I just got my first car today from Maple Honda, I had the most amazing and relaxing experience. Growing up you might often see movies of the "sleezy car sales man", you know that guy who would do everything he could to make sure he got all the profit and when the unknowing customer left feeling like he got the deal the movie would cut to a scene of the sales man laughing like the devil. We all know there are those kind of car sales man out there, but Ray from Maple Honda is the farthest from it. Our family of 3 (at the time) was referred to Ray from a trusted family who also bought a vehicle from Ray at Maple Honda. We booked an appointment with Ray (who rearranged his schedule to meet with us) we told him what our budget was and the details of what we were looking for. He broke down our options and was honest from the beginning. Every angle that a "sleezy car sales man" would look to conceal or take advantage of Ray looked to make sure it was either included or discounted to meet our budget. Ray even took the time to visit with my family and get to know us. Now, one thing that is important to know is that the deal I was getting seemed to go to be true. So much so that I went to another Honda dealer on my way home. I explained everything in the same way that I did with Ray (Budget, details of desires) first there was nothing really....then all of a sudden there was just one and it happened to have just come in. They couldn't however, do anything extra and it was dealer profit first, customer second. I then explained that I already had a deal with Ray and listed everything that I was getting....he stopped....looked at me twice asked if he could talk to his manager to see if he would allow any of the things Ray was giving us. He came back about 5 mins later and said "If your actually getting this....RUN back and take this deal because it's unheard of" Ray is a one of a kind guy, he even forgot some of the things he said he was going to give us as a package deal and when I reminded him...he didn't argue or sigh or anything like that. He just said "Ok, if I said that no problem I will take care of you." That's the key here folks, Ray's desire is to take care of his customer, the customer actually does come first with Ray. If you're looking to buy a Honda go to Maple Honda and ask for Ray. Thanks Ray for going above and beyond, meeting our needs and treating us like family. Be Blessed my friend.

I came in to get a quote on winter tires for my 2004 Civic and spoke with Michael at the parts department. As I wasn't sure which tire I should use, Michael gave me a couple options and also informed me about the benefits of winter rims. What more could you ask for on your birthday? I purchased my very first vehicle (ever) from Maple Honda. I was referred to this dealership by someone and advised to speak with Aman Gupta. I was told he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had been shopping for a new car for several weeks. Not having much knowledge about cars, I had done quite a bit of research and took my father along for assistance. With Aman's expertise and my dad's guidance, I was able to make an informed decision. Aman offered several options to cater to my financial and lifestyle needs/wants (whether I should lease or finance, how much I drive, where I drive, distance, mileage, how often my taste changes) etc. This really helped me gain some perspective on what I wanted to purchase and what would best fit my needs. He was well aware that each customer is different and everyone's preference would differ.

Even after test driving two cars, I still felt hesitant as this was my first large purchase. One thing I find when you go to any dealership is that many of the Sales Reps are very pushy and don't have your best interest in mind. During the whole process, one thing I was very appreciative about was that Aman was never pushy. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. From the time I signed the Bill of Sale, to the delivery of the vehicle I was very happy! He knew this particular purchase was a special one as it was my birthday and I was purchasing it on my own. With a Happy Birthday banner and red bow on the car, I was ready to drive my baby home. Baby (referring to my car). He sat with me in the car and re-explained all the features of the car, set up my Bluetooth and Android Auto and congratulated me on my new purchase. Even after driving the vehicle for a couple days, he followed up with me and asked if I had any other questions and whether I was enjoying my new car. I thought following up with me was great.

He explained the difference between leasing and financing and what options we can have with all the packages. We previously leased another crv and Mark helped us get out of our lease as the term was still not complete and getting worried of our excess mileage. On the day of delivery, he went through every function/features and went through every detail. We are very pleased with Mark and we highly recommend Mark Hanna at Maple Honda. I am looking forward to do future business with him again.

I spoke to Kevin from Service when I came in on a snowy day to do my oil change and tire swap. I spoke with him over the phone for an inquiry, he was very confident about his answers, which made me feel great about letting these guys handle my car. This dealership is very close to my house so decided to go to Honda to check out Accord. Also, I was refer by my friend to see Ray at this dealership.
