I'm extremely happy with my new Honda Civic EX and I just want to take the time to explain how amazing these guys are. As of now, this is the third car I've ever own. Never have I felt like everything was fully taken care of. Jason, one of the new car representatives walked me through everything. From differences in features, from car to car, to worthwhile upgrades that should be made. He made sure all questions were cleared before any decisions were made. I have always serviced my Accord at Maple Honda. Recently, this year had to make some very unexpected repairs. One specifically that was not repaired properly. The dealer was great at resolving the issue and made sure that the issue was properly looked after and made sure that I was happy with the experience. Update - was contacted by a manager directly and the situation was handled.
This is the current situation, I ordered parts from Maple Honda (Ontario), was advised it would be in a few days and they will contact me, if no call within a few days, call in. No contact from Maple Honda within the few days, I called into Parts department, was advised the parts are back order, not a problem I understand it s the holiday season, I waited another week and figure I give a call to Maple Honda again for an update, to which I am told no parts were ordered and that I would need to order parts. How can that be possible that my parts were not ordered when I went into the dealership and was confirmed they will be shipped in a few days then confirmed it was on back ordered. Not only were my parts not ordered, I am being told the parts will cost much more than the original order placed. The gentlemen told me that the two people before made mistakes but they are unable to honor the price for the order and it will need to be escalated to the manager to which the manager escalated to Honda Canada. I as advised quotes/prices are not honorable after 30 days but I just ordered parts 2 weeks ago, that is 14 days. The representative was unable to explain or confirm anything after that. Why am I paying for the mistake of Maple Honda s employees? This is absurd and not what I expected from Honda.

He helped me all the way from start till the time I drove my new car home. I got a car but most importantly a relation I can depend on :)

We d be looking for a vehicle for months now. We called Maple Honda and not only was the receptionist friendly but our Honda Rep Arif answered on the first ring. He let me ask questions and didn t push anything onto us. He double checked answers on the computer and then setup a viewing on the HR-V that was just posted. From the moment we stepped into Maple Honda, we were met quickly and shown the SUV. Arif answered all my questions and let us take as long as we wanted to look around the car while he waited inside. After a sweet test drive all that was left to do was talk price. We loved the vehicle and we wanted it. After looking forever we finally got exactly what we wanted. Normally the car buying process can be frustrating and tiresome. I went to several places and test drove several cars. At the end I had finalized that I would choose between the Altima or Accord (and for a millisecond the Civic - perfectly fine but a bit small for what I wanted). Picking the Accord was easy after test driving.
At the end it came down to numbers. What was I going to get for my trade and final numbers on the new car? I even went to two other Honda's to compare final numbers and concluded that Maple had the far better numbers - one dealer even said "we can't beat Maple Honda's pricing".
After that, I finalized the deal with Aman and Suhail. The choice was easy. They helped, were respectful and were honest the entire time. This is how it should be. Thank you to both! (Btw I did not know either before my purchase!).

My experience with Maple Honda (at least so far) has been exceedingly positive.
Starting with a purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, a process in which I was assisted by John - who was very accommodating and reasonable.
Then I had 2 interactions with the service department, specifically with Will Pham, who - putting it plainly - exceeded my expectations, and by far. Will is extremely professional, his work ethics are impeccable, he listened attentively to my needs and - the last but not the least - he advised me on a specific service I may want to have performed on my vehicle but did not try to aggressively push me (the way I have experienced in the past in other dealerships).
Bottom line: this is the level of service I do appreciate, and I'll definitely come back.
Outstanding customer service. Saliba (SAL) is well versed, and up-beat with current issues. SAL is straight forward, honest, and friendly. He really makes you feel that your car is in good hand. During our last visit, he didn't even have to inspect the car to determine the problem! As soon as we explained the symptoms, he pointed out that Honda has issued a recall for this specific problem few months ago. Fair enough, after inspection, he ordered the parts, and arranged for us to come back and get the issue addressed.

While I am not impressed with the long term reliability of my 2013 Odyssey Touring (leaky sunroof, both rear sliding door cables broken, engine failure requiring rebuild, climate system blower motor failure, spool valve failure and misdiagnosis of issue by factory trained techs at another dealer...), I am extremely happy with Maple Honda and Will Pham, in particular. He has gone above and beyond to get our family vehicle running right. Here's hoping I don't have to go see him again for awhile.

If I could give less, I would. I went in for a computer update on my car and what should have taken less than an hour to complete took 2 days. Their best explanation was "these things happen". No they don't. It was continuous excuses and made up stories of why it happened. Even their remedy was me going out of my way to rent a car, put in gas and get it back to them.
