I didn't know whether to believe the unusually large number of great reviews but after purchasing a car here I am a believer. Sales rep Abdul Alamgir was friendly, easy to deal with and not at all pushy. He was helpful and informative and provided an excellent run-through of the car's features when I picked it up. Went to get an oil change on my civic. Whoever drove my car scratched the front bumper and didn't even tell me! Lucky for me, i was drying it after they washed it and found the big scratch there. At first they didn't admit it and then they took care of it but gave me the worst attitude about it. Also, service + parts are more expensive then anywhere else.

I have a used Honda Civic (didnt buy it from this location) but have been taking my car for servicing here since I bought it 5 years ago.

I am really impressed by this location. Few big reasons why I am so impressed ...
- Biggest one is, they have consistently been honest and transparent about all the repairs.
- Second reason is, not once have they used any type of scare tactics (or upselling or pushy sales) for any of the repairs. NOT ONCE.
- Third is they stand behind those repairs. So if ever something doesnt get fixed properly the first time, they are happy to take a look and not shift the blame to something/someone else.
- The pickup/drop off service and waiting area is very convenient to use to fit during my workday.

There is a common misconception among car owners that dealerships are ripoffs. I used to believe in that too. In the early days, I used to get my oil changes done here and would take my car to individually owned garages for any of the recommended services or repairs. I did that one or two times. Noticed, most of the garages are charging pretty much the same hrly rate, so I was saving peanuts at the end. 99% of the time, they would push for services that were not required (otherwise Honda would have recommended them). Even if they do, good luck getting any warranty work done if the job was not done properly the first time. Learned my lesson the hard way and I get pretty much all my repairs done here now. (I will still shop for tires at costco or wiper blades or minor services like tire rotation where I can save some money). But anything else, I trust Maple Honda fully.

My most recent experience with them was 2-3 weeks ago. I was again super impressed to see the safety protocols they have implemented in response to COVID. Lastly worth mentioning, my service agent was Rachel. I dont know if they have implemented a texting system recently or if it was something she was doing specifically. But given its 2020, I was able to have the whole conv on text with her to co-ordinate uber and any clarification questions on the services. It's much easier to deal with as I am conf calls all day. It really helped that she was very prompt with all her responses.

They will continue to get my business consistently.

EDIT: I haven't had the same good experience servicing my new Honda at Maple. I had a faulty shock absorber and had it replaced under warranty. After replacing the shock absorber, including the spring, the alignment wasn't even checked. It is unprofessional to not even check the alignment after doing suspension work on a brand new car. The car didn't handle as well, and the steering wheel was not centered anymore. I came back to get the car aligned. The car was aligned, but steering wheel was still not centered. Came back for a second alignment, it was even more off-center. I finally went to a DIFFERENT Honda dealer and in less than 30 minutes my car was perfectly aligned and steering wheel centered. The machine at Maple was saying my car was aligned, but when checked at another Honda dealer almost everything was out of spec. I do not recommend Maple for any suspension work. There is something seriously wrong with the alignment machine at Maple. I also question the quality of service when they don't even bother to check the alignment after replacing an entire shock absorber.

If you ever decide to purchase the new car or situation makes you to buy , there is only one person that you MUST talk to in Honda Maple dealership and that is Mr RAY MEHTA!!! Remember this name very carefully !!!! He was absolutely outstanding in helping us out !!! Amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, presenting various options for us , giving us multiple choices and always standing there for us and making sure that we feel good with our decision,meaning making sure that there will be no regrets afterwards only happy faces!!! It's been many years since I have decided to take it upon myself to Lease a brand new car rather than buy used such as I have over the past 30 years. I'm so happy that I chose Maple Honda in Vaughan as my first dealership to visit. Unfortunately my credit is not quite up to par; knowing this I was a little Leary of whether or not I would get approved. I was greeted by a very friendly and might I add "Not that pushy of a salesman" which I was expecting at first. My experience at Maple Honda was fantastic to say the least. This is mostly due to dealing with Raffaele Staffiere. My initial intention was to purchase a used Honda CRV.
However Raffaele discussed all vehicle purchasing options with me including all lease options. Raffaele broke down all the details, the rules, the payments plans, all options, all warranties as well as the pros and cons of purchase financing vs Leasing.
He answered every single question in a clear concise manner. Every detail was discussed and clarified with me. I never felt any added pressure to make a decision. Raffaele's professionalism, courteous working style, and thoroughness allowed me to be very comfortable in my decision to lease a new CRV-EXL. I went to meet Ray at Maple Honda on the recommendation of a friend. I had seen cars at a few places and thought that i was going to meet another salesman who will try to sell the car as being one of the best and propagate their benefits to sell the product. However, i was pleasantly surprised. What i found there was a friend. A man who was candid enough to tell me what was good and what was not. This completely threw me off, cos i was expecting to have to push back on somethings before accepting a car. Ray Mehta is the best automobile sales professional whom we have ever dealt with. He immediately impressed us with his depth of knowledge, far beyond what we got from other Honda reps at other dealerships, or from those working for competitors. I am really impressed with the service that I receive from Maple Honda every single time I go in to get my car serviced. There were circumstances where my car needed to be inspected as soon as possible, and they were able to make these accommodations. The location is excellent and the environment is welcoming and lively. I am always greeted by Will Pham, who is always very polite and friendly. When we first stepped in, we looked at two different Honda cars. We were immediately had Joseph introduce himself and explain to us what we could know about the cars. We originally had two to choose from, but we quickly got his help to decide we wanted an Odyssey. His best interest was our comfort and satisfaction. He helped us get the best deals and we are happy with our purchase.

Had a great experience leasing a new car at Maple Honda. Paul was very clear in explaining the options available to us and very professional (i.e. was not forcing us like some other sales people do sometimes). Dealership is nice with complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait.

Being new to this country, I was really not sure where to buy my first car from as I could see so many people sharing experiences of getting tricked. One of my friends suggested Maple Honda and voila! I was amazed to see the quality and maintenance of vehicles (like new). My recent experience at the Maple Honda Service Department and with my Service Advisor William, was great as usual, but this time it was extra special, exceptional actually, because they really pulled through for me when it really counted. I needed my car fixed ASAP, as it wouldn't start, it wasn't a battery issue, and I couldn't go without a car for too long. I called in, spoke with William and explained the situation, and within hours, they where able to get my car up and running again, just in time for work the next day. It is the great service and the commitment to their customers that keep me coming back. Shout outs to William for the amazing service as usual!

Hey guys buying from maple Honda was probably my best decision ever, first of all go to Abdul you can't miss him, tall guy very nice and will offer you everything on a Starbucks menu in 3 seconds . Im joking no but really go to him hes the best salesperson iv come across, first of all i tried getting a specific car Honda insight touring, i went to 2 different Honda locations and they straight up said they don't have that vehicle and tried to upsell me to a accord, but when i came to abdul he literally went back and forth with the manager trying to get a hold of that exact vehicle. (In white). Once he found the car for me he explained everything to me about the car and also gave me the best possible option to fit my budget. Not once did he try to sell me anything extra. Hes not like ur typical sales person trying to sell u a car to make money. He genuinely takes care of u and will help you make the correct decision.
