Want a no BS buying experience, in a clean, bright, welcoming environment? Then come to Maple Honda. I was at Richmond hill Honda 5 years ago, I bought a car, they asked me to pick it up in the evening, outside, it was dark.

The next day I saw 5-6 scratches all over the car. Which explains the evening pickup window. Some back and forth later, I had to waste my time at a body shop instead of just giving me a new car. Screw that place. Ontop of that their sales person tried to bribe me into giving a 5 star review "because anything other than 5 is a failure."

Fast forward to 2020, bought another Honda, this time from Maple. 5 STARS across the board, thanks to Abdul. I'm def coming back to him for my next purchase. No beating around the bush. Good price, good conversation, great service. Good job.

So I went in to get a car but I got an elder brother instead. To put it in other words, if you get a car from Ray Mehta, you get a relationship first and then the car as a bonus. If you are someone who wants a genuine and a transparent deal following your timelines, look no further.
I spent quite some time researching about the car and I ended up getting a CRV-2018. Ray was very transparent in explaining me the details of the lease and what options to choose.
Ray also accommodated my request for getting the car at a very short notice on the day and time of my choice. He walked an extra mile at every single step of the deal and also clarified my doubts even on weekends.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Maple Honda and wanted to write about my experience. Amar and Cosmo were the sales representatives who helped us make our decision on which vehicle to buy. They were very patient and did not exert any pressure on us, allowing us to take our time to make our decision over the course of about a week. We were allowed to test drive two vehicles in particular that we were interested in, at our leisure. After each test drive we simply dropped off the keys and let them know we were still thinking about it. When we finally made our decision, the process was extremely painless, quick and accommodating of our time. The delivery was made just two days after we signed the contract and exceeded our expectations. Amar was extremely helpful with explanations about the sophisticated features and systems included with our new Accord. We really appreciate all those at Maple Honda for their care of our vehicles over the years. We continue to be raving fans of this place!

I'm not a fan of shopping for a new car: the haggling, the dealing, the feeling like you're being ripped off... just not a comfortable nor enjoyable experience. That's why I was most pleasantly surprised when I walked into Maple Honda and was greeted by Paul Ficarella, Sales and Leasing Executive. He listened to what I wanted and told me flat out - I'm here to get the best price for the vehicle that you want to purchase. He wrote all the things down that I said and didn't play the 'game' or try to convince me of 'extras' I hadn't mentioned nor wanted. He cut through the chase as that is what I expressed I wanted and made me an extremely good offer. Trust me, I'd done my homework and knew that he was giving me a good price for the car I wanted. He was extremely professional, up front and in my opinion honest when he said "this is the best I can do". I believed him because I had been to seven other dealership who were up to $2000 above his price. If you are in the market for a new Honda, I would definitely encourage you to visit Maple Honda as you make your rounds. I know I will be taking my friend to Paul in the near future as she is in the market for a new Honda. I feel confident recommending Paul to her as I know he will treat her the way he treated me: with respect and no games.

I bought my Honda Civic from here 2 years ago, hoping I made the right choice by purchasing the warranty and sticking with the service centre for repairs and services. Buying my car was great, I mean there was no pressure, the salesman was nice and the entire process went smoothly. Since that day though, I've only had bad experiences with this place. More specifically, with the service centre. Here's why:

1) Extremely inconsistent help. Often times you will get ignored when going to the service desk and told to wait for someone to come help you. Not a problem if we're talking 2-3 minutes, but I mean you'll be waiting for at least 15 - 30 minutes before anyone even comes to talk to you. Very frustrating!

2) The mechanics have no sympathy for your budget. I'm not entirely sure how much they make here but they can't seem to understand why you don't want to pay $180 + tax for a new wiper blade set, plus labour charges.

3) If you're under warranty, you might have to book the entire day off. They will push your service off to the side if it gets busy. I mean they already have your money, why would they rush a service that doesn't bring in immediate income, right?

4) The waiting list is too long. Often you will have to make an appointment at least a week away from the day you call. Even if it's a simple oil change you need, your car will go from 'service due soon' to 'service past due' before you get serviced.

5) They will not try to get you back. This one baffles me the most. I went to midas over a year ago for an oil change and they still send me emails and coupons asking how my service was. I can walk away from maple honda literally saying 'I guess I'll have to go somewhere else' and get absolutely nothing. No inquiry as to what happened or why I left empty handed or why they didn't make money. A literal death sentence for any smaller garage or service centre.

So if I could pass on a message to would-be Honda drivers, you can buy it from this place and get a great deal but don't take your car here for servicing if you expect quality service and don't like getting taken for a ride.

I am very pleased with my experience with Maple Honda and specially Mark Hanna. Wasn t planning to buy Civic there. I had a different sales person in different dealership. But Mark was honest and very knowledgeable. I wanted to give my business to him.

I was in the market for used certified Honda car. After deciding what I need I approached multiple dealership in GTA. After research I found Maple Honda was the one giving best overall value.
I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience. Our sales manager Ray Mehta was really good in explaining us the vehicle history and created a no pressure environment. Got a 2018 Pilot from another dealership but we ve always had our car servicing at Maple Honda and that s where we met Kevin Ly. He introduced himself to us while we were waiting for our car. He didn t even mind showing us a couple of features on our car that we didn t know they existed, even though we didn t buy the Pilot from him. A month after, we decided to replace our Pilot with a new Passport since we realize that a 5 seaters vehicle is a much better fit for our family instead of a 8 seaters, and of course Kevin was the one we went to see.

Over the past month I have gone to at least 7 Honda dealerships across the GTA in search of a used CR-V. Being that our needs were quite specific (low mileage, existing warranty, one owner, no accidents, AWD, etc) it was extremely difficult to find a car that fit the full list of criteria. It was even tougher to find a salesperson that was completely transparent about the vehicle history, pricing, and knew the car well enough to answer our tough questions. That was until we met Raffaele in the used car department at Honda. Raffaele was always available for a phone call, was clear about the pricing from the very beginning, new all of the specs of the car being sold without having to research, and simply provided an excellent buying experience all the way through.

Yesterday we received the CR-V and he showed us each and every detail of the car. Even after the dealership had closed for the night, he was in no rush to get us out of the door and we really appreciated that. Raffaele's excellent service created a lasting impression for us, and we will be sure to refer him future business wherever we can!

Talk about customer service and transparency. After an initial mishap with the place, I was able to meet Vic, Vince and Dawn, of whom which completely changed my views.
Vic offered me a solution which no other dealership was willing to or able to. He explained the situation patiently and answered all my questions.

He offered a test drive to get a feel for the Honda, especially because this was our very first Honda. I believe that good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner, and really showing that you care about your customers needs. It's one of the things that can set your business apart from the others of it's kind. Paul, did exactly that. We ended up purchasing of CR-V that day, and left happy and satisfied! If anyone is considering purchasing a Honda of any model, Paul is a great sales representative at Maple Honda and I recommend him to all! He is a great asset of Maple Honda Dealership.

I went in for winter tires and the parts advisor Seng was awesome. He gave me great advice on what he would recommend and explained the difference between the tires and sizes and how they'd impact my Honda Accord. I was also really sick that day and Seng hooked me up with some warm tea and honey, good to know Honda hires people who care.

I always go to this honda when my service is due now. You get free drinks & snacks while you wait too !

I recently purchased Toyota Camry 2012 from Maple Honda. Ray Mehta was the sales representative. This was the first time, I was buying a car in Canada. I was looking for a car from a long time, I was suggested to meet Ray Mehta. He is a very Positive Personality. Very Responsible and Passionate about his work. He guided me through all the process in a very Friendly manner. He took care of all my concerns and showed me the best options available. He gave me the best price in the market too. I was little confused and worried as I was in a new country and was not aware of anything, so he took all the responsibilities. He got me the best rates on insurance. And the best moment was, when he gave me the car he did a little prayer for me. I m religious person and so I felt very good about it. And that moment was very special for me and I will never forget in life. Even after the deal, he is still helps whenever i need him.

It has been a week since I signed my 2nd lease (CRV) with Maple Honda. Jacob An is awesome! He is professional and patient. He did not hesitate in answering all my repeat questions about my options and the entire lease process. I did try to shop around at two other Honda dealerships, but none came close to the customer service offered by Jacob and Maple Honda!

After having an extremely disappointing experience with Newmarket Honda (they have 0 customer service intelligence) . I decided to give Maple Honda a try based on their reviews. And they did not disappoint.

They were absolutely fantastic. I saw Will Pham who was extremely patient, nice and listened to all of my concerns, he helped me out greatly and much appreciated.

Called to get an appointment for warranty work two times. Both times they said they would call back which never happened. Clearly they see that I don't bring in my Honda to the dealer and are avoiding me. Exact reason why you should avoid these stealerships and have a good mechanic for service. They are all rubbish. Will contact Honda Head Office and please....don't reply to my review with the typical "Oh we are sorry to hear this, please contact us bla bla bla" This doesn't achieve anything.

Great customer service and friendly staff.
Will surely recommend others to go there.
