Last week my wife picked up her new 2017 Honda Pilot Touring from Zak Dubey at Maple Honda. It only took two one visit to the showroom for us to know for certainty that we wanted to lease a Honda, and we wanted to do it with Zak and Maple Honda. Zak had extensive knowledge about the vehicle and he was able to easily meet the time frame in which we needed our new car. We are so impressed with Zak and Maple Honda. Thank you!

Everyone is helpful and friendly at this dealership, I had a leased car which I then bought and the experience was really good, dinh from finance did a good job and finished everything in a timely manner, as for the service dept, my advise is to ask for SAL, I take both of my Honda SUVs there and always go to him if available, he knows what he is taking about, provide solid - and honest- advice and he makes an extra effort to work things out for you, helpful things like schedule service at different times, suggest things or places you can go to while you're waiting for your car, get you a shuttle service or rental etc.

I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe from this location and I have been returning since, for my maintenances and repairs. Will Pham is my favourite go to rep, he's very thorough and informative, offering fantastic service. Thank you very much!

I bought a car in Maple Honda and the purchase process was done in a pleasant way by Ray Mehta. He is a professional sales person who is not pushy and shows lot of patience in understanding the requirements and comes up with best car available. He puts all the scenarios in front of you and makes you decide on what is best. He is warm and welcoming and makes the process very comfortable. After buying the car we found an issue and he arranged to get it fixed.

We recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic, and our sales representative was Ray Mehta. By far, from all of my experience with customer service and sales representatives, he is exceptional! He is very professional, funny and he does a spectacular job in going over everything and really going out of his way to make your experience a good one. His jokes are funny, his manners are professional, and he really looks out for you when you need his help. He doesn't try to push you into buying a car, instead, he is like a friend, that guides you through each step. Frankly, he actually might have been the best part about buying a new car (except for the new car of course). Seriously, if you are going to Maple Honda to buy a car, ask for Ray, you won't regret it!

Incredible customer service. We drove an hour and a half to this place for the customer service and that's exactly what we got. Right from the moment we walked in the front door we were greeted by the receptionist. We had an appointment with Vince and we couldn't have been happier with his service. He was patient with our questions, showed us a test drive of the car and went through all the numbers with us. He didn't make us feel pushed or rushed. I live in Ajax and service my Honda Civic Touring at Maple Honda. Called the service department on March 7, 2015 at 10am. Spoke with Joe Donato who fit my car in their busy Saturday schedule. The service was 1.5 hours. The Honda dealerships in my area said the service would be at least 3 hours. Maple Honda provided a shuttle to the mall, lunch, water etc.. Talk about white glove service. Thanks Maple Honda.

Maple Honda offered the best deal and was excellent with customer service. From the first point of contact to driving off the lot. It was fun to "spin the wheel" on St. Patrick's day for the extra discount. No one else offered that. I shopped around many VW dealers and they were able to deliver the specific car with the options I wanted and never tried to convince me to like a different colour or interior. As one example, I was concerned about my car arriving on time because I was in the process of moving. However, Amar went out of his way to ensure that I got the car on time. Everytime I go into Maple Honda I have an amazing experience. However this past experience was even better. Walked in with a question and wanting to book a oil change but Emad was able to help me out right in the moment. He was able to answer my questions and have the oil change done on my car right away. I've been a customer here since 2011 and it's been great! Zak and Vic has been great so far. But I just spoke to an older lady in service for an appointment who did not serve me well at all, I gave her my name and number and she just couldn't pull out my file; I even gave her my license plate number! She expected me to remember my VIN number off the top of my head, and while I was asking her the logic behind the correlation between seeking a service appointment and my VIN number, she interrupted me and put me on hold. And that's why I just moved my service requirement to Sisley who told me their availability in less than 2 minutes. It's really a shame because for the past 4 years everything has been great but this new lady is making me reconsider continuing on with Maple Honda.

Eddie is the best parts person I've had the pleasure of dealing doing business with. I send all my friends to him because I know he is knowledgeable about cars and seems to know his way around a parts catalogue like no other.

I recently got my car serviced for the third time at Maple Honda and I m never disappointed when I come in. I always book with Rachel and she just takes care of me from there.
