I am writing a review for Mr. Ray Mehta. I met him in June 2016 to buy a CR-V for my daughter. His pleasant and welcoming personality coupled with his fair dealing in business left a long lasting impression on me. I went into Maple Honda a few months ago to see how a Honda Civic would compare to a Jeep Cherokee.
I was immediately helped by Frank who showed me all my options. Even though it took me almost two months to finally decide on a car, Frank was very patient and helpful throughout the process, and helped me pick the right car for myself (Civic EX 2018 in case you were wondering). He answered every question I had, including the stupid ones (There were a lot of them). Frank was totally professional and used terminology that I could understand as a first time buyer. I totally recommend Frank Radicevich if you decide to go to Maple Honda for a new car . Overall great experience, great car.

I walked into Maple Honda just to get an idea for my first car, i was introduced to Ray Maheta who is one to the nicest car sales rep I've met thus far, from there i was sold i had to get the car. I bought a certified CRV with extended warranty from Ray at Maple Honda. I was very happy happy with my purchase. Ray was clear, honest, and direct with all the information. I leased a 2017 Honda Civic Coupe from Amar S in December. It is obvious that he is passionate about cars and Honda as a brand which was very useful when we were narrowing down on the model that would work best for me. It was a very difficult decision to purchase a minivan. However, Amar, was amazing in giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I have a 2006 honda S2000 that was originally from the US. There was a recall on my car but since my car is originally american, multiple dealers told me i have to call Honda Canada and Honda USA to verify my car and then get it approved for a dealer near me to work on the issue. That is until i met Jordan caetano at Maple honda. He went above and beyond to help me. He called Honda USA on my behalf and verified all my information to get my car inspected for the recall. Since my car is 13 years old the tool needed to do the inspection he had to get from another dealer. So Jordan went on his day off to pick up this tool from another dealer bring it back to Maple Honda where they can finally work on my car. Not to mention he spent some time with me and just chatted about our cars. I highly recommend coming to maple honda and dealing with Jordan. He goes above and beyond just to make sure his customers are satisfied. I should also mention i live about 45 minutes from Maple Honda and i pass several Honda dealers on my way here. But from now on im going with Jordan at Maple Honda becuase they care about their customers and is obviously willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your happy. Thanks Jordan!

My brother had been looking for a used V6 Honda Accord for months! When he finally found it we were too late to drop a deposit to get it. When another Accord came in Raffaele emailed us and let us know. We came in and got that car! I don't know if anyone else would have even emailed us. Not only that, there was an issue and we couldn't get one of the co-signers to the office. Raffaele drove from his office all the way to Ajax (right before closing hours) just so we can have the car on that day. Honestly this was the best service we have ever gotten! Worst parts department I've ever dealt with. I called regarded a simple little hose that costs $9 and was told it would be in on Tuesday, only for m to drive all the way there and say they dont take orders over the phone. Really!!!! Where's the communication?? Ordered it from North Toronto Acura over the phone instead with not a problem at all.

I worked with Ross to get parts sorted out for two of my vehicles, one being a much older model. He was very helpful in helping me to find everything I needed and pricing everything in extreme detail.

I ordered a part for my 2018 Honda to help protect the doors on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 and receive the parts on May 29th, 2019! Many thanks to Jordan Caetano for taking the ordering and even delivering it to me since he was not far from me when the part came in. If you want great service you cannot go wrong with Jordan in the parts department. Say hello when you are there and if you need something he is the right person to get it for you.

He explained the difference between the different civic trims and was very honest in answering all the questions I had. Been there many times before for oil changes had great experiences, but then went there for a recall & the car was never the same again. Will be taking my car to a local small shop now, where mechanics have experience.. i say this because their solution was maybe if you drive the car over some bumps it'll fix the problem, what is that lol.. not going back again

Had a great experience buying my civic hatchback here. I am not local to the dealership and did everything through email. Aman Gupta was great to deal with and prompt to reply to my emails. When it comes to treating their customers they are 10/10. I wasn't able to get to the dealership so Vince the sales man came by and picked me up himself. I wasnt expecting that what so ever.

I bought a brand new 2020 Honda civic EX from Maple Honda on the past Thursday and i'm loving the car so far. For almost every day last week I came into this location and had questions regarding leasing, financing, and pricing options for brand new cars as well as used. Raffaele was great at answering all my questions and giving me all my potential options as well as being as amazingly patient as this was my first car purchase. He helped me weigh the possible benefits and differences between financing and leasing and as I came to the final decision he showed me all the potential models I could get with a 2020 civic.

I highly recommend Raffaele as a Salesman to anyone looking to buying a vehicle at maple honda as he will ensure you're comfortable and you know everything you need to know before making a big purchase such as a car. I will definitely be attending again in the near future as the customer service in this location is great.

Had a great experience at the service department. Walked in to have a couple questions asked about my tires and Kevin Bechu asked me to pull in so he could check my tires right on the spot. I told him i was short on time and he got my car in to patch a tire and oil change in 2hrs. He even got me an uber back to work. Great staff and great service all around here.

After being here multiple times and receiving exceptional service from Will Pham and Saliba Qaqish, I can tell you this. I rather drive my car in a spare tire from dt toronto instead of going to midtown or any other place.

I have been to a few Honda dealerships and this location is by far the best. The staff is friendly and really know their vehicles.
