The sales person Steven Lau was wonderful: very professional, honest, straightforward, not pushy, I felt I could trust him. The Business Manager Zain Nauman was also very knowledgeable, walked me through all the paperwork, answering all my questions. I got a good deal on a great car.

My family try to buy hrv or crv. Their deal took so long time to help us too see and stuff. They didnt really explain what that car does. And just make us look at the outside of the car. Didnt had key to open. Very unprofessional. And what dealer said was if you leave now there is no better deal next time. I believe that it is very rude of attitude of the dealer. Decide not to buy from this location ever in my life.

Took my new car in for 1st oil change and to put on winter tires. 7 HOURS later, I finally get my car back after being told it will take 2 hours. Now to add on to it my TIRE pressure sensor is on. How can this be when it was just changed. Absolutely terrible!! Very unhappy!

Kevin Ly was my sales rep and he helped with everything from the beginning, even with my doubts as a first time car owner. Me, as well as my uncle each purchased a vehicle from him in the same month. I was offered a very fair price for my 2018 mustang GT (similar to what I would sell it for privately). And got a very nice looking Honda and a big cheque back within a few days for my trade in.

Ray provides excellent knowledgeable service and will be very open and transparent about everything there is to know when buying or selling a car. He will get you the best deal!

I visited other dealerships in the past and have always felt weary- At maple Honda I felt comfortable with Rays services.

I typically don t write google reviews, but first off wanted to thank Arif for all his help. I have dealt with several other dealerships and sales people before, sometimes even if the price is right the transaction itself/way the deal is handled isn t. In this case everything was awesome.

Not only did he go out of his way to get us a great deal, he was not pushy. We knew what we wanted and both cut to the chase, he didn t attempt to sugar coat/fluff the transaction with all the extra sales talk. Told it like it is and was very professional. Couldn t have went smoother and very happy with the deal.

TERRIBLE experience at this location! I drove all the way from Toronto/Scarborough, waited 2 hours to get my car diagnosed and repaired, and paid for the diagnosis (repair couldn't take place the same-day) only for my car to be MISDIAGNOSED. I specifically even told them where the noise seemed to be coming from (left driver side), but they did not take that into consideration and said it was the right passenger side when there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. Rather, it was the driver's side (took it to a private mechanic). Then, I had a conversation with the manager of service, Les, in which we discussed me sending an email for a refund and non-monetary compensation (e.g., a free diagnostic in the future); however, he only provided me with a refund. He ignores emails and so does the Manager, Vic, of this Honda location. I am EXTREMELY displeased with Maple Honda and would honestly give this location 0 stars if I could. Waste of money and waste of time. Poor customer service by management.

Fast forward to 2019, I was thinking to renew my old Honda Pilot which I bought 15 years ago. Still going very strong but I want to update to a new SUV. Went to Maple Honda again and was getting good advice from the sales executive Steven again. He introduced and recommended me to replace with the new 2019 Passport since I have a small family. Steven was very good to walk me around the Passport and a very good test drive so I walked out with a new 2019 Passport. Very good advice and I like the Passport very much. Steven even gave me a few calls after to make sure everything works fine.

This was our 3rd experience buying from Maple Honda and I must say the service is excellent!!

Check everything after a service appointment. I brought my 04 Pilot a week ago to get a Type A service done (oil change, filter, fluid inspection, etc). Brought it home, checked my fluid levels and noticed the power steering fluid is old and needs replacing (it was burnt). Accoring to their inspection papers it was marked 'green' - so they missed that by not checking. Brought my 2011 accord in today for the same type A service, checked it everything was OK (since it's a newer vehilce, low k) but they forgot to reset the oil life % on the dashboard; not a major deal but be prepared to CHECK everyhting yourself after each service that you get done here. Great people, great service representatives - Sal in particular, nice place, convinient but DONT JUST blindly trust them to inspect. If I had not noticed that my power steering fluid was old and needed replacing it would have led to bigger issues. Also, Ray and Vince (in sales) are very helpful and understanding. Past 2 weeks have left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

So happy about our new Honda civic. Ray is very helpful and ease the process to get the car. Maple Honda is excellent choice to get the car either its new or old.

I have called today to talk to one of the service advisor, after 10mins of waiting on the phone she offered me to leave a message on their voice mail due to unavailability. Complete waste of my time. I would rather go somewhere who is willing to spend couple of minutes with the potential customer and respect customer times also. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Be reading all comments on service area it seems they have an issue with that department.
