Stay away from their service department! They tried to upsell my grandmother (who speaks very little English) to a $2500 repair she didnt actually need. We have been coming to Maple Honda for the past 5 years always with 3 little kids in tow. The staff is always polite, professional and very courteous. Saliba always goes out of his way to make sure all my questions and concerns are dealt with but also keeping me updated as to the progress of the work since we wait for the work to be completed. My daughters favourite part is the colouring books, kids corner and picking a cookie at the courtesy desk. As a mom with little ones its a great feeling to be welcomed as a family. I wanted to buy a Honda Civic for my son, a Western University student. Unfortunately London dealerships were not cooperative at all for an "Associate package". I want to give a special shout out to Sal at Maple Honda. I had Sal as my Service Advisor, and he truly went above and beyond. My AC was not working, and I was told initially that it would be a couple of weeks before I could be seen, and required parts could be ordered for the fix. I was in a panic! I know that with COVID-19, it would be unlikely that a loaner vehicle could be lent to me, however after speaking with Sal, I was at the dealership within 30 minutes, and within a couple of hours my AC was fixed, incredible!! This is service. Thank you Sal!
I also want to mention that Zak is incredible too, he's always been a pleasure to deal with in finding a vehicle, and my entire family leases from Zak.

Walked in to Maple Honda last week as a retail customer. I normally purchase vehicles as a fleet buyer but I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. I was greeted my Abdul Rehman, a Sales Associate. His greeting was warm and genuine. I told Abdul what I wanted and that it was a "YES or NO" proposition. Abdul worked hard to get me the deal I asked for. The car was a surprise birthday present for my son and Abdul helped pull off a surprise beautifully! Abdul and the entire Maple Honda team pulled off the impossible and moved delivery up by two days so I could be with my son when he picked the car up. Thanks Abdul, both my son and I are sure to be back for more!!
Zack of Maple Honda was highly recommended by a friend as honest, fair and a good sales manager of Honda cars. I was not disappointed. Zacks low-sell/no-sell approach took the pitchperson factor out of buying a car and his friendly, pleasant manner made my shopping experience enjoyable. Zack listened well, answered questions and offered the best deal on our Honda Civic 2017. Wouldent hesitate recomending Zack to others.
Within a week, I found and drove home the perfect car which I both wanted & needed thanks to Vince C. In 2014, I went to the Honda dealership to purchase a Honda Odyssey that I was interested in. The vehicle was in good condition except that it seemed to have a problem with the brakes (vibration could be felt when the car travelled at high speed). The salesman was nice and promised to fix the issue should I decide to buy it. He emphasized how important is to buy a certified HONDA (High quality) vehicle from them which was METICULOUSLY inspected. (approx. 40 points inspection). He also suggested that I buy an extended warranty to avoid any problems for another 5 years and 130,000 km. This seemed reasonable enough and I proceeded with the same.
After driving 15,000 km, the issue with the brakes (vibration) was reoccurring. I went back to the dealership and found out that they cannot fix the problem because the warranty for the brake rotors did expire in time (Original warranty is 60,000 km or 3 years and my car had a mileage of 58,000 km but 4 years)
The first impression that I got when I returned to the dealership to fix the issue was completely opposite of the time I first purchased the vehicle. Not only did they blame the driver due to a lack of inspection, they also claimed that it could be due to seized calipers, rust and lastly driver s habits. They did not take into consideration that the vehicle could be inspected by another authorized dealership and also the fact that is not mandatory to bring the vehicle to this specific dealership. In my case the inspection was done by a licensed mechanic with whom I dealt with on a regular basis to have my seasonal tires changed. Oil and filter change was completed on time by the Honda dealership.
On top of all this, they charged me with an inspection fee to prove that there was NOTHING WRONG with the maintenance. The only advise I received was to replace or to resurface the "Bad Rotors . I had to spend a lot of time and money to get the vehicle inspected by another licensed mechanic who suggested to replace the rotors due to hard spots on them. The mechanic also mentioned that resurfacing will only eliminate the problem temporarily. In other words the issue would have been solved 2 years ago when I bought the vehicle and if the dealership had replaced the rotors from the beginning rather than resurfacing them. I also found out that resurfacing is done mainly to eliminate the groove when the brake pads are replaced. This was not the case for me, as the car still had the original pads that were worn even less than 40%.
In my opinion this kind of approach to service vehicle brakes is completely wrong and left me with a complete dissatisfaction with the Honda dealership . Above all, the dealership s manner in blaming the driver instead of correcting their own mistake is completely unacceptable. This was not the service I had expected and I was thoroughly disappointed.
For your reference, I drove a Toyota Sienna for 345,000 km and the original rotors where replaced after 190,000 km after 11 years and I never had a problem with vibrating brakes.

I was welcomed with smiles and everybody was extremely helpful. Coffee and pizza was available in abundance for all who stopped by. But the most important thing of all was the help I received while there. Raffaele and Dom were absolutely incredible and made sure every question I had (and I had a lot) was answered, and that I was comfortable. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and all around great guys to talk to. They provided every bit of detail I needed to make a decision, and I had fun in the process. I left there with a new 2019 Honda Civic and I could not be happier.

Last week I've had a small plastic piece hanging loosely from my car's rear differential two days after having IT serviced at Maple Honda. I brought back my 2016 CRV to the dealership, and was greeted by Will Pham. I showed Will the hanging plastic piece, and he took care of it immediately by having a technician inspect the car.
The whole thing didn't take more than 10 minutes. The hanging piece proved to be inconsequential and was removed. Will generously advised me that there was no charge involved.

Had a tire rotation done, they were to check PSI levels also. Well....left the dealer and my TPMS went on. I got home and checked tire pressure which should be 35 all around. One tire was 40, another 42, another 43 and lastly one tire was 50 which is dangerous. What is even the point of going to a dealer if you cannot trust them? Oh...they also called me for a review....I told them the issue and the person just said "Sorry".......anyways.....I also had a issue with this dealer 1 year ago with purchasing winter tires. They advertised Yokohama's and I wanted to buy those but the employee refused to order them claiming the manager won't order in the tires. Complete nonsense. Lost me as customer since this is the 2nd time I've had a issue here. Goodbye.
Honestly if you ever need a guy who can take care of all your worries, you have to go to RAY. He's your go to guy, anything you ever need he will take care for you. If you feel like you are going to be overwhelmed with the process, or you already have an old honda car and you don't know what to do with it. HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!

I came about a week ago for an appointment to get my AC fixed. Booking the appointment was very easy and seamless. The positive experience continued in person where I was met by Saliba (Sal) who was very friendly, informative and helpful. Amidst the pandemic with social distancing parameters in place, I felt safe with how Maple Honda sent process / details in advance, how they had sanitizing stations and separated sections in place, with all staff safely wearing properly safety equipment to keep safe distance. While waiting for my car, they had a very helpful texting service to keep regular contact - Sal was constantly keeping me posted and asking if I needed anything in the meantime (and even asked if I needed an Uber while waiting). They even brought me McDs coffee which was perfect and much needed for an early morning appointment. I was even able to comfortably head over to the Mall knowing that I would be informed regularly - Sal texted me when my car was ready and thoroughly explained everything that was accomplished during my visit. Thanks Sal and Maple Honda- glad I purchased my car at this location, because they treat everyone so well here! Thanks!

Service Experience with Saliba Qaqish -- brought my '15 Vic in for service as a sudden ice storm left large piles of snow around which bent my oilplan splash sheild under the car. Easy thing would have been to replace it and charge me parts and labour. Instead he took some time to just bend it back and re-attach it. Sent me on my way with a smile and handshake. Perfect !!!!
When I came in looking for a new accord, Aman gave me the pricing for everything with all the discounts within 5 minutes, no time wasted. When i was picking up the car, everything was ready for me. I was in two other Honda dealerships in the Vaughan/Richmond hill area, and the difference between Aman and the other sales reps. is just astronomical (the amount of time they wasted to give me pricing that I could have gotten from the website...). If i'm in the market for another Honda, i'm not not buying anything unless its through him.

I bought my car from this place almost 2 years ago and I had a great experience with staff here from the beginning till today. My car axle was broken 3days ago and I had to tow my car during the Covid-19 situation to this dealership. Rachel from service was in charge of my car and she was very professional and responsive. She replied all of my questions via several emails regarding the current problem and the other issues of my car like changing oil. Although the original Honda part are expensive, the service here is great, they are organized, helpful, and very friendly. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks to Rachel and the team.

I had the privilege of doing business with Raffaele Staffiere, he was incredibly honest, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars! He made sure that my needs were met and even made sure my little daughter was looked after, giving her what she wanted... balloons! Upon delivery, he took his time explaining all the functions and technology since I was coming from an older vehicle.
