I have been a loyal Honda driver for over a decade and am accustomed to the great service. Maple Honda exceeded my already high expectations.
I found Maple Honda on the internet and emailed an inquiry. Raffaele reached out to me that same morning. He was professional, thorough and never pressured me at any time. When I met him in person, I found Raffaele friendly, honest and very accommodating. He didn't play any "games" during negotiation. He also came in on his day off to accept the deposit so I could pick up the car on the weekend. I showed up with my boyfriend and he stayed with us for an hour to address any of my boyfriend's questions.
I also want to mention while Raffaele was great, the whole Maple Honda team was also part of the experience. They really have a great team there!

I just bought my first car from Honda and it was such a great and fun experience. Abdul was the best sales person and really made the whole experience fun and easy!
On our way back on a road trip we noticed that we had a flat tire on our vehicle. We called Maple to see if they could fix our tire for us as it was the closest Honda dealer to our hotel. Upon arriving at the dealership we met Sal, who indicated that there was also a recall on the power doors of our vehicle. Sal informed us that he would take care of the flat and see if they had the part in to fix the door as well. Unfortunately the part was unavailable, but he did what was required to make the door safe.
With the flat tire, we found out that there were two punctures in the tire and Sal recommended that we replace the tire as the hole was large and he was unsure if they had a patch available to fix the tire. After multiple attempts to try and locate a suitable tire of any kind for our vehicle to no avail, we were running out of options. We attempted to obtain a tire from several other tire sources and no one had a tire available for us. As we were not from the city and had to return that day we were left with very few options. Driving home on the spare was not something that was really an option as we had quite a distance to travel. The Honda team managed to fix the tire as best as they could so we could drive home. The tire seems fine now as we had no issues on the trip home.
From when we first walked in the door to when we left, Sal provided exceptional customer service for us, providing us with updates as soon as he could and keeping us in the loop of what he was doing. He made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole process and even though we could not resolve the issue completely, he did the best he could in the situation. Our tire is not an item that is commonly stocked, so it was difficult trying to obtain one. With no other options left, he managed to find a solution that would get us home, and for that we were grateful. I would not hesitate to visit Sal and the Honda team here again.

SERVICE CENTER: Friendly & exceptional service (thank you Andrew!). Complimentary snacks, drinks, phone charging, etc. while you wait for your car. I had repairs to do but couldn't leave the car that day so planned to return the following day. They instead offered me a courtesy car and were able to fix a problem that required me to leave the car overnight (to verify when engine was cold, which I had been postponing for a while).
About a week ago, I bought CR-V from here.

This was my first time buying a car from Honda brand new. 2 years and 40,000 clicks later, the strut breaks. I understand that parts are not perfect and may have defects but this is not the main reason why I gave a bad review.
I was told that the part was on back order and that I had to wait a couple weeks for the part to arrive. So I asked for a loaner. I was then told that I am okay to drive the car. This I wasn't happy with. I was worried that the large thumping noise which is caused by shaking would damage other parts of my car. Furthermore, I was concerned about my family and my safety. When I asked if they can put down in writing that none of these would be an issue they didn't respond. I was then told to call customer relations and try to get the loaner. After speaking with C.R. I was instructed to speak with service. After going back and forth, I finally spoke with someone from C.R. who was competent. She told me to keep the rental no charge until further notice. Almost two weeks later, I got my car back. I did a walk around and saw that I have a small dent and a few nicks. I didn't bother going back to Honda for I am sure they would tell me that those were there before.
My main point is, one should not have to go through so much aggravation to get a loaner. I know some people in the past may have taken advantage of this service and this is why some places are hesitant to give out a loaner with ease but at least do some due diligence before denying the client their request. Specially if it's a first time customer who bought the car outright. I know some dealerships there who would automatically give you a loaner specially if your car breaks down within the warranty. Some would even do it on an extended warranty.
Recently purchased a used vehicle from Ray, and couldnt believe the amazing customer service my family received. When it came time to purchase a new car, I was advised by my mechanic to go to Maple Honda and I sure am glad that I did. The salesman, Arif, and financing manager, Dinh, helped me out and were both more than helpful and friendly. Arif brought me to a few options and worked with me to find out which suited me best. Great experience getting my first leased vehicle!
My father and I met Faze shortly after entering the dealership last week. After he reviewed the numbers and options with us (and took the time to explain the pros and cons of what we were looking at) we realized that leasing a vehicle, instead of purchasing used, would both be more economical and the better deal. He was very patient and thorough and we couldn t have asked for better support during this process.
Cosimo was the person who helped us with all of the paperwork and finalizing the deal. He answered all of our questions and helped us feel at ease with the rest of the process.
