My service advisor at Maple Honda, Will Pham and his technical team resolved a water leakage problem in my car. These sort of problems are notoriously difficult to trace and resolve. Never the less, Will and team checked every possible source and were able to trace the source of the problem, order a replacement part and resolve the problem in a timely manner, all the while providing me with frequent updates. I felt was very well taken of by Will and will definitely return to Maple Honda for future service for my Honda.

I'm happy to say that the experience with Maple Honda was nothing of the sort. I was helped by a gentleman named Seng in the service department. Seng was more than willing to spend time answering my questions and he was able to provide very competitive pricing. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.

Honestly, this was probably the best experience I've had purchasing any car. Paul's customer service is second to none. Not only did he make the process very smooth, he also got me my dream car in only 4 days! I want to say how impressed I am with the sales and service team at Maple Honda. I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey and soon after started having some electrical problems. I contacted my salesman John Shalviri who immediately suggested I bring the vehicle to them to avoid any additional cost. Upon arriving I was immediately brought to my service advisor Andrew who had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. I was also provided a rental vehicle due to the nature of the problem. This morning I popped by Maple Honda because I noticed something was up with my Odyssey. Exceptional customer service and an amazing Civic EX! I can t say one negative thing about my experience at Maple Honda. Here are some of the highlights:
- Above all else, Zak (sales) is knowledgeable, attentive, and great to work with. I would definitely recommend asking for him.
- He was able to keep the car payments within my budget.
- He took the time to explain all the features of the car and, upon delivery, sat in the car with me and walked me through all the features and system settings (actually paired my phone too!).
- Quick turnaround time I was able to pick up the car two days after our first discussion (with a new license plate that needed to be ordered), a testament to Zak s experience and efficiency.
- The 2017 Civic EX is a fantastic car. It handles well, has a sleek design, is comfortable to drive (I m thrilled that Honda finally redesigned the head restraint), and is loaded with features like Apple/Android car play, digital/touchscreen everything, lane departure warning, rear and blind spot cam, voice commands (i.e. audibly respond to text messages), heated seats and mirrors, and many other little things you don't notice until you're in the car.
Before Maple Honda I visited other local Honda dealerships. I also looked for other non-Honda cars at the adjacent dealerships at the Maple Auto Mall. None of the other dealerships will make you feel as welcome as Maple Honda. I know who to call when it s time for my next car.

Went to their parts depart to get a key cut. When I got there nobody was at the desk but I could hear a couple of employees talking in the back but were not paying attention to the counter. There was a buzzer there which was not operational. After waiting 5 minutes an employee finally came out and honestly didnt seem to interested to help. Coincidentally I was also in the market for a new car and as my previous 7 cars were Honda's was looking for a new Honda. Based on this experience I went and purchased a new Honda at the dealership near my place of work instead of near my home.

I just recently leased a Honda Civic with Maple Honda. I came to Honda with an issue regarding the vehicle I currently owned and after explaining my situation to Ray Mehta, he came up with a number of possible scenarios to try and help me out. I really didn't have any expectations to do anything right away, but Ray found a way that very day to fix my problem. During the leasing process, Ray was able to make sure I was well taken care of and I highly recommend him and this Honda dealership to anyone considering a Honda vehicle.

I have been taking my car to Maple Honda for years. The Service Dept. team is great but my go to guy is Sal. He takes care of my car, he is always professional, always friendly and responsive to my concerns and questions. I would not go to anyone else.
Great Honda dealer! Good place to go for service IMO. Worked with Will Pham many times and he's a fantastic service rep. Andrew Arden is pretty good too. Good place to go for your Honda vehicles. Definitely recommend.
I bought a car at Maple Honda with a dealer named Kevin Ly. with his professional and understanding of Honda Car, i have selected the Honda CRV which is my favourite. He also provided an extraordinary service to take care me such as picking me up at the station, taking care of my experience of driving, explaining every function of the car, and worry about my safety for the first drive home. I am very happy with my Honda CRV.
My husband and I are from Brampton and we drove all the way to the Maple Subaru Dealership with arrangements to lease a 2017 Subaru WRX. However we wanted to make a quick comparison before our final decision, so we ran over to the Maple Honda location right across the street. We were greeted by Aman Gupta.
We were so sure we were sold on the Subaru, but Aman's amazing customer service and professional salesmanship persuaded us to go with the 2017 Honda Civic.
As mentioned before we are from Brampton, so we are use to the Honda Vankirk customer service, which is HORIBBLE.
To make matters even more enjoyable, we were introduced to Dominic, who was responsible for finalizing the bill of sale. While in his office, we felt as if we were chatting with an old friend. He was humorous which made the transaction enjoyable. We spent at least 2 hours in the dealership and it felt like 30 mins.
We will definitely be buying our second car from them in the near future.
