heated. Otherwise, great service and stay.
Great place to stay. It is perfectly close to everything and a block or so away from Duval Street. You can enjoy the sunset by the poolside bar.
Lovely hotel and an amazing location. Service was OK not exceptional. Resort fees are an annoyance as a guest I saw nothing for them. I get free wifi so the other benefits have little value.
Beautiful building, staff is very friendly and the rooms are really cozy
If I ever win the lottery I will live here forever. 5 stars top of the line place.
we visited Key West and stopped at the Margaritaville. We asked for a frozen drink and the girl got upset because we did not order them at the same time. When we got the drink it tasted very synthetic not good at all. very poor customer service the drinks we ended up throwing it away
Absolutely amazing! Had Sunday brunch and loved it!!!
Sunset desk, if not your room opens to the sunset. The short distance to Duval Street.
If you love adventure and tropical heat when you planning your own adventure to this place....
Super friendly staff, clean well sized rooms, great poolside atmosphere and the drinks made by Vasil were top notch!!!! Definitely going back.
A must stop place in Key West. Very good menu with affordable prices. A hopping place.
editing to 5 stars after question from owner. I had zero qualms with any part of my stay. Rooftop restaurant was our favorite - amazing sunsets
The resort was beautiful. It was very clean and the workers were friendly and helpful.
Well appointed resort in a great location. Bad wifi, however.
My husband and I recently stayed at the Margaritaville Key West Resort for three nights. We opted for this location so we did not need a car. It was perfect. Service was awesome, rooms very clean and extremely quiet even though the hotel was booked. Breakfast at Bistro 245 was definitely a nice way to start each day. The location for sunsets was amazing. The cruise ships pull in on the pier from early morning until 6 pm so we opted for a pool view room. So glad we did! Don t hesitate to book this resort. You can walk to Starbucks, CVS, Duval St. Great location!
The 2 BR/2B suite is amazing to share with friends. We had the Hemingway suite and loved it! Only warning is cruise ship came in and blocked our Ocean view on Sunday! But the service is top-notch! We will definitely book again. Perfect access to Duvall St. and all the fun! Rent bikes, hotel will return for you! Awesome hotel!
