Rhonda Robertson extensive product knowledge and pleasant demeanor made my car leasing experience much less stressful than it could have been. The entire transaction only took about 30 minutes and the vehicle pick-up two days later went as smoothly as possible. I took my car to this location to get the brakes checked because they were making noise. Will Pham was polite and helpful and he explained to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. I bought a new Odyssey last week from Paul who was very helpful and very patient. My wife and I tried both Odyssey and Pilot while it was drizzling. Over the course, I didn't feel any push from Paul. Instead, he was happy to answer all kinds of my questions. Also, price negotiation was done very smoothly without painful back-and-forth whatsoever. Highly recommend.
I went into the dealership with the thought and mindset that I wouldn't be able to trade-in my financed 2016 Civic sedan for a newer, larger CRV. That's when I met the man I was referred to: Rohit (Ray) Mehta. Ray's professionalism, knowledge and approach to selling a vehicle is exceptional and quite unlike any other (I guarantee that!). He literally took on my problems and concerns as his own and didn't rush me just to get a sale. Rather, he insisted I ask him anything and everything until i'm satisfied and even still preferred I sleep on it and come back. I always take my CRV for service at Maple Honda, I normally dont book appointment ahead but staff is very helpful and they always accomodate. Simon explained to me thoroughly what package i should take and how it would benefit my vehicle in the long term. Very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!
I leased my car in 2016 and have nothing but great things to say about this Honda location. The staff are so incredibly friendly and make me feel very welcome, Simon always explains exactly what I need and walks me through the process for every visit - he is attentive and kind and I look forward to my visits to Honda! Jordan assisted me on my most recent visit to purchase paint for my car and was quick efficient and ever so friendly! The whole staff here are doing a great time, the reception desk, the compliments cafe, the service desks.
