After countless AutoTrader ads and attempting to navigate the exhausting task of buying a car from a private seller, I went into Maple Honda for some professional knowledge. After determining my expectations, Raff was able to show me a used vehicle in my colour preference, with low KM s and UNDER my budget. His genuine care and concern made me feel like family and after getting financing approved in less than a day, Maple Honda gave me a higher sense of confidence and independence. Thank you guys for making the transition a smooth one, for working around my schedule and helping me walk away with my first car!

This was the first time I was purchasing a car for myself and I was very overwhelmed and intimidated at the idea of going in and having to negotiate to get a good deal. We went to Maple Honda and met Aman through a referral of a coworker. He made the entire process of purchasing a new car SO simple and easy. He helped me understand the different options I had between the cars and finance vs. lease and all the other good stuff. By far one of the best service experiences I ve ever had. I suffered some damage to my car and went to Maple Honda for repairs. The service advisor Emad told me right from the start I ll take care of you, don t worry about a thing . He kept me updated through the course of repairs, and and worked with his manager Les (who was also amazing) to ensure they had the repairs completed in the most cost effective way, made sure my vehicle was done early and even gave some great recommendations. I appreciate his help, patience, pointers and ensuring my vehicle was better than it was before the damage happened. I ll only be servicing my vehicles here from now on.

My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Insight at maple Honda and were helped tremendously by Jacob An. It required a lot of patience on Jabob's part as were looking for a different model of vehicle that would "fit". Jacob was able to listen, recommend and eventually find us the best option at a fair price. After a couple of weeks we are still very pleased with our choice and have no buyer's remorse.

Before I have known Dealer Kevin on MapleView. I have dealt with Dealer in Barrie. the reason that I cant buy car from Dealer on Barrie, they gave a deal that I don't really like it and can't do the financing for my car. My family and I purchased a lease with Paul Ficarella and it was such an easy going experience with him. He was always available when I had any questions or concerns. Purchased new 2017 CRV in Oct. Joseph was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

My opinion is their service isn't the best... Had a friend today that had to go back due to job not completed properly..
I have had inspection sheets not followed in past and also oil change not updated on my car which leans me to lack trust 100 percent from them.
If you need repair it's typical all money first business,which isn't abnormal with a dealership.
I would choose Ready Honda or Sisley Honda long before ever trusting this place.
Some of the staff are good, but some need to be fired.
Trust is important I hope they read this and make immediate corrections to the staff where needed.
If you ever have issues with them email Honda Canada or Honda of America rather than them directly.

The sales people are good, but typical of the role.

Great experience with Suhail while leasing a car. The process was made very easy and quick, and Suhail was exceptionally responsive and proactive in addressing our needs. Tremendous customer service! Steven Lau, was straight forward and made the sales experience painless. The dealership atmosphere was friendly, and it was not a battle zone to make the sale. I was originally approached by a sales rep however as soon as I explained another dealer had recommended Steven but was not attached to the recommendation he stepped forward and said we like to be fair.

The last time I purchased a car was 11.5 years ago. Aman and Vic made the process so easy. They were courteous, knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The estimation was in between 1 to 2 hours but they charged 30 min as much as they actual work hours. Thank you Simon.
