As a first time car buyer, I have to say that I could not have asked for a better experience. Sheldon helped out my family and I in a very professional manner, and answered any question I had with ease. Sheldon listened to my needs and wants and made me feel comfortable, without any pressure at all. As well, both Bill, and Sheldon worked within my budget which I greatly appreciated. Every detail about the car was explained clearly, and professionally. As a first time car buyer, picking up the car was really exciting moment for me. The car came in perfect condition, and Sheldon clearly showed me every feature the car had, and how to use it, in a very professional and delightful manner, before I drove it off the lot. Even after purchase of the car, I got a follow up from both Sheldon and Bill making sure everything is ok, and that I am happy with the purchase of the car which makes me feel like a valuable client. I would definitely recommend Maple Mazda to friends and family that are looking for a Mazda, and will definitely be coming back for my car related needs!
