The experience and service was so good, I walked out with 2 cars. A big thank you to Zak for making the whole process easy and with extreme care. To Zain for who took care of the finances and always kept us company when we were waiting, and to Abdul for walking us through our cars thoroughly so that we were comfortable driving out.

It isn't easy car shopping with 2 little kids but the 3 of you combined made it the smoothest experience I have ever had.

We just bought a shiny new Honda CRV Touring Edition for my wife, to replace her 19 years old car. It's an amazing vehicle and it feels like a million dollars.

Buying a new car is a considerable expenditure and involves a certain amount of stress in terms of the countless details you have look over to make sure you don't miss anything.

We started the research for the replacement car about 3 months ago. First narrowed down the kind of replacement car she'll take. Then once we decided on a CRV, we researched where to get it based not only on the best price but without any issues.

We decided to buy from Maple Honda for two reasons, a great deal and amazing customer service. This last is kind of an over-used term these days, but it's true.

Jason Lam - Sales Exec and Domenic Cannito - Financial Manager, made this an amazing experience for us. We were impressed by the professional and friendly service they provided.

Jason was patient and knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions and also advise on picking options that actually make sense for us. This is something that you can't get by just browsing the internet or configuring the car online. He diligently followed through with the paperwork and had the car ready for us to pickup as promised. Jason was kind enough to actually configure and explain various electronic settings in the car and he offered to be reachable for any questions we may have in the future.

Domenic accurately and professionally covered the financial aspect of the purchase. All got explained clearly without any ambiguity and we have the peace of mind of a well done transaction.

I recently referred my nephew recently to Maple Honda. Ray Mehta handled his sale. He ended up getting a 2013 Honda CRV and couldn't be happier. Ray is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and caring salesperson I have ever dealt with. I know about customer service being in the field for the last 20 years and Ray definitely goes beyond the call of duty. It was a used vehicle but he made sure that when it was delivered it would look like a brand new vehicle and he did not disappoint. We went to 3 other locations where we had our time wasted, until we found Aman, He was completely professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Had a wonderful experience yesterday. I had an oil change scheduled for 3:30 pm. The service reception was quite busy. Kevin saw me waiting, approached me, and offered to assist me at the quick-service station. When finished, Kevin saw there was a line up to cash out so once again took me to the side to serve me more promptly. Everyone was so polite and helpful! All in all, the whole process to less than 40 minutes!

Was considering buying a Honda Accord 2017 and went to maple honda to check out the deals on offer. The salesperson Amar Sohi was extremely rude and did not even consider making a deal. He opened the website and just gave the MSRP numbers saying that this is what we sell at. When I tried to reason with him, he said that he will only consider making a deal if i commit to buying the car immediately. I have two other cars from classic Honda and at no point has any salesperson asked for a commitment before negotiating a deal. Extremely disappointed!!

I want share my experience with my service consultant Saliba Qaqish. I have been a loyal Honda costumer since 2005, but have never had service as pleasant as this. Saliba has provided me with what i would consider my most memorable and most pleasant service experience i have ever had with any dealership. Not only did he keep me informed the entire way in regards to what the status was with the repairs, but he also kept the repair costs to a minimum. When it came time that the vehicle was done, Saliba made sure to not only go over in details the repair process, but also made sure to explain the bill charges. Saliba makes the entire transaction from the drop off to pick up extremely smooth. I was also pleased to get my truck washed. I would not hesitate to recommend Saliba to my family and friends.

I had to get my car fixed because a squirrel tried to make a home under the hood of my car and caused some issues with chewed wires etc. Jordan from parts and Saliba and Simon from service really helped me out and I got a really good deal on what would have otherwise been a costly repair. They showed and explained to me exactly what needed to be repaired and did a great job as well.

Worst experience with the sales rep. RAY MEHTA(ROHIT). He try to ripp off people by his pushy salesmanship. Pls folks be carefull before giving your business to this guy check other dealership also for price.

4. Leaked out my personal information to third party for which the complaint have been filled against him at honda head office.

I bought my car from Maple Honda. Had a great experience. Ray was really helpful and spent lot of time in explaining financing options and difference in various models. Ray was quite accommodating, he delivered my car 1 day before. Another great thing was that he wasn't like typical pushy sales guys and was very patient.

I'm a new guy in Canada and I bought my first car from here recently. What a fantastic experience! Ray is just exceptional.

I'm a type of a guy who runs his own numbers and does great deal of research before accepting anything that anyone says even for the little things and this is the biggest purchase I have made so far in this country. So, I did a good research about the car and it's dealers for about a month, took quotes from multiple dealers including carcostcanada and unhaggle and spoke to many of them myself. Guess what? When you have Ray you don't need any third party assistance. For most of the dealers I was just a transaction and they just wanted to close the deal and sell their car but with Ray it was an absolutely different experience. He developed a relationship, which makes me confident and happy purchasing the car here.

He was very patient, spent hours with me and made sure I was aware of everything about the car, breakup of all the costs, the options of purchase and their catch so that I can make a well informed decision.
