I just leased a 2017 Honda Civic lx from Ray Mehta at Maple Honda. Dealing with Ray was an absolute pleasure ! He is extremely honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy which is rare to find in dealerships. I was offered an amazing rate and never felt the need to negotiate (based on significantly higher rates offered at other dealerships). Due to his extensive experience in the auto industry, he was able to help me select the ideal color, trim and insurance company placing my interests foremost. He didn't try to upsell the model or any accessories to me. I walked out with the keys in less than 24 hours after meeting Ray. He was constantly in touch with me , even after business hours. His sincerity and work ethic is second to none !

I was searching for a new car (different companies) for several months.
I finally went with the 2017 Honda Civic Coupe Touring.
It has been about 1 week since I have picked up the car and I can say 100% that I am extremely happy and that I made the right decision for me.

I have an s2000 and have been finding it very difficult getting parts for the car. A friend mentioned that I should call Maple Honda and talk to Jordon in Parts. He mentioned that Jordon has helped him out in the past. I called Jordon and the first time I called he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and was able to get within a few days. I have had Jordon order me several things this year and I live an hour and a half away and today I was going to be after 5:30, he said he would stay until I got there. Jordon goes above and beyond. There was a situation with the service department about a month ago and i was quite upset. However, Les responded to me first thing the next business day and solved the problem. He was professional, listened to the situation and went above and beyond to fix the problem. His customer service was exceptional. i am overall very happy with their service over the past few years, it has been a positive and helpful service.

I was looking for a car for over 2 months. I went to see Zac as the first dealer. This is was my first, he told me everything i needed to know. I looked around at other dealers. At the end i know Zac was not trying to over sell, he was giving me the best deal and he was trying to help me. Best service every time i visited this location. It is an hour drive for me but it was worth it. my first car, 2016 Honda Civic :) today is day 2!!

Paul from Maple Honda was literally one of the main reasons why I bought my new Honda Civic at the Maple Honda location. Just bought a car last year from another car dealership (not Honda). But I have heard a lot about Maple Honda so I went to check it out. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was easy to talk to. I was helped by Jason who answered all my questions, and gave me a tour of the dealership; even though I was not ready for a new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and by my next car here.

I brought in my 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV for its first service on May 8. I did not have an appointment. I got off work early and decided to take a chance on getting it serviced. I spoke to Pradeep Gill, he said 'no problem, let me see if I can squeeze you in". My car was serviced, washed and ready within 45 minutes. Pradeep was professional, helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills. This is my second Honda from Maple Honda. In a couple of weeks I am planning on trading in my wife's Accord for a CRV. Vic Gulati and Aman Gupta are easy to deal with. I would not even think of going to another dealer. I walked in and Vic Gulati the General Manager came out to greet me and guided me in the direction of what I should be buying for my daughter. He took his time and explained all my options. He then introduced me to Rohit Mehta (Ray)who spent hours with my daughter and I test driving different types of vehicles. Ray made our car buying experience very comfortable and reassuring as he provided answers to all our questions and addressed all our concerns. Ray and Vic did everything they said they were going to do, they followed through on all their suggestions they made to us. In this day and age, it is very hard to find people with class, honesty and integrity. Leadership begins at the top and with Vic Gulati leading the way, I am confident the entire staff at Maple Honda conduct themselves with honest, integrity and professionalism. Ray did not just sell us a car, he built a relationship with us and I have already sent over friends and family to buy their car there. This is our fourth Car from Maple Honda.... Do I need to say more? Aman Gupta was the sales person for all four of our cars. Aman is an amazing sales personality and has a deep knowledge of customer needs and of course about cars. He respected our needs and recommended options accordingly unlike other pushy sales guys. I had purchased my first car through Aman from Maple Honda in 2015 and ever since I'm shopping for my cars at Maple Honda. Aman went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcomed. Our experience was better and better each time we went to Maple Honda and every time we left the dealership with and amazing car, a great deal and a big smile on the face. Very pleasurable experiences. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy person, Aman is the guy and Maple Honda is the dealership. It had been a long time since I purchased a new car. I visited Maple Honda and my experience was great. Having been introduced to Ray Mehta (Newbie) sale rep. He was knowledgeable, personable and very down to earth, genuine. Purchasing my "new" 2016 Honda CRV was not stressful at all. Yes, I was overwhelmed and excited but Ray explained everything, answered any questions not only that night but continued to keep in touch/followed-up after I picked up my car and the next day! That is service!

Bad service, very dissapointed . I went there for B service and air bag inflator replacement for my CRV. I was told it's gonna take 3-4 hours. I received my car after 7 hours . I had to cancel my appointment and I asked my friend to pick up my son from the school. Their excuse " it was a busy day ". In addition, when I recived my car I realized oil change indicator wasn't reseted. I had to wait for technician another 10 mn. and he couldn't do it at the first attempt, he went inside he said he will come back. While I was waiting I managed to do it on my own. He came back and completed. I don't think I am gonna go back there.

My husband and I had an AMAZING experience with Maple Honda. This is our first time leasing a car but they made it all easy and smooth for the entire process. Shout out! to VINCE CARERI our sales agent for his EXCELLENT assistance, very professional, straight-forward and he answered all our questions very well. I've owned my car for about 4 years now. I've always gotten an oil change around 4000kms. My oil level by then would say 60-80%. Sometimes I would have to put oil in my car myself because it was bone dry. I thought this was normal, maybe it's because of the way I drive. It was until I met Andrew at Maple Honda who said that doesn't seem right. He searched and found an extended warranty re: burning oil. For 4 years there was another Honda just replacing the oil every time, never once questioning why. He got me to do a 2000kms test and found it was burning oil. He got a long list of items replaced for me at zero cost. No my oil % actually works now and is accurate. I can go to 40% before changing the oil and not worry about hearing that empty sound anymore. I recommend everyone to go see him in the service dept at Maple Honda.

Just purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Civic EX. It was an overall amazing experience in doing business at this dealership. The staff is very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to please it s customer. Raffaele was amazing in helping me with the purchase; he provided me with lots of information and made the process go extremely smooth thanks to his excellent commutation which was conducted all in a timely manner. He was also able to provide with an excellent deal on the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership if you re looking to purchase a new Honda. I'd like to point out the awesome sales team here! I was approached by Ray who was both personable, and hard working. This guy ran around for me the ENTIRE time. He answered every question I had without leading me on with gimmicks and tactics. I mean, he WORKED HIS BOOTY OFF!! Ray helped me get a lower price on my monthly payments until I was happy.
