I received excellent customer service at maple Honda. Eddie from the parts department was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I came in to pick up oil filter and oil. But I m definitely going to be coming back in Oct to pick up new winter tires. He gave me various options based on my budget and explained the pros and cons for each scenario. The key is he told me bout mail in rebates coming in a couple months. There was no pressure to sell. From now on, Maple Honda will be my dealer of choice! I ll be sending my family and friends there!

Got my 2015 Honda Accord Touring V6 serviced. Andrew was my service advisor and he explained all the services that were due/recommended. Andrew acknowledged that I live far from the dealership and he arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I have always serviced my vehicle with Maple Honda and will continue to do so as I get good timely/quality service. Andrew kept me posted regarding the status of the service and if anything that was emergent over the phone. Furthermore, he gave me a fair price on the entire service bill.
