I was completely taken aback at Ray s energy and eagerness to get to know you and what your needs were. I was looking to a 7 seater vehicle for my family and few vehicles in my mind and a lot of confusion. When I walked into the Maple Honda dealership , I had seen a few other vehicles already and talked to sales guys. Ray was completely different from rest of guys I talked to you. He guided me of what market as a whole has to offer in my price range in general as well as what Honda Pilot. He gave me a deal and asked me continue checking and driving other SUVs the market and if I am comfortable with price vs my need for of any other vehicle , feel free to go for it. After I can back with all my research , being convinced about Pilot , he did to treat me as i expected ( i expected that since i have come back 2nd time he would not be interested in any more talk and make me sign it). But he still spend another 2 hours with me patiently answering all my question and adjusting the to offer to suit my budget and needs. I never expected that. Hats off to Ray. I travelled from Ottawa to Toronto with the notion of getting a better deal at a Toronto dealership. I almost gave up after a few attempts at Honda dealers on the east end of the GTA. I decided to go a little farther west to Maple Honda. I'm so glad I did! I dealt with Raffaele Staffiere and explained the situation to him: I wanted a certified used Honda Civic and I didn't want to spend a lot of time doing it. Raff and his sales manager were super accommodating. Raff has a down to earth, no pressure aura about him. I can't recommend this place enough!

11/10 We cannot express enough how amazing our experience with Mark at Maple Honda was from beginning to end.

We ultimately chose Honda for brand quality and reliability, but we chose Maple Honda for the excellent service provided by Mark.

He took the time to explain all of the different features up and down the trim levels and take us on test drives.

We had dealt with other salespeople before where we felt very pushed and rushed to make a decision. Mark was the complete opposite - he was very professional, not pushy at all and was very responsive whenever we called or texted with questions.

When we came in to pick up our new vehicle, Mark showed us how to use all the features, helped us with initial set up (e.g., driver seat memory and tail lift gate) and even explained how the service department operates and introduced us to some of the staff there.

Overall, our experience with Maple Honda has been extraordinary from the beginning and we look forward to continuing to come here in the future.

I bought my Crv from Paul went back to replace and had a horrible experience. Salesman never returns calls and plays the finance specialist and finance never returns calls. I don t know in a service industry how could you survive not getting back to the clients fro two three days. Very Sad

Recently I was looking for a small, cheap car as a second family vehicle for my teenagers to drive. I went to Maple Honda looking for something that would work for us. Since I was looking for something really cheap, I didn't expect to receive much attention from the salespeople. But, to my surprise, it was the exact opposite. I had such a great experience. Raffaele made it such a positive experience. I ended up buying a 2008 Honda Fit that is in exceptional shape. Raffaele was so patient, respected my budget and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. I will certainly go back to see Raffaele when I am ready to upgrade.

Update: I recently went back to Maple Honda because I wanted to upgrade my used CRV to a new car. I went back specifically to see Raffaele because of the great service when I purchased the Fit. Again, he respected my budget and provided me with options - from Civic to Accord. I settled on the Accord Sport and I couldn't be happier. It is exactly what I wanted at the price point I was happy with.

I am one who never writes reviews but boy I am eager to write this review. What can I say. Let me tell you that there is no one who works more and goes beyond for ultimate customer satisfaction then SAL. He is the role model and mentor of all Service Advisors. His patience, understanding and ease to deal with makes me a happy Maple Honda customer. Just one example to support my claim about Sal is when I went in on Tuesday evening when they have extended service hours. Sal was the only Service Advisor during a busy night with Winter Tire Season in full effect. He stayed calm the whole night as I watched him not only interact with me but other customers. Sal is a Genuine Honda Service Advisor. He is a definite asset and frankly belongs in upper management where he can share his wealth of knowledge with other up and coming Service Advisors.

Andrew Arden is top notch! I had the pleasure to deal with Andrew for my CRV, which is still under warranty. The chrome piece from the tailgate was coming apart so that part was ordered and replaced in under four days. I also requested a few screws to be replaced that were rusting away and he was happy to sort me out with that too. Andrew is very friendly and helpful too. I would recommend seeing Andrew for service help. All round positive experience!

I ended up walking into Maple Honda on a whim one night after work. Despite the fact that it was almost their closing time and I did not even have an appointment, Mark Hanna answered all of my questions very patiently. I told him I was just looking around and was almost set on a Volkswagen but he did not let that affect his dealing with me whatsoever. It was my first new car and I was overwhelmed and ended up going back another time and Mark took his time once again despite it being a weekend and insanely busy. This time I walked out sold on the Honda and went back the third time last Thursday to sign the deal. The car could be delivered on Monday or Tuesday but when I told Mark I was starting a new job Monday, he and the business manager Zain Nauman went out of their way to expedite the whole process to get me the car Saturday morning.
Added bonus, Mark also laughed at all of my cringe-worthy jokes which is a BIG plus in my book.

Maple Honda is known for quality service for your car needs including maintenance and sales. After noticing several issues while driving my 09 Civic, I took the car in for service and inspection. They were able to help me go through numerous options spanning multiple days and were extremely thorough and clear regarding the necessary repairs. I dealt with Sal at service, who was kind enough to spend a lot of time with me discussing all my options going forward. Highly recommend Sal if you are taking your car over to service!
