I wanted to get rid of my Ford Escape, went to Maple Honda. Met with Jason Lam there and he's one of the key factors that gave me the decision to purchase a brand new CRV. Jason is a fabulous guy to deal with. He explained all the options available to me in a very straightforward and professional manner. He is also very reasonable when it got negotiating a price for the vehicle. I'm totally satisfied with his all-round service and hopefully will buy another Honda from Jason next time I need a new one.
Horrible experience, pressured me into buying a vehicle and when i tried backing out the same day without having the vehicle in my posession or them even locating the vehicle they wouldnt let me do it. Salesman paul called it "stupid". When i did recieved the car and returned it a few weeks later they charged me quite a bit of money. Thought my horrible experience was over however i recieved a letter from honda canada saying i was entitled to just over a 500 dollar cheque from my dealership for warranty that i clearly was not using due to the fact that i returned the vehicle they threatened me and my mom saying they gave me a "deal" when they returned the car and that if i kept pursuing this cheque they would charge me an extra $1200. All in all total nightmare. Would NEVER recommend anyone go to this horrid dealership. They want nothing but money and theyll go to any extent to get it

Came in looking for a pre-owned car, I was looking for one for a while couldn't find anything that would work for me. Front desk introduced me Abdul, he was super helpful, talked to me about all my options with my budget. Showed me a few great cars after which I ended putting a deposit on a Toyota Camry, he went out of his way to take the car to my mechanic to take a look at it so that I can purchase it without a worry. He handled all the paperwork for me, I didn't have to worry about a thing. He also went out of his way to get the car detailed for me again so the car was perfect when I picked it up. On top of everything after I picked up the car he made sure to follow up with me make sure everything was working and that I had no issues. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Came into the dealership parts department about a week ago to purchase a battery for a older Honda sports car that I own. Amar is the worst sales man ever! He treated my colleague and I very rudely by misbehaving, being uninformative and lastly, MOST IMPORTANTLY he could not even arrange a quote for us! I just got my civic 2020 2 months ago and also got CRV for my dad with the same dealer right after 2 months of buying my CIVIC , evryone was friendly until Kevin Ly went out to help us.He is a very patient person and helped us get the free mats that we dont have to pay at all. Kevin was doing a good job - we were not ready to sign a contract at that day - just ready to pop in to compare our offer with Toyota. However Kevin made it very easy to sell our old car and just lease a new Honda with a decent price and packages. He answered our questions and find extra help to make sure we're satisfied with the answers. Kevin is great. However the only thing that we're unhappy is 1-2 months into our new Honda lease, the old Toyota car loan is still taking money out of our account, even though we have sold the car to Honda. We have requested it to cancel and refund many times. We still hasn't received the refund of the loan ( so we're paying lease and loan at the same time ). We do hope this gets sort out quickly. Of course, this is not on Kevin. He's a great guy.

I leased a Honda CR-V 2019. It was a great experience. Sales staff is very friendly and honest. They don't push at all. Customers are treated in very friendly way and are highly respected. Last week I towed my car into Maple Honda for service, after it was at another dealer and I had an uneasy feeling that I was being taken advantage of. At Maple Honda, service adviser Sal Q., reassured me that they would take a complete look at the issue. After diagnosing the problem, Maple Honda was honest and with me and said that many of the parts that the other dealer said needed to be changed, in actuality did not. Maple Honda s fix cost $350.00 and my car is running great, whereas the other Honda dealers estimate was almost $2000.00. Maple Honda was also quick atfixing the issue - I picked it up the same day.

I have recently completed the purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord from Maple Honda. From my first visit through to delivery, my experience was very pleasant and relatively easy, due in large part to the help and guidance of Jason Lam. Jason proved to be a very patient and reasonable person to work with; what I most appreciated was his relaxed, no-pressure approach. Jason (as well as other staff at Maple Honda, whom I interacted with) created an environment without hassle a rare and desirable quality in my car-buying experience. Having done my homework and living within a short distance of several Honda dealerships, what ultimately tipped the scale in favour of Maple Honda was the time Jason took to show me their facility and introduce me to some of the parts and service staff. I expect my new Honda to last many years and I want it to be taken care of a certain way. Also, I gained a sense of maintenance costs, accessory options (i.e. sizing options for winter tires and wheels), and other technical details and features, all of which factored into my buying decision. The time and effort Jason put in, really helped to demonstrate the value of choosing to buy a new car from a dealership. I wanted to thank Raffaele at Maple Honda for really going above and beyond in helping me buy my Honda CRV. He made the entire experience seamless and advised me every step of the way without making me feel pressured. I was very nervous at first getting another SUV since I am on a tight budget and also didn't want to finance the vehicle. Raffaele completely paid attention to this and even traded in my older Honda Cr-v at a better price than what I was getting for it. He also was very prompt with his responses whether by email, voice mail or telephone call with whatever questions I had. Suhail in a well mannered way explained the process of purchasing a new vehicle and I was able to be in a new car within a few days. Very helpful and a great personality. Went in for my car service. Simon helped with my car. Must say he was great. He helped me and as their was a long wait time because of a lot of appointments that day, he provided me with a shuttle to drop and pick me up when my car was good to go. He kept updating me regarding my car as to what the problem is and how long it would take to fix it. Really loved his service. I would recommend anyone who is taking their car for service and want to have a great experience, just go to Simon.

I live in Aurora but make the drive for any repair or maintenance. The work is thorough and right. Nobody can touch the quality of work. I usually wait for my car (because of where I live) and it is very comfortable. The people at Maple Honda really make me feel welcome.
