Just brought the 2015 Accord from Jason Lam at Maple Honda. Great guy, I would definitely refer him to all my friends and family. He was extremely friendly and professional. Wasn't pushy at all. Didn't ask for my credit when I put in an offer. Didn't try to waste my time. Many salespeople escpecially from other dealships would do that to ensure you don't leave.
So far, I love the service at Maple Honda. This is my second car I brought from them. I normally get an oil change there and they provide drop-off service. The people there are always friends. They even have snacks and drinks for customers: bagels and sometime pizzas.
Before I went to Honda, I went to the Mazda beside it to test drive the Mazda 6. I was going to get some hot chocolate for my son but found out that everything was charged other than coffee. To me, that's not how you should treat your customers.

What an amazing experience at Maple Honda. Not only are the representatives very helpful but they sure go out of their way when required. I called the other day regarding an issue in terms of leasing. Spoke to an individual by the name of Jordan, almost close to closing hours. Without hesitation, not only was he able to provide me with information on how I might be able to fix the issue, but he went ahead and connected me with another representative (while having me on the line) to make sure this issue was looked after. Arrived on a Thursday night with my father looking for used vehicle we have seen online, and I was astonished by Abdul and how he went over his way during his lunch break to provide us the best customer service we never gotten from any other dealership. Abdul didn't mind to stop and chat with my father and I and explained in detail the process of purchasing a used vehicle. After setting my eye on the car I wanted and the features I need, I was finally ready to sign the paper and talk to the Service Manager Dinh to get my new baby home. Abdul and Dinh promised me until the following Tuesday to get my car, however a phone call the next day provided me a chance to ride my new car on Monday, which I was thrilled about. Arriving to pick up my vehicle, Abdul provided a very detailed explanation on how the car operates and functions. I am just leaving this dealership after walking in ready to buy my new car. Unfortunately, we were not even greeted by anyone inside, because the salesmen (4 of them) were too engrossed in their conversation. We walked around the different models for 10-15 minutes, reading the pamphlet on each of the cars. When I asked the receptionist for a brochure on the car we were interested in, in front of the salesmen, they just said that had none. Wouldn't that be a good time to ask what a prospective client was interested in learning about?! Not at Maple Honda. I'll take my business where it is desired.

Purchasing my 2015 Honda Odyssey from Zak was a very easy and delightful experience. Not only did he help me with all of my concerns and requests, but he also went the extra mile for me when my remote starter was on back-order and could not have it ready in time for delivery. There was a minor issue with the radio being locked at the time of delivery, and the service team was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue so that delivery of my vehicle would not be delayed. Even Tony (owner of Maple Honda) got involved just to ensure I wouldn't get delayed or have to come back to get the unit unlocked at a later time. It's refreshing to see customer service as a top priority throughout all levels of staff @ Maple Honda. Even the lady that was working at the refreshments counter was very helpful and polite. The complimentary pizzas during lunch time on Saturday is always a bonus as well :) I'll definitely be returning to Zak for all of my future Honda vehicle needs.
I got my new 2018 Honda Civic from Maple Honda this week under the help and the excellent service by Mr. Steven Lau. From the car features introducing, car road testing, lease and finance comparison, better insurance quote obtaining, old car tread-in , favourite car plate and new car setting up, his best and professional services was everywhere! it is a kind of luck I met Mr. Steven Lau and Maple Honda.
Customer service in the part department is horrible called multiple times on different days and was on hold for 30mins then they hung up on me.. Call back and they "say I m Sorry" to do it AGAIN. Call the next day same thing again, Ask for customer service rep, Placed on HOLD AGAIN for 20 mins. Only reason I bothered is because they are close to me, but I cannot deal with IDIOTS , so I toke my business else were.
I was traveling when I had an issue with a "new" used CRV (purchased else where). I walked in off the street where Sal greeted me and assured me they would check over my car. Al, the technician, brought me in the back to explain to me, in terms I could understand, what was going on. I was so thankful for their help & expertise. They were really there for me, and I can't thank them enough!

Went in looking for lease prices on a Civic, and the sales representative Abdul was taking care of us. He seemed polite, however when we got down to the numbers he was not willing to even try and offer better deals as many people naturally bargain when looking for a vehicle. When we asked if it was possible to lower the price by any means he simply laughed and said no. We ended up heading over to Number 7 Honda and worked out a great deal so I would recommend anyone in the area to head over there for much better customer service and deals!
