Arrived in Key West in upgraded to a suite with a view of the water and Mallory Square. Could not be happier with how the staff treated us and the amenities and facilities at the resort. I highly recommend this hotel for the ultimate Key West experience. It is two blocks to Duval Street and sloppy joes.
The front desk was amazing, very friendly. In fact everyone we had contact with was very friendly. It was nice of you to upgrade us to an ocean front room My disappointment is in all the fees. $20 to park, $29 for resort fees, phones - really? Who uses land lines? Pool towels? A bit much with the fees. Wasn't expecting to pay an additional $105 for 2 nights.
Needs to have a desk cleaning. The walls were stained and there s was an unpleasant old smell
The wife and I and 2 teenage kids just return from Margaritaville 4 days ago. The wife and I had stayed here 20 years ago when it was the Westin. The Resort was awesome, the staff was very helpful and courteous, especially the Concierge ladies. We had a ocean view room with a balcony. The Resort was very clean, the room was fantastic. It met every expectation. The Resort is in a perfect location, walking distance to everything. The only minus would be the cruise ships. They block the view at times, but were gone by every sunset. The restaurants were good, we had breakfast at Bistro 245 every morning, very good. We had a late flight out on our last day. We checked out and were able to secure our luggage at the Resort and then walked around a bit. When we came back I needed a shower. They let me use the Gym's shower before my flight. Its' the little things that made this place great. Thanks again for a perfect week.
Pretty great spot for what it is. Food is typically on point. Drinks are OK, I had better margaritas elsewhere in Duval. Heard some decent music in there on a Friday evening. Always a staple to stop by when we are in Key West, but usually not a highlight.

Clean, wonderful time 4 stars because I was under the impression they had Beach access which I was wrong. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if we wanted to experience Duval within walking distance great place.
My mother was having a medical emergency, we were not even staying at this hotel but they were amazing to us! They brought us cold water, gave us a chair for her to rest, called the paramedics, and stayed with us the whole time!! This place was awesome!!! Thank you westin employees from the bottom of my heart!!! We will stay with you on our next visit for sure!!!!
The best place about Margaritaville is the Catman Show. The accommodations are wonderful and so is the restaurant and bar that you cannot miss that fabulous guy who does the cat tricks at sunset. He is probably the most interesting person who lives on Key West
Had a blast! The drinks were amazing, the pool and atmosphere was great and the dj was fun and interacted with the patrons.

Once sunset we asked about a table in the restaurant. Quickly seated without a reservation. Food was excellent.
Room had great corner view. Pool looked inviting. Recommended to explore Key West. Expect a cruise liner to be docked at some point.
Strangely, I don't recall hearing a single JB song playing in the common areas during our four day stay. We had a third floor room with a small balcony overlooking the marina and up graded to the Sunset Celebration package ($50/day breakfast credit and $25 liquor credit at the nightly Sunset Celebration). Room as clean and everything worked fine. The room had a dorm style refrig, room safe, but no microwave. The staff was friendly and attentive. Pool area was seeming always empty which was nice for afternoon sunning and napping pool side. Because it's in the central courtyard of the resort, the sun only hits part of the pool side area through out the day leaving plenty of chairs in the shade if that's your style. As noted in other reviews, everything is within walking district - the Bight is only half a mile (~10 minutes), Duval Street is two blocks away - longest walk would be just a bit over one mile (~20 minutes) down Whitehead Street to the Southernmost Point. Our only complaint was that we didn't have access to the Sunset Celebration Deck on all three evening of our stay because it was reserved for convention groups - worst, we never saw more than five people on the deck during the Sunset Celebrations.
We had such a great time staying at Margaritaville this past week. We called ahead to let them know we had a baby and they accommodated us perfectly. We had a room further away from the 'noise' (turns out this probably wouldn't have been a problem anyway) but still facing the water equipped with a crib etc. Staff was helpful and kind; pool, grounds, and room were all well kept. There were a few stains on the floor, and our toilet paper dispenser was broken - but if that can ruin someone's vacation then there's no hope haha. Our first experience was a great one and we would definitely stay there again.
Great place to watch the sunset. A must when in Key West.
The room was clean, but decor out of the 80's. The TV was a 32" and for the size of the room should have been a 60". The sink handles leaked water everywhere.
We went parasailing at keywest, soo worth it. The captain and his first mate were awesome. We definitely need to di it again.
Excellent place to visit, and explore a bit of history! It has very nice beaches. Very kind people there is also Starbucks lol.
Sober hotel no allure. Don't expect anything from this 2 star hotel. Purely a sleeping opportunity.

You have to make sure that you do not get rooms facing the northwestern side because then you can not take advantage of the balcony because of the noise of the air conditioners ..
The only good thing about my stay here was the view as it led out to where the cruises park. Other than I will never EVER stay here again. I have bug bites all over my arms from the bed, the air is so noisy I thought I was in a middle of a storm all night, and this morning there was a live cockroach in the bathroom ( I have pictures to prove it). The pool is also small for the amount of rooms they have here. This is Margaritaville you would think the bar by the pool would be nice. Nope. It s a small tiny little bar in the corner in the back. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a Margaritaville. It was a terrible experience.

This place is amazing your stance is wonderful the pull is more than refreshing a pool staff is right on top of what they do. It's not cravat it's just nice place. There was one floor while we were there the fire alarm buzzers and Bells were born off for 6 hours which So we had to leave. Then move I got back it was known TV for the rest of the evening which Connor was a bummer but we made the best of things. The hotel on forward know where you found a or any type of compensation this hotel is dog friendly story with a ballet as we drove up that walked us to our Room as wonderful as

Called the front desk 3 times for our bags to be delivered to our room from our car, an hour and a half later I had to go get them myself.

A fun Key West bar and restaurant. This place is a must stop for tourists in town on a cruise, Spring Break, or one of the many festivals in town. Staff is friendly. It is located in a great area. Our Key West injury lawyers have an office located just behind Margaritaville on Fleming.
Daughter went here for her make a wish the stuff was amazing with her let her drive the boat if your ever in key West looking for something new to do go snorkeling we had amazing day

We stayed in an ocean front room Memorial day weekend on a complete whim. We booked day of and were able to get a place! The Margaritaville/Jimmy Buffett decor was great only thing was, we would have loved to purchase the Latitude/Attitude pillows. Overall great stay!!
Stayed here for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. If you are going to stay in Key West, this is the place to stay. Has its own Sunset celebration and is within a short walk from all Key West attractions. Staff very friendly and accomodating especially Greg on the evening staff.

Great hotel in a perfect location in Key West. Walking distance to anywhere, shopping, restaurants, etc. Good fitness center. The room is really nice, and has a huge balcony to enjoy sunrise & sunset. Only thing that I dislike is the pool. Too small and not very clean.
Top hotel. The location is excellent, in the southern part of the Keys. You can reach everything on foot.
If you love the sights and sounds of Mallory Square or want to be on the Key West Marina- this is your place. Reasonably priced, nothing fancy, small pool courtyard and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but a great location for Key West partying- everything is within walking distance- with parking.

We had an issue with a nearby hotel and had to walk out upon arrival. When I called the resort, the staff was more than accommodating on the phone. Upon arrival, the front desk was fabulous. For less than what we would have paid at a neighboring resort, we had a much larger room, gym, and pool. I took my mother on a special girls week and she was completely enamored with the resort. She kept talking about how wonderful it was, so thank you for having a clean, centrally located, fantastic resort. We loved the walkability and the sunset deck.
