Very disappointed with the service department. I took my Civic in to get 4 new tires installed. I paid them to mount and balance 4 new Michelins on the factory alloys. They did not balance the tires properly, some of the weights flew off, and on the second visit they damaged the rims trying to remove the old weights. In addition, the facing side of all the rims had a huge circular gash right through the metal. I complained to the service manager who offered a cheap touch up fix for the rims. I called Honda Canada and they offered to get the rims professionally refinished at a reputable machine shop. I'm baffled how a simple tire job at a supposedly reputable dealer turned into such a disastrous and time-wasting experience. All I wanted was to get 4 new tires installed and have the wheels come out in the same condition as they went in. Is it too much to ask? I'll never go there again.

I just purchased a new CR-V from Maple Honda. I have to say I had really great experience with this dealership especially our sale person Raffaele Staffiere. I did push him a little but he was very patient and gave us a good deal on the CR-V. I do negotiate and purchase a lot of things for living and not easy to satisfy. Yesterday I picked up my very first car from Raffaele at Maple Honda. I had always dreamed about having a CRV. I bought my first car, 2015 Honda Civic Ex-l Navi Coupe at this dealership. It was such a great experience and I owe it all to salesperson Jason Lam. Since it was my first car, I thought it would have been a stressful experience due to all the politics, pricing and finances. Jason helped me through all of it and I never had to worry about a single thing. He assisted me with pricing, picking the best car to suit my needs and discussed different ways of how to financially afford my new car. Here is my experience yours might be different: i went with my 2016 civic AC issue, feeling very frustrated and was thinking here you go another repair and hefty charges. Served by service advisor Rachel, she explained all the details of how the repairs is gonna go, how long will it take and what can they do to accommodate my situation since i was gonna leave to US 5 days later. She processed my file and hand me over to Mr. J one of the sweetest person in the dealership. He try to look for an early appointment but non available therefore requested the manager (Lis/Liz) and explained my situation that the AC is not working and i will be driving to US in 2nd week of August. HE Asked me to bring the car inside the workshop for a quick visual inspection and found out the AC compressor was leaking, lucky Honda Canada has expended the warranty for AC compressor for these 2016-17 and i believe 18 to 10yrs since this is a big and very common issue in these yrs cars. Looking into my situation Mr.(Lis/Liz) assured me that he'll ordered the parts and for the time being offered me a complimentary vehicle till my car gets ready. I walked from workshop area to the dealership service area, and there it was my complimentary vehicle ready (literally in 3 mins the complimentary vehicle was ready). My car was repaird in 4 business days. I went there to pick up my car and drop off the complimentary vehicle, it seemed to me that they also washed my car it was and ready to go. Now a days there are very good products out there but very few good products come with a good service. Honda's got good product and Maple Honda is the place that provides an exceptional customer service. This is my story and my experience what is yours? Thank you Maple Honda. Maple Honda is the best! I brought my vehicle for service to this location because it was convenient but in comparison to other experiences I had, i realized how professional and efficient they are. So much so now that i've moved out of the area, i go out of my way to bring my vehicle in. They never up-sell or pressure me which is really appreciated when you're a female walking into these places. When my lease came up, I didn't even bother returning to my original dealership. Zak is the man! He is a loyal Honda sales manager and was professional from start to finish. He was great to communicate with and made the transition to my new car smooth and easy. Initially, I encountered some minor issues when I brought my car in to get checked due to a malfunctioning a/c unit. When I filled out their feedback survey to notify them of these issues, they personally emailed and called me to address them. They kept me posted with the status of the parts that had been ordered for me. A customer relations rep was assigned to me, Trevor was professional and understanding. When I finally returned to the dealership for service, Saliba, the service rep was very helpful and offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge so that I was not stuck there and assisted me financially as well. They more than made up for any initial inconsistencies that I experienced. Very satisfied.

This is the best dealer in the Woodbridge area in my estimation. i.e. Customer service a one, professionalism words can't express. I happen to deal directly with Mr Aman Gupta this gentleman is so professional I personally feel he should be in a leadership position there. When I go to the service desk I always look for Mr Andrew Arden the British man full of energy great guy. In general there is no sad face at that location. Andrew Arden staff was so kind and helpful as in winter day with extreme weather statement in effect we had some issues with our car and we just googled this dealership and went by.
