Excellent and absolute pleasure being assisted by Saliba today. I had paid a visit to the dealership after a flat tire fiasco, and Sal took full ownership of the situation and assisted me with the replacement of the tire. He contacted the vendors and he successfully had the tire replaced for me. Before leaving, he also noticed that my tail light had been cracked, advised me accordingly and provided me with a quote to replace it. The level of care and service from him is unmatched and for reasons such as these, I will go no where but Maple Honda for my car's services.

Just purchased a 2017 civic hatchback and I'm absolutely in love with it. We are new Honda owners now thanks to the great patience and knowledge of Ray at Maple Honda. What an exceptional sales person. We felt our needs were just as important to him as making the sale (and that's ultimately what brought us back to Honda even though the colour we wanted wasn't a possibility for us with our time limitations). I bought a new Accord from Paul in Dec, and it was a great experience. I was not an easy guy, that's for sure. We not only negotiated the price, I needed a particular model and color by a certain date plus an assessment for my current car a few times. Plus I was ready to trade it in but not right away. And plus, and plus, and plus. Lots of pluses.
Paul was quite patient, worked really hard and never showed his frustration when our deal was about to fall apart once because of my conditions. Finally, everything worked out. I truly believe that Paul did his best to make it done.

Buying a vehicle is one things, but maintaining that vehicle can be a headache. I saw a lot of reviews for sales, but not to many reviews for service/maintenance. I had scheduled an appointment over the phone, and when I arrived I was greeted by Andrew Arden. He was very polite and well mannered. He answered all my questions, and was efficient. He offered to set me up with a roundtrip Uber ride to the nearby mall while I waited. At the end, he explained everything that had been done to my vehicle, and broke down all my questions. I guess the technician forgot to reset my maintenance light, and when I went back inside the dealership to ask about that, Andrew personally came outside and reset it for me as he apologized. Andrew definitely went above and beyond.

My friend referred me to this gentleman named Ray Mehta at Maple Honda. I found Ray true professional Sales person which Maple Honda has as an great asset. I was pleased more than my expectations. Whole transaction was smooth , he guided us step by step and delivered everything as promised. Best deal i got for my Honda Odyssey. Initially went to see a used vehicle which I was told was in pristine condition. It was not. It had stone chips all over the car and the front of the car was obviously repainted. I had driven quite a distance to see this car and was quite disappointed with Ray's lack of honesty regarding the cars condition. Ray did not seem to care that I had gone so far out of my way based on his appraisal of the car. He did not respond with any concern until I let him know I would be leaving a truthful review of my experience. This got his attention.

He offered to make the situation "right" and would see what he could do regarding other vehicles they had. We agreed to a deal on a new Civic. I was pleased enough with this deal. However after taking delivery of the car and reviewing the paperwork I had some concerns and questions. Ray did all he could to avoid any concrete answers. He would make a good politician. As I was getting frustrated with the exchange and expressing that to him he openly laughed at me at told me he no longer had time for me and disconnected our call.

I have had issues with the car including the poor quality tires that come on the vehicle. I took this up with Dawn who simply said that the tire pressure should be checked and anything further will need to dealt with Honda Canada directly as this is not a dealer issue.

I have read many of the reviews here and see that most bad reviews are in regard to the service department. I will be sure to not even take a chance with them and get my car serviced elsewhere.

Raffaele and Zain were on point, they provided every detail and support required to make me understand the deal, no question was stupid. Raffaele went above and beyond, responded to messages timely, I did not feel under pressure to make a deal at anytime. The entire team from the front desk was awesome. Certainly a recommended dealer. I just got my 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring from maple Honda. Mr Zak Dubey was a wonderful person to deal with. Right from Getting my Van for me when I wanted it to the colour that I wanted, he was always helpful and with a smile on his face. Well they all do that you might say. I asked them for a new van a week before my lease was about to expire. As usual, I could not make up my mind and it was time for the lease to expire. This was when Zak stepped in and by giving me all the information about the touring edition to my monthly payment information, he replied promptly. I got my van on time and walked out with a smile. Do go to Maple Honda and ask for Mr. Zak Dubey.

I had a really bad experience at another Honda dealership and I decided to take a chance on Maple Honda for my car service based on their great Google reviews. Happy to say that I wasn't disappointed and that's thanks to Kevin Bechu (Service Advisor) who ensured prompt communication on progress of the service, provided effective solutions to address any issues/challenges and ensured timely completion of my car service. The dealership is bright & clean, staff are polite & respectful and the overall experience was great!!! I would definitely recommend Maple Honda and will be taking my vehicle there going forward.

My husband was already a client of Maple Honda and bought Civic in 2016 and he was very happy from Ray (brother) services. He always quote me that Ray is his brother and I was always thinking that how a person can become brother in 1 sitting and my husband always quote that Ray said use Civic for 2 year and than I will switch the car to SUV. ( as I always like the SUVs.
I was surprised when Ray Brother called my husband exactly after 2 years that bro what's your plan as he promised.... and to be honest I was too excited that now I am going to use SUV..
He is the best salesperson I have ever met in Sales industry and who is reading my reviews there is no one in this market better then RAY..

Sal went above and beyond my expectations of the service that was completed on my Honda. He is very considerate, looks out for his customers and provides great service!
